Fantastic hotel. Staff are wonderful, food Brill, rooms 5 star. We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary here and were presented with a gift of anniversary celebrations. Will definitely stay here again. Wonderful holiday.

We are just back from a 6 night stay and we loved every minute! The hotel is just beautiful and the staff were all so very friendly and helpful. We had taken the half board package and found the food to be fab! The staff arranged a bottle of bubbly for us to have with meal on our wedding anniversary night, such a lovely touch! The room was slightly compact but modern and clean with the most up to date amenities. The full clear glass shower panel wasn't for me but did not put me off coming back. We booked a bali bed in the sky bar roof top area of the hotel where the views were just stunning! It was so tranquil and the pool was slightly warmer than the main pool. We prefer the beach so only sat at main poolside area once. The pool only gets the sun in the afternoon which might not appeal to sun worshippers. We had a few drinks at hotel bars and found their prices on par with main resort bars. Overall I would highly recommend the Fergus Style Tobago Hotel if you enjoy a relaxing, well situated hotel with stunning views.

Fabulous hotel, staff cannot do enough for you from the moment you arrive to moment you leave. Food is delicious and so much choice. The hotel and rooms are spotless, serviced and cleaned daily including the jacuzzi. My daughters birthday was while we were on holiday and they made such a fuss, balloons, cake, and fizz left in the room for us. It made it very special. Welcome drinks on arrival of our choice was the perfect start to what can only be described as an amazing holiday. Special thanks to our maid Stephi, you went above and beyond all expectations. We stayed here a week ago a 5* hotel is exactly what it is. Beautiful room clean pool and fabulous breakfast lovely with a choice to suit everyone, nothing is tp much trouble would highly recommend and can’t wait to revisit another Fergus hotel. Thank you for the best times Kevin & Lisa xx.

Superb hotel, delicious suite, the staff is very caring, we had a superb stay. The buffet restaurant in the evening are very diverse and good. During a next stay we will come back to you thank you.

The food is fantastic and plenty to choose from, extremely clean, polite and happy staff. Great location, beach opposite hotel. Pool very cold but ok once your in it. Entertainment every other night, which is really good. Love this hotel and will definitely be coming back. The manager is on hand and was very down to earth, any problems was sorted out immediately. Thank you for a 1st class holiday to the manager and all the staff of the Fergus Style Tobago.

My friend and I have just come to the end of our 5 day stay here. The staff are unbelievably friendly! The food is amazing and the hotel is spotless. The roof top bar is stunning, the photos don’t do it justice. I’m definitely going to come back here in the future I highly recommend ☺️

First holiday away without our daughter. We could not have picked a more perfect hotel for a five day relaxing break. Definitely worthy of a five star review. Friendly staff luxurious and comfortable facilities perfect location. Sky bar with the most amazing views what more could you ask for. Have had a great stay at the Fergus Tobago hotel. Very clean lovely helpful staff. They even gave me a free bottle of Cava for my birthday with a very thoughtful note. I would definitely recommend this hotel it is right next to the beach close to the shops. First class ☀️

Not impressed with our stay. Was okay at first and decor is modern. However, sky bar, gym and restaurant not open during our stay and can offer no explanation why or when it will open and suitable for use. Lack of bar staff and restaurant staff. Televisions do not work, amenities in room not replaced, ongoing construction, lack of understanding English, restaurant service is extremely slow, staff are not sympathetic at all. Will not return.

Still a building site, work men everywhere, angle grinders going inside and out, dust, no roof bar, aircon not working until maintenance fixed it, and that's only the first hour. We were told that the only work was the gym and the car park not so. I would give it another 3 months, rooms not very big hardly any wardrobe space.

Great food comfortable rooms. But was end of season when we went and most of shops were all shut. Even McDonald's!

Room's are good, comfy beds. Food is good but repetitive, staff are lovely.

We had a cancelled flight and airline put us in this hotel. A nightmare. Everything was old and had a feeling of overuse. The food had nothing healthy as an option. And the public at the hotel did not make it better — all inclusive drinking atmosphere. Only thing good is the view.

The rooms are of good size and the maids are amazing. The staff are so so friendly. There is a chair lift in the pool very SEN friendly however the lifts are slow and hot — no windows whilst you wait and you wouldnt be able to fit a large wheel chair inside. The food is the same day to day for 1 week its ok but for 2+ it gets boring.

