Hotel is very well located. 5 minutes to the beach, pool is spacious. If you’re booking swim up rooms be aware that after 1.00 there is complete shade. There are however plenty of loungers around the main pool. On our first morning we placed loungers on sunbeds and went for breakfast. When we came back our towels had been taken to reception. Whilst I have no problem with people not reserving loungers, the rule was not consistent. We watched many other families do the same. My advice on this would be to eat in the outside section of the restaurant where you can keep a second eye on your towels. This is the ONLY negative. On a positive the suites are a very good size. Double balcony. Air con is very effective. Staff in the restaurant are some of the best that we have encountered in Spain. Public areas are clean and well maintained. The snack bar is well stocked with a few choices for cooked food and also a good selection of cakes. Drinks are tasty. Haven’t seen any of the evening entertainment yet as we went to Alcudia (10 minute drive) and wandered into playa de Muro (10 minute walk) the parking for our hire car is fine — plenty of spaces. Transfer from the airport took around 40 minutes.

Just got back, had our own adult pool right outside our hotel door, it was beautiful, hotel was clean & modern & entertainment is good. Staff were all really nice to.

Great holiday at this hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Food choices were good, plentiful, tasty and beautifully presented. Rooms were comfortable and we loved our swim up suites The animation team were fun and helpful.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel was clean tidy with modern decor. Couldn't fault this hotel. Only slight concern was food was never very hot. But good selection.

Nice hotel… Large, modern and clean rooms… near the beach (150-200 m). The very kind, well-prepared entertainers… they do great shows. Big with slides for kids and teens. Only flaw … coffee nothing good… and if they put a little more music in the pools they'd look more like it.

Perfect stay, we have been for a week my husband, my 1 year old son and I and we would definitely repeat again.
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Quiet area, no noise to sleep.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was struck by the sympathy and kindness of all the hotel workers.
I recommend 100%

Food was excellent, entertainment was ok, a bit similar on some nights but we went in April so it wasn't peak season, the beach is across a road, about a 2 minute walk, rooms are kept tidy and clean, the tea and coffee tray is filled daily.

Had such an amazing holiday. Adult only pool sunbeds are padded.

Great hotel, very clean, excellent staff who were very friendly! A very good entertainment program with shows every evening for adults as well as for children.

Absolutely unsuitable for couples without children.
Only families with small children, loungers are already reserved in the morning and are not used all day long. The hotel animation is pure children's amusement but not for adults.
Rooms are very bright-hearted but nicely decorated. Staff was super friendly

Nice nice cozy hotel. Also very clean, nice friendly peesonal. When eating, the last whistle is missing, but so wwit is delicious. Bise clairvoyant but we could be sxhlafen like little babies.

Absolutely lovely hotel, brilliant service, very clean, loving experience so far, got to hotel early hours of morning and was welcomed asking if we needed food and a drink, highly recommend x.

Had a great holiday! All clean, super delicious food. Rooms were very modern and spacious (with two toilets in one room). Facility and animation was also very nice, as was a good selection of drinks of all inclusive offers. The staff were very friendly.

Lovely hotel the staff where very friendly rooms where amazing we stayed in a corner room the balcony was massive enough space for sun loungers really needs a vending machine as shops round closed by 10 and no where to get snacks or water for room.

Great hotel. Staff speaks very good German. They took care of their concerns immediately. Also the food is good. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. Would book this hotel again at any time.

Just had a fantastic six day holiday here. Nothing negative to remark. Very close to the beach, extensive choice of food, well maintained rooms and friendly staff. Will probably come back next year.

Family Hotel in Playa de Muro to spend a few days with family. We really liked the rooms. Very good service from the staff, especially the front desk manager who quickly solved a problem with the booking. We also really enjoyed the entertainment.

We spent eight days dreaming. Staff very attentive. Very very nice place very clean and ideally located I recommend this place.

The rooms if they have been of my pleased… But the rest I think leaves enough to wish to what one imagines or seems to offer in the photos. The timetable of the buffet is absurd in the case of Spain. Because at 21.00 is already closed… It's more like 20.00 You are already alone in the buffet thing that could be good as long as there is food and that what remains are not remnants of others… I would not recommend it unless it was an offer… And without the all inclusive as we have only had breakfast after our first day…

Very nice family hotel with nice pool area. Food absolutely OK. Beach only 200m away. Also very nice. Staff friendly and committed. Very noisy.

Friendly staff, and nice looking hotel. The rooms are not very soundproof, easy to hear if the room next door has an alarm going off or when they use the shower. Surprisingly cold rooms at the start of June, no need for ac. The food was typical buffet, with alot of the same food everyday, and another new ones as the themes changed.

The rooms unlike as indicated on various websites do not have a bathtub after exposing the complaint the only result I get is that you know bad I guess not the money I've spent on something that does not exist.
