Loved it here but just a pity they haven't kept it as adults only. Staff and animation team were fantastic.

Fabulous hotel a few minutes walk to the beach, local bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent especially the VIP area, which is worth the extra spend. Disappointed that the adult only bar closed an hour earlier than the family bar! Also limited seating in there and some nights families took the seating! On those occasions we popped into town for a walk around and a couple of drinks in one of the many bars. The buffet style restaurant was clean and modern in style. Plenty of food choices to cater for all tastes. The rooms were spotless and air conditioned. Maid service everyday. Only negative is the 2 small lifts which service the hotel. They only held 4 adults at a push. If you had luggage it held 2. At various times during the day there was a considerable wait. Being on the 6th or top 7th floor there was no option but to wait for the lift. Overall view: Would I go back? Yes! Would I pay extra for VIP service? Yes! The VIP Terrace Bar was worth every penny! As were the 2 whirlpools to cool off! Only negative: The only adult pool too far away from the VIP area to use — two flights of steps down, which is hazard if you slip on wet tiles.

Hotel at the top, the rooms are pretty and the space is decent, the buffets very varied and BONS, the pool is top, the facilities and activities are good, the Wi-Fi works in casiment the whole hotel, the staff is very friendly, the housekeeping Rooms is not always done but feel free to ask for it.
The location is close to there beach and the capital without being disturbed by planes. There is a nice walk next to the hotel along the sea, too bad the shops are stacked and of little interest (all look alike).
I highly recommend this hotel which I found awesome with my girlfriend and a couple of friends.

The hotel was nice and modern looking. It is advertised as a family hotel and if you had children who are 5+ then it would be suitable for you. As a family with a toddler there were things that made life difficult, such as steps up to the children's pool… no ramp for a buggy, and the lack of baby changing facilities without going up to reception. The food was ok… nothing stunning or spectacular. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There were other things that could have been done better but it is just me being picky. All in all it was a nice hotel but with our current needs with a young child it just came up a little bit short. I would recommend this hotel but it wasn't our 'cup of tea'.

Liked the room's size and design but the room service we received was appaling. Clearly dirty towels were not swapped for fresh ones and the floor was not swept daily. Fridge was also not working and not fixed within our stay. Wifi came at a cost which is ridiculous for the price of the hotel. The food was of a good standard overall and the dinner had a nice variety of choices. Way too expensive for the quality of service provided.

Nice staff, nice room. Food nice. Used vip area, very nice. Why 5 stars because it felt like it was a 5 star holiday. I would be happy to go again.

Lovely hotel. All inclusiv is good. Always food on the go which was great for my growing 5 year old. The one bad point is there is no ramp upto the kiddies pool only 2 lots of steps so not ideal getting kiddie buggies up or wheel chairs. This could do with being sorted out. Entertainment is nothing special but hotel is clean and tidy and all the staff are friendly. Would go again!

The best hotel we have stayed in Palma Nova, rooms really nice with lovely bathroom. Staff throughout the hotel where always polite, friendly and helpful. Myself and my wife payed extra for a seaview room and VIP area which was money well spent. The location was brilliant, just a short walk to the beach and bars.

Lovely hotel. Foods ok. Entertainment is far too loud for the size of the room. Overall, enjoying my stay.

Just returned from this hotel and what can I say. Excellent all round service, staff, hotel etc couldn't of asked for more. Area is excellent with beach round the corner. Planning on returning asap.

Lovely hotel, really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty with a variety available for everyone and something different everyday. Definitely recommended.

Very nice hotel but wouldn't go again at this time of year, Palmanova was closed for the winter. However the hotel was very clean recent refurb etc Food average all inc. Sometimes not very hot but microwave available. Palma itself is a stunning city and we'll worth a visit.

First time here, great room, staff & food. So close to the beach, shops & restaurants. Also very close Magaluf. I shall be returning. Highly recommend.