It's a good hotel. Fully justifies its 3 stars! We're resting here now. All inclusive — the food is good, the choice is great. The staff are very friendly and do a great job. In the dining area always clean tablecloths, if soiled — immediately changed and the following ate on a clean table.
Alcoholic drinks are strong, Sangria is just great!
The location of the hotel is convenient: within walking distance of the beach. Although for four days there were once) ) ) more and more on tours of this wonderful island! Buses stop to the palm tree on 7 minutes on foot. In principle, in Magaluf in general everything is close)

Got sent to this hotel due to ours being shut down for safety reason. Hotel isn't the nicest, rooms are the most basic I've seen and are in badly need of painting. Food isn't great either, good points the beach is on your door step, with plenty of bars and restaurants along the beach front.

Disgusting hotel! I don't recommend it! They rent out the numbers to schoolchildren in Spain… noise, gam, intercourse, alcohol buckets, security can not cope, in the dining room solid fast food! The most horrible holiday spent in this hotel!

When I arrived at this hotel I thought it was great. Fab location, food and drink were good and the staff were friendly, unfortunately that’s all changed now as 800 Spanish students who are loud, rude and arrogant have taken over the place, they think it’s acceptable to push and shove to get in front of you, we’ve had drinks thrown at us from balconies. We reported this to security and nothing was done! They are hopping from balcony to balcony to get to each other quicker, screaming and shouting and keeping us awake until 5/6 in the morning… we are all inclusive and have had one drink all night because you just cannot get to the bar!
This isn’t a relaxing holiday it’s a holiday from hell and to be honest and I wish I wasn’t here for another week! The fact I’ve saved up for a year to come here is pretty heartbreaking!

Great budget hotel. Facilities fairly good, bar and pool bathroom tended to be blocked or smelly every day at dome point but everything else seemed just a bit tired overall. Great location, literally across the road from the beach and round the corner from the strip yet it was so quiet at night! As previous reviews say, the lifts are really slow, but the food was okay. There was fairly big variety, lots of salads, soup and fresh bread served every day. Quite a bit of repetition but it was your standard buffet style. Deserts were generally set puddings like creme caramel, jelly ice cream etc. Breakfast were very good, standard fry up stuff and continental. Wi-Fi available all over the hotel although a little hit and miss sometimes. Snack bar open from 11 until 7ish for all inclusive guests. Overall great for a cheap getaway, a little tired and old fashioned but good non the less.

Just home from a fantastic week spent in your hotel with my Mum Sisters and Cousins (16of us). Rooms basic but cosy, Shower had a mind of its own if pressure was to high but thankfully fresh towels we're always on hand. Could do with a few more sockets in rooms and a light on balcony and maybe a few pictures on the corridors. Food, Service and Staff were Amazing. Staff always had a smile on their faces and were friendly, Entertainment staff Diago and Marie were really good, we really missed them on Wednesday (their night off) as entertainment wasn't great that night. Love the fact you are right on the beach, Look forward to seeing the Renovations when you complete them. Hope to come back in the next few years.

Hotel very well located very close to the beach, room and restoration correct good value for money.

If you want a budget stay and the hotel decoration does not worry you a lot, then its your choice. Great location on the beachfront with a lively surrounding and a night club around the corner. Meals, well it is definetley not the Michelin star awarded place, but fair enough to feed a hungry traveler. So, if you are on yhe island yo explore its beauty and a hotel is needed for a night — this will be a good solution.

I am currently at this hotel. Having a great holiday,, Food is great,, room is excellent,, with great views,, beach across the road,, staff excellant,, couldnt ask for anymore,, beds are comfy,, room cleaned to an excellant standard everyday and towel change daily,, To complete the picture,,, excellant,, and good value for money,, its having a refurb at the end of the season,, may not be able to afford tocome here when it gains its next star,, But will keep looking on jet 2 for prices,, Thankyou Fergus Tobago,,, 10/10

Lovely place. Clean and tidy a few metres from the sandy beach. Downside pork for every meal as a main meal. They have fish. Pork. Chicken sometimes. Pork. And erm pork.

Lovely staff, great food, everything within walking distance, definitely reccomend.

Low-end hotel for the basic price in all inclusive… Sleeping room, bathtub with rust, bed with sleeper blanket in wool… Average food as in canteen and mediocre dessert. The city Fetarde a lot of noise and Chinese store… I do not recommend this hotel.

Very bad, bad attitude of the staff, little cleanliness the bathrooms and do not put gel, little unpleasant personal food, not to advise anyone and less to the retirees of the IMSERSO.

