Booked with Jet2holidays just over 2weeks prior to flying out to Majorca on the 30th April. Arrived at hotel and checked in very quickly and allocated room 402 on fourth floor on corner of building yet got the sun from early morning until sunset so ideal. No noise from nearby bars but slight traffic noise but didn't stop us sleeping or our 23 month old. Room was adequate in size but maybe needed more storage space. Equipped with modern flat screen TV with uk channels and many other European channels. Also had small fridge with great for storing some chilled beers/bottled water or even you after sun for those sunburnt days. My wife and I along with our 23 month year old son stayed all inclusive and were more than happy with the selection and quality of food on offer for breakfast/lunch/dinner although the snack bar out with these times could maybe a little more than just bread, coldmeat, cheese, cakes and fruit that is offered. The bar was well stocked with beers wines and spirits and also coffee which did smell wonderful when it was being made. The pool area was brilliant having a seperate shallow area for kids and another area for others. Plenty of sun beds around pool and there was no sign of putting down of towels to reserve beds. There was plenty of parasols and also an area with seats tables and parasols next to the pool bar. Large grassed garden area which had 4 large round wicker baskets with pillows which were in high demand everyday. There's a kids play area with swings slide and inside area which is used in high season for kids club. The staff at the hotel were exceptional and would do anything to help or assist you, from the reception, maids, bar staff and restaurant staff. I'd personally like to praise Lupe (bar) along with Marianne and Enith (restaurant) and veronnica (animation) who were all exceptional and credit to the hotel. The hotel has undergone a refurbishment during the winter and has just newly opened under the Fergus banner and a lovely job they have done. Hotel is under 5 min walk to the beautiful clean beaches and sea and promenade along palmanova or if you care you can walk into magaluf which is 10 min walk. During our stay the hotel was occupied buy various nationalities mainly French British and German but I would not hesitate in returning to the hotel and have recommended to many friends already.
