Staff are absolutely great, nothing is a bother and it's so relaxing. Also no need to get up early for a sunbed 😁

We have just come back from our 4 night mini honeymoon here and what a 4 nights we had. The hotel was amazing the views were beautiful, staff very helpful went above and beyond, very welcoming on arrival and very helpful throughout stay. The hotel was IMMACULATE not a spot of dust or dirt and always smelt clean and fresh, towels changed and beds made everyday. We can't wait to book again next year for our 1st anniversary. Highly recommended!

All staff friendly with great customer service skills. Adults only, beach over the road, rooms with rooftop spa's, swim up rooms, excellent buffet breakfast (bucks fizz or straight cava anyone? ) Brilliant stay, will be back…

Just got back from an amazing stay! Would definitely recommend this hotel! We stayed in a swim up room which was lovely 😊 all the staff were very friendly and very helpful! Great location too!

Room 103 without balcony view on the local has garbage 😡 cans very cold atmosphere. Restricted and identical buffet every evening in a room in the background. For a hotel by the sea! Swimming pool wading pool. 😢 very disappointing!

Went in to meet a friend, a lone traveller who is staying there, for a drink by the pool area, was rudely told to leave due to Covid… Not the best pools anyway, very small…

When we checked in we where taken to the bar where they served us Prosecco whilst they check us in our room was on top floor so we had our own private sun terrace with sun beds included a jacuzzi the food has been amazing only downside is we are not here longer.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Clean and modern rooms which are spacious enough. Very friendly staff. At the reception as well as at the restaurant / breakfast. There was nothing I could complain about and I will definitely come again.

Lovely stay here. Room 208 with direct sea view! Pools lovely and clean, great breakfast and lovely roof bar which makes premium gin and tonics! Beds very comfortable! Would return!

Brilliant hotel really chilled place swim up rooms amazing staff very friendly and helpful can't fault this hotel … Breakfasts spot on lots of choice location right across from beach and bars and restaurants on your doorstep … 25min transfer to boot aswell all the way.

After only the first dinner of our holiday and after sleeping the first night I can advise everyone to stop you at this hotel. Fantastic dinner with a care in researching genuine ingredients and preparing them with great skill. Very nice clean room. Only flaw in the double are two single beds approached instead of a single double bed.

Beautiful beachlook hotel. Room nice. View of the standard room is not nice. We look at trees 3 meters of our balcony. Breakfast is great. Loungebar with view on sea is nice.

Just returned from 5 day short stay, lovely hotel, great staff, breakfast was superb and this year we decided to try evening meal and whilst not everything was to our liking we were able to find something we did like, also the chefs were keen to cook our meats fresh, and with care and to our personal taste.

It was fabulous, clean and classy. The breakfast is very good but the dinner less. It's so pleasant and restful. And the staff is impeccable and very friendly.

Lovely hotel very clean food good staff friendly but not intrusive. Beds comfy good size rooms. The only negative is the hotel does not have a lounge. If weather is bad you have to sit in bar, reception or your room.

Location right by a narrow street separated by the beach. I had a room with balcony overlooking the pool to the beach. Room is small but nicely decorated.

It is a beachfront hotel in the Palmanova area. If you have a choice, one of the best things are the half board, the free buffet The truth is very good everything. The rooms as an improvement point is that there are no queen beds only 2 beds together. Otherwise a good hotel where to spend and rest a few days.

Only open in late Spring and Summer. Top class hotel, adults only, incredible roof top views and chill out area, spa facilities, select evening entertainment, lovely on site frontal cafe/drinks area, v good service, not stayed here but visited on a daily basis, worth a visit.

It's a great place for a vacation, the breakfast is fantastic. The seeniries are beautiful. The staff are friendly.

Service was top notch, the pool area was very quiet and relaxing. Food is average sadly and the lack of a gym means I cannot give higher than 4 stars. Staff were great though, can't overstate that.

We are staying here just now on our honey moon for 4 days and can't praise the hotel enough it's spotless staff are first class receptionist helpful efficient cheery and lovely girl the pool area spa brekky Brill. Not a complaint twenty paces from a beautiful beach not a complaint defo worth a stay ten out of ten. Doogs and julie from bonnyrigg just outside Edinburgh in Scotland defo will be back here.

It is lovely. Staff are friendly. In a lovely position to sit with a glass of wine. It's a beautiful roomy hotel. I go there whenever I am in Palma Nova.

Lovely hotel, very modern. Roof pool area very relaxing with a bar and a sea view. The beach is just opposite the hotel. Great food especially the breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Helpful friendly staff. Worth paying a bit extra for a swim up room.

Had an excellent holiday at fergus style staff so helpful. Room superb. The whole hotel was to our liking. Small fault food could have been more selective.

Nice place, nice pool in front of the sea. The only complaint I would give is to have a few ants in the room, but nothing much serious.

Hotel: Beautiful restful and luxurious decoration, very good location, opposite the beach and 200m from a bus stop that goes live to Plama de Mallorca (every 15 min, 3, €10 the ride). Two unheated outdoor swimming pools, 85 cm deep. No swimming pool for making lengths in the hotel. The bar is nice but expensive, the cocktails are minimum at €8.
SPA: Very small, a small sauna and a small pool of water of 85 cm (no way to swim). It feels fast to cramp if other people come to join us. If you are fond of SPA you will not find satisfaction, in less than an hour it is bored.
Restaurant: We ate very well, the lunch stays the same every day but is very provided with a brunch until midday only on Sundays (same food as for lunch). In the evening, buffet with a lot of choices and change of theme every day (Italian, Greek, etc. ). Generally very good, we were very satisfied
Wi-Fi: Perfect, good reception throughout the hotel, rooms at the pool.
Rooms: Beautiful decoration, superb Italian shower, a quiet fridge, large space. We just regretted the cousins who were not comfortable.
I would recommend this hotel if you want to have a relaxing holiday (adult only very appreciable)

The hotel is not finished! This year is not completed! dirty pool, poolside showers and not included. The room is small, even one gasteru! eating there is no choice, we bought breakfast, so breakfast with 8.0000 up to 9.0000, and at dinner there is a complimentary drink, only for horse charge! but mamoe chic! with 7.0000 and up to 23.0000 constantly hammer drill, paët disk saws and shout builders! If you do not have enough homes neighbor with a hole punch, then this hotel is ideal for you!

This is a nightmare! Today 10.06.2016 we are in this hotel, room book standard and gave the Studio room small but this is not the worst … In room sink! Good toilet and WC fenced (incidentally times this foursome must be bathroom). From the ceiling onto the head pours water — said that it should be of type. Above the hotel runs construction crane, boom approximately 45 meters! Stinks of paint, all the time the sound of a Jackhammer plus welding. Garbage in the hallway. Food just for pigs. Two pieces of fruit and not washed. The meat is done and the smells of rot. … staff pretends to not understand that we are talking about, although explained in English and Spanish via Google Translator. If you like comfort odykvatnyj for normal food and money and I do not advise to go to this hotel! It's not the foursome is minus one star.