Bad quality food, dirty rooms and rude staff.
This story is so incredible: last day, early morning.
I'm in the restaurant for have breakfast and my plane leaves at lunch time, so I decide to take me some small sandwiches for don't come back fasting (I pay half board, including breakfast and lunch).
Unfortunately this is not possible because a rude waitress has literally "ripped" the sandwiches.
I think all of this is unacceptable and against every client's right and every form of professionalism. Shame!

The views were better impossible, the food very good and varied. The facilities a little outdated but it seems that this year will make a general reform. Highly recommended.

By many good reviews that introduce will not convince anyone, I have not found any customer of this hotel to be satisfied, the only good thing is the excellent location of the hotel, the breakfast passable the rest of the meals quite deficient, as far as Quality, always serve the same thing, is to think it is a hotel with room and breakfast and the rest of the meals served from the outside, as far as the cleanliness is passable the hotel is very old and deficient in case everything except the prices which are those of a four star Sie Ndo this one of two stars never of four by the service lent.

The first time I went with my two teenage daughters. We returned two years later with my eldest daughter her partner and my young granddaughter. Both times the food was excellent, brilliant selection and it was fresh. The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Children's club was well organised. Being close to the beach was a huge plus. I can only say I would highly recommend this hotel.

Wouldnt stay at this hotel again because of this reason the security guard is rude and abrupt and invaded my personal space alot of the time while I was there because I looked different.

Brilliant views hotel staff fabulous especially Said and Veronica on Reception. Hotel needs a refurbishment. We visited the Fergus Bermuda and Fergus Style Palma Nova both in same resort. Both outstanding accommodation.

Friendly staff. The normal facilities. Acceptable food, quality, abundance.

Hotel very well located in first line of beach, but very shabby and neglected (dirty, bad smell in rooms, no bidet, …)

Good enclave. Passable Buffet. Cleaning, painting, lighting scarce. Cafeteria prices for Guiris, when most of the guests during my stay were from the IMSERSO. A San Miguel 2, €85. A €8 Cup. How to get drunk.

Excellent Hotel The beach next to the hotel the only bad thing that the food was repeated a lot and very little time for meals.

Dirty, expensive, outdated, bad food, with bedbugs, I would not recommend and will never return the worst hotel that and never seen.

This in the area of Magaluff, Palmanova, good buffet food, near public bus that takes you to Palma the capital, and from there make transhipment for other places, is on foot to the beach, tourist area.

Our thanks to all the Hotel staff, for their humanity and kindness in our stay this month, in which my husband suffered a health problem that luckily has recovered.

Absolutely amazing! Good room size, excellent location, very friendly staff and great food! Lots of choices for everyone. We've been with our little one, 19 months old and it was great! Lots of places to go and play, very close to doctors, farmacy, playgrounds and Katmandu park. Also an Aldi very close to hotel. We will definitely go back!

Food: is rubbish if your not a fish lover and the menu is very repative. Pool: main pool is not suitable for children has it is very deep, the childs pool could probably accommodate 3-4 children at a time. Views: beautiful views of the sea from certain room only. Drinks: a lot of variety of drinks from the main bar or pool bar, tea coffee water and fruit juice available during breakfast, all of the above plus soft drinks and wine available at dinner and tea. Rooms:very dated rooms beds are really uncomfortable, the room we are staying in has mould in the bath also mould around the air con unit, 3 English channels on TV. Shopping: a wide variety of shops around the hotel although not open out of season. Beach: best part of the holiday for us the beach is beautiful and kept very clean the sun loungers are not free so best to take some money for these. Would not recommend a stay in November has all the bars and attractions are closed even in magalluf.

Good hotel with a beautiful view (sea and pool for all the rooms) but music until 23:00 every night and unfortunately the all inclusive brings its lot of noisy people until the middle of the night (3:00). Very well placed.

Good hotel, I stayed there for two weeks with a friend in summer time. Hotel at 1 min to break everything from the beach and 5 min from the street or all the boxes, shisha to find.
Staff very welcoming especially the security staff.
Only snag the food not quite varied, not very good too.

Stayed here in may great hotel. ROOMS — basic, no flat screen but views wow fantastic sea views. POOL — alright, played music whilst catching them rays and had a pool bar and snacks. FOOD — Great. Alot a variety and very tasty. STAFF — friendly & attentive. ENTERTAINMENT — not so good. Bingo every night Overall I would stay here again and I would recommend.

Beautiful, I stayed this summer, simple, all friendly, very good food, excellent value for money and beautiful the blond pool bartender.

Hotel is nice food is nice however no entertainment through out the day and evening. Jet2 didn't show up for the 3 out of 7 days we were here.

