Super clean and cozy with awesome staff and excellent restaurants. Four different pools, two restaurants, about 10 activities per day make sure you don't even want to leave the hotel area! And those are not even the best thing about this gem. The real beauty lies in the big rooms, where you have your own cooking area and separate bedrooms and different rooms for shower and bath. Rooms are in central air, which keeps the air cool/warm enough without noise. Position of the hotel is excellent, just 5 min walk from the awesome beach and 5 mins from entrance to the nature conservation area. There are multiple good restaurants nearby and 3 different grocery stores within 3 min walk.

The rooms are spacious and the territory is well kept. Breakfast has great variety and is generally good, but dinner is disappointing — despite having paid for a half board, I would have went somewhere else, if I had not been with a baby, which complicated logistics. The outdoor pools are good, but the indoor heated pool is lacking. For example, it is in the main building, so you have to walk outside to reach it, but it has no changing rooms, which means that you have to change in the toilet. The staff is nice and the rooms are kept clean.

We got amazing bang for our bucks here, amazing hotel nice pool and friendly staff. But we were also young people not really there to stay all day in the hotel, keep that in mind. This place is a bike place, during the day the hotel is almost empty and there is no people under 30 to see anywhere. Super 4 days in Mallorca!

The hotel is generally fine, and I would recommend it but with some caveats. We booked on the understanding that there would be a wide range of kids activities on offer, and a selection of swimming pools. There was a paper timetable near the restaurant that had some activities written on it (that I didn't actually spot until later in the week such was its placing), but it didn't appear as if any of them happened as far as I could see, and in my conversations with other guests. I assumed these were summer only activities so made other arrangements. The swimming pool was Baltic. In 2018 it should be possible for a 4 star hotel (their rating) to gently warm the water in the cooler months for guests who don't go in July and August. The result was that the pools were permanently empty, while the heated pool in the 'spa' was rammed full until late evening. While there were some souvenir shops and burger/pizza restaurants in the area (though most were closed for the winter — this was Easter…), there were no other shops, attractions or proper Spanish eateries unless you took a bus into the next town or further afield. Also, while the buffet dinner at the hotel had a reasonable choice of food, it was terribly bland and for 22 euros per person, I would have expected some ethnic variety and some spiced dishes. One visit was enough. Finally, on checkout day, we left a personal item on the balcony that we intended to bring home. It wasn't valuable, but did have some importance to our son.

Have stayed here three times now and every stay has been great. The pools are nice, there's a good park for children and the atmosphere is so relaxed. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious with nice views and well equipped. Always stayed self catering and there are loads of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Would definitely recommend it to anyone, we had a car and was always able to park close, but it's suitable for those staying without a car too and the sea is only a few minutes walk away too. Will be back.

Excellent hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff in all sectors. Great location, walking distance to one of the best beach areas on the island. The. The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. Maybe the animation has been poor but the rest super. We'll be back safe.

But only with reservation I would recommend it to anyone. Just way too noisy. And in the second week the cleanliness in the rooms.

I lack the rating of the restaurant in this survey. The quality of the food was worse this year than in recent years. Often tasteless and overcooked (especially at the fresh stations). Perhaps too few cooks had to take care of too many stations.

Very friendly staff, the grounds are looked after beautifully. Our room was spacious, modern with a fantastic shower. Food was fresh. Beach was a short walk away. We hired bikes and could discover the surrounding areas. We had a great time and we would definitely return.

Helpful staff, clean rooms and great facilities. Breakfast and dinner where here at with loads of choice. SunVelo team where also amazing and had a great training week with them. Saw a lot of the island and was pushed in the areas that I needed to improve in.

Such friendly service. Food was ok, but then I'm not a big fan of buffet and often the food wasn't hot enough. Plenty of choice though and meat and fish can be fried how you wish on the spot. Rooms are lovely, comfy beds and spacious. There is a lovely beach jyst 200 m. Walk away, across a road and through another row of hotels. I'd definitely return here.

Very good place to go with children and families in plan relaxation. Very good food, good spa and very clean.

Our second vacation there. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The half board is also good.
The point of criticism is and remains the housekeeping. The traces of our previous tenants on various furnishings were still very clearly visible and the daily cleaning is also worthy of criticism.
This is a pity, because the room with a magnificent view of the nature reserve is large, bright and well furnished.
We will certainly go back and do not give up hope that the weaknesses will be eliminated.

