FERGUS Bermudas

Great hotel where the staff always go out of their way to assist you. Ideal location and close to bars, restaurants and beach. The entertainment team go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic experience especially Gabriel. Rooms are modern and the hotel is really clean. The selection of food and the quality is very good. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed a really good holiday at this hotel, all the staff are very good at their jobs and were really friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The food was very nice, always fresh, plates were cleared away quickly once finished with. Good entertainment. Great location, 5 min walk to the beach. Only a small hotel but met some really lovely people that would love to meet again! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We visited this hotel on a last minute whim to find some sun in the middle of October and what a find. Extremely helpful reception staff and a really lovely atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble. The room itself was not large but had everything we needed — the shower was hot and powerful and extremely clean, as was the whole hotel. The pool was great and there were plenty of sun beds, although what it would be like in the middle of summer I couldn’t say. The entertainment team (2 girls) were great — they didn’t pressure you to join in but were always smiling and friendly. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis as we like visiting local restaurants which were within easy walking distance and many were excellent. Breakfast selection was amazing — you couldn’t want for more. Only small negative — I have in all my years of travel come cross nowhere where you have to pay for the safe in your room — three and a half euros a day. But that aside, we liked it so much we have booked for next year.

We just came back on the 14th of April for two weeks staying at this hotel as a family of five! I honestly can’t express how good the staff were and so helpful, the rooms were clean immaculate condition. Restaurant ladies were so lovely was so interactive with our baby and made us all so welcome. Always taken our drinks order and made sure we have everything we needed. The food was absolutely amazing for all inclusive loads of variety every day from starters mains to desserts! The entertainment lady so lovely welcomed us on our first day very hard-working to keep everyone entertained and she does a very good job at it! I would definitely visit this branch again or another Fergus style hotel because they have set the standards tie they are amazing! 💕 Thank you for making our holiday amazing 💕

Just back after a fantastic stay with the family all 14 of us! The staff were amazing so friendly and made you feel very welcome. The hotel was always clean and the food was lovely with plenty of choice. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

. They put us in the basement, cleaned our rooms every day, but not very well.
There were hairs left, garbage cans that were not thrown away and quite unfriendly staff of the maids. Never again in this hotel.
In the pool, the tiles are very dirty, as are the small tables.
We were moved to another room, narrow with very dirty glass in the shower cabin!
I lost a ring in my room and they didn't call me to return it!
I'm outraged!

Excellent hotel… So clean… Rooms cleaned every day… Animation team amazing… All staff are so nice from reception to bar to restaurant… Hardest working lifeguard ive seen PEDRO soccerista numero uno 👍👍👍 stayed for 3 weeks… Will certainly be looking to book again… Thanl ypu all 👍👍👍👍👍

Stay of a week in October, clean and quiet hotel, do not expect a lot of entertainment but we did not come for that, customers rather the 60aines, spacious and clean rooms, top buffets, clean, varied morning, noon and evening, snack between the opening hours of the restaurant, very nice staff smiling and helpful, 5 minutes from the sea and the city, Palma de Mallorca 15 minutes by bus with bus stop at the foot of the hotel, perfect stay in sums 😉👍

Have enjoyed our visit here. Excellent helpful staff, lovely food (can honestly say not had a bad meal) rooms bright and airy inclusive of air conditioning and maid service everyday. My 1st visit but definitely not my last. Thank you Fergus Bermudas. Xxxx.

We arrived home yesterday and had a lovely break away. Fergus Bermudas is a great hotel, perfect location and we liked it because the hotel isn’t too big.
Rooms very comfortable with maids coming in daily.
Pool good we always got a lounger, hotel was only half full so probably be harder to get a bed when it is full.
Staff all very friendly always greeted with a smile.
We only ate breakfast and lunch apart from one evening but enough choice for us and we enjoyed it.
We would definitely return.

Wow, we’ve had such a perfect week at Fergus Bermudas! The staff, setting and atmosphere all complement each other perfectly and help with making your holiday perfect! The animation team are fab and always have you laughing and joining in! Also such a great lifeguard, he made us feel right at home and enjoyed giving us recommendations for the local area! Our lovely receptionist helped us with booking excursions and was always on hand to answer any questions! We’ve absolutely loved our stay here, thank you to the wonderful staff for making it even more perfect!

Fab rooms, friendly staff, close to all amenities. Loved the pool. Free Wi-Fi.