Room : Standard, but its OK. Clean Buffet: Good. Dessert : So so. Staff : Love them, you can see they serve you with their heart ❤ Location : Near the beach and shops, ATM Parking : not suggested. Night programs : Live music, BINGO, dance floor, the music is sometimes too loud (Ok if you closed your window)

We had a first family holiday in majorco, we love the hotel and the location, lovely staff, Thanks you So much.

We have just come home from a week here all inclusive with 2 children 2 and 6 we loved it. Yes bathrooms need upgrading but for the price I can not fault this place.
The entertainment staff were simply amazing with this kids my son only spent one day at the kids club but they spent every night at the mini disco. It's the same song but that was great for the kids my 2yr old loved it and picked up the moves really quick.
All the other staff were just as great and really friendly they work so hard. Again food was great for price we had a few meals that we couldn't find much for our personal taste bit that's to be expected I think plus there was always chips and simple pasta with sauces to pick.
Only down side was the main pool didn't really have a shallow end but did have a kids pool. We went early to avoid the crowd having young kids.
I know my kids would love to return we are thinking about trying another fergus hotel in the area but would be more than happy to return here :) thank you for making my kids first holiday a great one.

Nothing very nice about the hotel or rooms! And slightly annoying that the air con in the room just blew out warm air! Wouldn't stay again!

City of Palmanova, 25 km from the capital… area of crowded hotels and many tourist places.
The hotel offers basic services, the rooms are decent, the kitchen from large quantities…

Overcrowded with Spanish pensioner's, they were mostly rude, the staff were amazing, food was cold and tasteless, not enough sun loungers, very small pool, beach was beautiful, but cost €6.75 for a sun lounger, the hotel bar closed at 11 pm as did the entertainment, thank God for the crowd I was with and shops, restaurants and bars close by, will never go back, lesson learned.

The rooms are clean although the maintenance is a bit poor. The staff is friendly and kind. The meals are good with a wide choice buffet.

Excellent location as its next to the beach. Hotel is standard quality and clean. Food is very good but a bit repetitive on dishes. Team do a great job to welcome and entertain guests. Good 3stars and worth a visit.

The hotel is very conveniently located on a beautiful bay. Everything is super clean. Sunny, quiet, recommended for families.

Hotel for young people looking for Sun, beach and night live.

Food wasn't the best had to eat out most of the time while we stayed. Also the bar closed too early. If your just wanting somewhere to stay for the night this would be the place.

Decent hotel plenty of choice of food badly understaffed.

Especially for the treatment of exquisite with this year are already three to repetinos.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, the staff was grate, the food was brill, the place was clean, we would stay again next year.

Just spent the week in magaluf at the fergus tobago, food was not up to standard, so we found ourselves eating out the majority of the time we where on holiday.

It is a good hotel, fails him in the all inclusive not including alcohol-free beer, but if all kinds of drinks. Why.

The food is no big deal but you always find something that you like, the service is nice friendly I if you're English. I highly recommend the all inclusive.

A week in the Tobago Fergus of Mallorca. I could say many things of our stay there. First, does not apply if you are travelling as a couple, or with children, or you're one older person. Okay if you're going to get drunk and party, and of course if you're English!. It is not focused on domestic tourism. Several times we had to wait for us to attend another receptionist, because that we catered only to speak English. The same with some waitresses, if you wondered something, said you that you expect, do not speak Spanish. The noise unbearable night. Drunken Englishmen, who sing, shout and run, in own rooms halls, nobody tells them anything. (they live them! ). The food! Before going to the hotel already we saw some reviews about the food, but not we gave importance because we are very "good content". MADRE MIA!, besides being of low quality, always the same. What you didn't want at noon, they would put you back in the evening!. There are shooting anything, they always used food. The breakfast sausages, those were the pasta dinner, fruit salad always pocha,. The picnic that day not we ate at the hotel, we prepared was with remains of dinner the previous day, luncheon meat, especially the cheese, so they advise it had yellow and hard edge around, and could go on putting examples! Coffee and juices are machine. The barralibre, prepared for the English that are going to be chopping and okay anything: rum (Tobacco), vodka. Another brand of laughter. In the end.

The situation facing the Bay is excellent.

The hotel is to settle at the bottom of the 3 stars. Suitable as a summer hotel. We were in October 2010 in cool weather in the hotel and have frozen in the room. Sleeping with 3 rugs was then tolerable. The hotel management was not ready to start the existing heating system during the week but tischte up every day only a new excuse us. We were glad to leave this cold and uncomfortable House. Bottom line: Inept management that has only the profit and not the well-being of the guests in mind.
