Stay of a week in October, clean and quiet hotel, do not expect a lot of entertainment but we did not come for that, customers rather the 60aines, spacious and clean rooms, top buffets, clean, varied morning, noon and evening, snack between the opening hours of the restaurant, very nice staff smiling and helpful, 5 minutes from the sea and the city, Palma de Mallorca 15 minutes by bus with bus stop at the foot of the hotel, perfect stay in sums 😉👍

Have enjoyed our visit here. Excellent helpful staff, lovely food (can honestly say not had a bad meal) rooms bright and airy inclusive of air conditioning and maid service everyday. My 1st visit but definitely not my last. Thank you Fergus Bermudas. Xxxx.

We arrived home yesterday and had a lovely break away. Fergus Bermudas is a great hotel, perfect location and we liked it because the hotel isn’t too big.
Rooms very comfortable with maids coming in daily.
Pool good we always got a lounger, hotel was only half full so probably be harder to get a bed when it is full.
Staff all very friendly always greeted with a smile.
We only ate breakfast and lunch apart from one evening but enough choice for us and we enjoyed it.
We would definitely return.

Wow, we’ve had such a perfect week at Fergus Bermudas! The staff, setting and atmosphere all complement each other perfectly and help with making your holiday perfect! The animation team are fab and always have you laughing and joining in! Also such a great lifeguard, he made us feel right at home and enjoyed giving us recommendations for the local area! Our lovely receptionist helped us with booking excursions and was always on hand to answer any questions! We’ve absolutely loved our stay here, thank you to the wonderful staff for making it even more perfect!

We have had 2 lovely stays here in the last couple of years, ideal location and such a friendly and relaxed hotel. Very clean and rooms cleaned regularly. Would highly recommend to anyone and hope to stay again some time.

Firstly I want to Thank you all for making our holiday so enjoyable. I can’t fault anything about your hotel. The staff, service, cleanliness, food, entertainment, pool area, restaurant and bar, rooms, everything was perfect.
Secondly please pass on my compliments to your cleaners, they are doing a great job!
Thirdly we had a problem with our air conditioning until that even though was sorted out immediately we were still given an upgrade to all inclusive for the rest of our holiday for the inconvenience. And given how lovely the food and cocktails are this was wonderful!
If we holiday at Palma Nova again we will definitely stay here again.

What a great hotel! Very friendly people, something to do every day, very close to the beach, clean and pretty room, nice food. We had all inclusive so it was very easy for us, I liked 2 free coktails a day (different every day). I would have like some more information about the concept, I knew it on the 2nd day and we just had 4 days there. And I was lucky to have ear plugs with me, otherwise I couldn't sleep, it was noisy, even after 12'oclock at night… Maybe a tip to put ear plugs in the rooms or give 1 pair if people come and check in. But we had a great vacation! Thank you so much!

Currently staying at this hotel! Sadly not having a very good time. From the day we arrived and being greeted by the receptionist or rather not being greeted! Staff have been particularly unfriendly, I have never stayed any where quite so awful. Rooms very small, no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. The evening entertainment is just a joke! I really don't know why they bother. The food is good with a good selection. We are overlooking the gardens, very noisy from the bars over the road, I really am very disappointed with this hotel… I definitely would not recommend if you want a relaxed and happy holiday.

Friendly hotel, the employees are really nice, they do not hesitate to engage in discussion with you and joke despite the language barrier.

I note just 2 downside:

— Poor organization of room reservations, for a week's holiday, the last 3 days have had to come down to the reception each time as our card to open the room has been disabled, and its every day for 3 days it's bulking up.

— Every night there is entertainment and atmosphere, it's just a pity that at 11pm they stop all clean, fortunately some customers who play the piano do the volunteers and put a little atmosphere

Apart from this, the food is excellent, and there is really a choice.

Have only been here for a few hours since our flight was delayed, nice little hotel where you will be met friendly and helpful, modernly furnished rooms and a small pool. I can't say anything about the food. Thank you anyway for the short-term recording!

Clean and well run hotel in a great location just a short stroll to the beach, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is good with a lot of choice and lovely outdoor dining area. We will be returning here.

Fantastic hotel, new modern comfortable room, great variety of food and friendly staff, brilliant pool facilities and a stones throw from the beach and paseo. We had a wonderful family holiday with our 23 month old.

Hotel quiet (although the walls are not very thick), friendly staff, entertainment every night. On the bedrooms side, very spacious, but bathroom too small and lacks some equipment like a kettle to make a small coffee in the morning without having to go down to the bar. On the catering side, not a lot of choice at the buffet and the service is a bit hasty and limited. All-inclusive is not really all-inclusive, because at the bar the products included are very limited, but on everything else there is a discount of 50%.

Great food, great drinks, staff are very friendly and the whole place is clean and we'll maintained. The pool is child and disability friendly… altogether very happy with my stay.

Great hotel just a couple of complaints though:-

The pool is too wet

Great hotel, smaller than most and all the better for it, lovely clean rooms and comfortable beds. Very good food and lots of choice.