To the North of the island, close to the Albufera and more still of Alcudia, is a modern hotel, with a curious garden, with a fountain and pond with the services that any tourist can accept. Agree to go with children as well which is ideal for families.

We stayed in La Dorada in October, it was beautiful and great for families. For children of all ages everything is available, care for young and old is very good. The food was plentiful and varied. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Always.

Lovely place, clean, tidy and modern. Rooms spacious and well appointed. Staff friendly. Good pool and food at a good quality. One week on and no complaints, easy to get a lounger by the pool, food good, family friendly and entertainment at night suited to families. Would I stay again? Yes.

Impeccable organization, great facility with lots of pools and gorgeous sea on the other side of the road. Discreet and professional animation. The nearby town is touristy, full of shops and restaurants. To review perhaps the quality of the dishes in the buffet restaurant, however very varied.

Perfect vacation — we had a deluxe roof top terrace room with a private roof top sun deck and plunge pool. Great for that all day sun tanning and escape from the lovely pools when they get busy. Food and amenities all good and only 100m from the wonderful beach of Playa de muro. Crystal clear water and soft sand Definitely consider coming back.

Nice hotel on a good place close to Platja De Muro. Good service. The only negative is the flies in the restaurant and that people has to wake up at 6 every morning to be able to have a sunbed. Between 8 and 17 are all sunbeds booked even if it's not allowed.

Excellent hotel, very clean, friendly staff and nice rooms. Also there wasn't the usual ridiculous battle for sunbeds because of lots of Brits getting up at 6 to claim a bed with their towel. Mostly Spanish, Norwegians and Dutch in the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel for families with kids. Good food for breakfast and dinner. Try the made to order omelet. The only negativ part was the often loud music during the evening that doesn't work for a family hotel were small kids often go to bed early.

From the very friendly welcome, to the very friendly and efficient bell boy to the speedy check in our whole stay was very satisfying. Nearly all the staff very extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation slightly on the small side for two adults and two toddlers but you get used to it and basically, it was value for money. Our apartment 3315 faced the swamp which was quite pretty for a change but was also smelly at times depending on the wind direction. The other up side of this was that it was really quiet all of the time unlike the apartments facing the pool were (we spoke to another couple who mentioned this). We did not eat at any of the restaurants so can't give comments on the quality of food. The cleaning lady every day was great and did a great job, thank you Beatriz! The facilities were all outstanding, clean and modern. The swimming pool fantastic, the Froggy club for the kids great (especially the pony rides) and the mini disco with animation was also great. All in all we would definitely return. Room for improvement? It was all just fine! Thank you all and until soon.

Even if the hotel generally quite well liked, I must prefer 0 star rating awarded because some dumbass from hotel room Planner on the glorious idea came to set up two single beds in the bedroom next to each other. "Oh how terrible", are now many already thinking, but the outrage is in the details: both beds had roles! Now not much imagination is required to imagine what happens when one then at night suddenly is a small twist in the ditch between the beds, then a few seconds later with a schmerzenhaften on the ground to find itself "Thud". In a normal bed, this incident would still be acceptable, if not even the height of good nem came to half a meter… From this early childhood, uh bed/holiday trauma traumatized, was "good and friendly" sleep of course no longer to think…

Our stay at the Prinsotel La Dorada was excellent, except for really only a few things. Positive, the hotel makes a clean and very neat impression that pool area is well embedded in the garden, our appt (without catering), we had we wanted one, with views of the National Park, good design, new beds was clean, and well furnished. They were cleaned daily accurately to our time. The kitchen is functional. As already mentioned, some really just little things could be improved! FOR EXAMPLE. It was a glass carafe of coffee maker there, but, no coffee machine, also there was no wine glasses, according to the reception, there is no that also, that was surprising for me! Because, wine glasses belong to the kitchen, so had I good extension wine from normal drinking glasses "enjoy"! Conclusion in the time of our stay, 14 days may, we spent early, so firmly stated this plant in our "quarter hit list" is a pleasant holiday.

More of a resort than a hotel, clean apartments, easy access by lift or stairs, spacious and comfortable with a convenient kitchen. Also having the bedroom separated from the living room, is a bonus. It is a family hotel, ideal for children and also near to the beach and various restaurants. The breakfast is divine, worthy of 5 stars. There are Indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a gym, a tennis court and other facilities, everything you could need or want. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had the privilege of having Veronica to look after our baby. She was friendly, polite, competent, reliable, punctual… I could write an endless list of attributes. Highly recommended! Thank you Veronica, you made our holiday even better. And thanks to the hotel for recommending her.