Hotel with a very good situation, is not on the beachfront but you get to it on foot in 5 minutes. It also has a good pool. The facilities are modern and in good condition. The rooms are spacious and bright with enough furniture. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food is abundant and with exception, as is the case of the fish, correct and well prepared. As negative notes, the existence of only two elevators for four people each and the soundproofing of the rooms, of course, against the fuss that cause some who do not think of others is not the fault of the hotel.

Good hotel. Excellent service. Excellent food. The only lack I find is that there are only 2 lifts for the whole hotel.

Excellent stay at Globales Palmanova. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and modern and the all inclusive buffet and drinks were a nice touch for our holiday would definitely stay here again.

Have a had fantastic time here. Hotel located centrally everything within walking distance. Hotel staff always warm & friendly. Food very good variety throughout our week.

Would totally recommend recommend this hotel February is winter here but it's hotter than UK and catches the sun Feb is for a mature age group. But you will have a laugh Staff are friendly and the accommodation and food is good. Go all inclusive.

Very nice Hotel and comfortable all new.

This hotel is not a 4☆ hotel it is much much better. We came for a long weekend on Friday 23rd February and leaving tomorrow morning Monday 26th and are having a lovely time. The staff are the friendliness I have ever met and nothing is too much trouble. The room we are atayong in (415) is fantastic and was cleaned daily. The food is good and the bar staff lovely. I will come here again in a heartbeat.

It is a very nice hotel, the food is buffet and it is very good, especially since it has grilled cooking at the moment and it is very good. The fruit is very rich. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and the rooms are fine. It is advisable.

Very comfortable Hotel. The food is great and the front desk staff is also good. They are nice and they report everything.

A beautiful hotel. Some pools and relaxing spaces that make the hotel a very nice place to stay in the no rush to get out.

A very good hotel for young tourists to go party at the beach side.

Lovely clean hotel, most of the staff were very friendly the receptionist wasn't very helpful as we had no rep and wanted to book a trip. It was okay though as we did it ourselves. A lot of people were not happy as the pool bar closed because of the end of season and they and their children couldn't get snacks in the afternoon. Food was average but you could always find something to eat. We had to move on the last day but we got a room next door at the palmanova palace free all day. All in all a good holiday.

The hotel was very nice Varied and good rich Buffet. Great choice at the level of the dishes. Nice servers. Coralia Animation and Super Hotel. We will definitely return but for 2 weeks.

Good hotel. Bug shame we got to the one we booked and immediately got transferred to another globales hotel 6 miles away for the first night. Staff were very rude about it and it got our holiday off to a bad start.

Nice hotel lovely staff. The rooms are modern and spacey. Near the beach not as close as we thought though.

Lovely hotel, great location. Very modern rooms, couldn't fault food. Only downside is the mini disco & the kids club. Seamed the French children went off doing things whilst English children stayed in the small room drawing pictures. Would go again but would go with another family with children similar age.

Had a fantastic holiday with our 6 year old. He loved the children's pool and the main pool shallow end was 0.65m so he was able to go in that too. The hotel was immaculate. Beds made everyday. Fresh towels everyday if wanted. Food was lovely and there was enough variety for us. I imagine the fuss pots will slate the food, as they do with anything that has flavour. Rooms are typical size, air conditioned and spotless. Unusually I drank more coffee than beer as it was that nice. Really miss the 'cafe con leche'. We would definitely go back.

Rooms are nice and modern. Big TV with several UK channels. Food quality is nice. Quick note: get drinks at the bar before you go into the food hall as it only has juice, water and wine dispensers in there.

I am neighbour and is unfortunate foreigners that well and they only know how to shout ridiculous songs alcholizarse and not let sleep… the sad thing is that the hotel managers do nothing to avoid it…

Very complete hotel with good service but the food should be improved.

The hotel is a three star. Internet paid 20€ and complete crap. There is no speed. The canteen is so-so. I was in S'arenal three stars much better, the only plus close to the sea bed do not change, detergents put in the first day, then some gel on the wall, and shampoo and shower gel, not worth the money that paid for it.