We were as a couple in the first week of October 2015 in the Prisotel La Dorada and have the stay thoroughly enjoyed. The entire property is in very good condition, the rooms great, the staff very hardworking and friendly and the food is really very very good. At the great pool area you can really feel good and when you get to the sea wants to go, then they are only a 2 minutes walk. The Hotel is really recommendable, also for families with children. Although we, as those seeking rest travelers were on the road, we have many children, are not disturbed, because they were usually in a good mood and enjoyed the Kinderanimationsangeboten.

Wonderful apartment complex. Clean, spacious and relaxing. Rooms were great with everything you need, we also had an amazing view over the nature reserve. Outdoor was very nice, loads of grass and trees surrounding some large pools with plenty of shallow pools for little toddlers. Great surrounding area, loads within walking distance and an amazing beach 1 minute away. Had a car and was always able to park. Great holiday, would definitely go again.

We were with our kids, 15 and 13. For two weeks, with HP in the Prinsotel La Dorade. The welcome was very warm. This warmth ran through the whole vacation. The plant is very generously built, so that you don't with other guests gets in the way. The pool area was super. There were also always enough. The catering was also very good. The staff was always very helpful. Since we have a Person in a wheelchair had were we for this willingness to help is very grateful. The food was always very good and varied. The "crush" like a Buffet of the usual, there was no time. Only the operation during the evening entertainment was not so exhilarating. Often it was too little staff but still very friendly. The rooms were very grösszügig, type select, also for four persons with a wheelchair. The rooms were always very clean and well maintained. All in all it was a very nice holiday and we would always come back. As a suggestion you could at the beach even more Behindertenplätze offer. The only place was right at the boardwalk. But as soon as more than two people, you should take the normal places, but what about 100 metres from the boardwalk are removed, grab that back. Every day through the Sand with a wheelchair fight, is very exhausting. But this is the only point which could be improved. Beautiful hotel, rooms and facilities, very friendly and welcoming staff. Incredibly well maintained gardens and pool landscape. A recommendation for any one looking for a holiday where all options are open. The hotel is well situated for day trips to every corner of the island, but also for short trips just around Playa de Muro. When not planning on trips, one can easily spent his/her day at the beach nearby (3min walk) which is very clean and calm, or stay at the hotel where there is enough to do for the whole day, for the whole family. The hotel is located behind the "big" street, on which all other hotels are, giving it a more calm and private character. It is children-friendly hotel, also implying one should count on seeing lots of kids. The entertainment crew is however outstanding and occupying the kids with all kinds of activities throughout the whole day. The breakfast and dinners are served in one large room, or more or less one large hall, making it somewhat loud, busy, and not very relaxing. The hotel has however opened two new restaurants (sushi and pizza/pasta) on the main street, which can be accessed from the hotel side out as well. I would return here myself, and recommend it to family and friends. We are a young couple without kids.

We spent the past summer in August the whole family, we did not like anything This is orientated to the germans, the public is very vulgar. The mini club for the children is a birria, the children enter and leave when they want without any control. The room is correct, but the towels were old and raidas and the beds were not good or quilt, with the excuse that it's summer you just put the savannah "peeled". Are details that show the rank of a site Oh, and the regular meal, not to return.

Breakfast and dinner are not mass processing, but characterized by high diversity and quality (! ) in a landscaped setting with properly set tables, guests, the majority of Germans, the English-speaking world and Scandinavians are well-mannered and pleasant, you can tell others. At the buffet. I would however suggest to ban smoking in pool area (even if it is absolute exceptions, but very uncomfortable going can: cigar smoke about) the Internet is a matter of luck and nerve wracking, despite the effort of the staff to improve the transmission. It seems to be a problem of the island, because the Internet works nowhere well, not even at the airport. Conclusion: I can recommend this hotel and the area each!

The rooms really look like on the pictures. I wasn't sure about this at first. The service was great although the cleaning ladies could have shown a little more effort — there was some dust and lint left in some corners. Apart from this all staff really did a great job. The food was delicious and rich in variety. The pool was clean and refreshing, we didn't stay there very often though because the beach is only 200 m away. Crystal clear, seaweed-free blue water, bright sand and no trash flying around. The umbrellas and beach loungers were kind of expensive: 8, 50 € per day. There are lots of supermarkets nearby but the prices vary greatly so be sure to compare. And don't forget to bring enough sunscreen, the prices are insane. A mosquito repellant would be wise, too — there's a swamp close by and they start coming out around 5pm.