Team to listen very friendly. The majority speaks French, it is quite appreciable.
The hotel is well equipped, not far from the beach.
The buffets are plentiful.
Only small negative point, the noise from the street when there are evenings in the bars nearby.

Absolute brilliant hotel great position for a stroll into magaluf or sentral Palma Nova.

Very good value for money. Beach nearby (5 minutes) Welcoming staff smiling and caring about the well being of the guests.
The buffet at will is quite diversified.
However big flat on the soundproofing. We hear everything… It can be unpleasant soon. Think of the quies balls.

Good hotel, you eat well, not very soundproof! At night we hear newcomers! Too bad there is no gym! If you do not have a car prefer Palma where there are more things to visit on foot, despite everything you can rent bikes for not too expensive at the hotel €8 half day €14 the day, and go to Palma by bus for 6, €20 the return trip per person. Otherwise well exposed hotel near the sea and souvenir shops, mini golf Fantasia very well despite the price (€18 the 54 holes per person but we were 7, 4h of the game and very beautiful scenery)

Great hotel. Not the best food.

I love this hotel. It's small, quiet and flirty. The garden is very big. The pool area, surrounded by tall trees, is very nice, from where you can access the garden. Resting on the loungers, under the trees, is relaxing the dining room has a wonderful terrace for dining with tranquility.
April, May and October are my favorite months to visit.

Just returned from a stay at this hotel with my two sisters! We loved the room and the food was great! More veg variety would be great. Room was clean and modern. However, on the last day the service fell short. Sadly the bar lady refused to give us a bottle of water each and said she had non left, I then pointed under the counter and she then said it was for the guests eating dinner in the food hall. But the food hall has different water bottles. We then went to reception who called her at the bar and she said it was for guests checking in late at night. Before we left this morning after breakfast the case of water was still there untouched! The lady was not giving water the night before this aswell. Shame because we were all inclusive, we paid for all these things. Such a shame. Awful service and this is the only thing that let this hotel down ☹️ Why refuse water to guests? We didn’t abuse this faculty at all. Had we known we would’ve bought water from the local supermarket! Pool was also too cold non of the other guests used it!

Staff very friendly, responsive and smiling.
The all inclusive formula is very correct. We stayed there for 5 days and I never ate the same thing.
The beach is a 5 minute walk away, there is plenty of shopping, restaurant and bars nearby. And icing on the cake a bus stop that can take you directly to the center of Palma.
However big flat on the noise, catastrophic soundproofing… It can be unbearable for some… In addition to that the corridors of the hotel resonate… I let you imagine… If your goal is to enjoy to rest, this is really not the best place.

Nice buffet room and all inclusive not really all!

Sensational service, all the staff are very attentive, have made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is well kept and well located.

Near the sea and very good facilities and services.

Stayed here in June last year and was impressed with the rooms we stayed in, very spacious and cool, just what you need after a day in the sun, Breakfast was great with a fine selection, the place was very clean and great entertainment day and night, my daughter had so much fun, i'm pleased to say we have just booked again and we are returning in May this year and cant wait.

By location-ideal, because it is located near one of the longest, equipped and in general-near one of the best beaches of Mallorca-Palmanova.
Close to the bus. Stop, as a result of the trip already in 30 minutes you will be in the center of the capital…
24 hour reception, good. Breakfast, some rooms have a wonderful view of the sea.
And it's great that the whole area is well-run Wi-Fi-for everything. Time No communication problems!

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful area close to all amenities, room was lovely, friendly staff, food very nice, but unfortunately not very warm, didn't finish our stay there as we were advised to move by our holiday rep due to outbreak of legionaires disease in the area, but if we are ever in majorca again, would definitely use this hotel again, thank you Fergus Bermudas for our short but wonderful stay.

Very cold feel about it, grounds were dirty and poorly kept. Food was okay. Ish. Rooms just so basic and cold, somewhere you would stay in business trip not on holiday.

Nice hotel good size room very clean and tidy with comfortable beds and a good size bathroom and balcony. Food is good but not much variety and cold I would expect better from a hotel like this and especially for the price.

Rooms are nice but bathrooms are small. Food is fine but does have a lot of the same food every night. The food can be bland and don't taste as expected. I. E if you have the chilli then no spice or heat. Will always have pasta, pizza (pork most nights) as the Maine things every night. Does have a theme some nights. Spanish night I expected to see a paella as it's the main dish, but no, it was chicken In a weak sauce. I think the hotel looks after the all inclusive guess the most and same of the staff in the evening have trouble understanding what wine you want and most of the time dont have the one you want even though it's on the wine list. Apart from that, the hotel has a prefect location and there are a lot of nice bar and restaurant around.

Nice location, nice juniorsuite, nice staff, mediocre dinnerbuffe, great breakfast, great pool.

Very friendly hotel 4 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes walk from the lively streets of Magaluf. Full of activities offered during the day and in the evening. Top staff and French speaking. The rooms are spacious and bright. Attention to small details about the household.

Many choices of meals, but two food poisoning led me to the hospital (the hotel has never apologized, and have not even thought to repay at least the taxi that took me there)

The animators are nice but it's not that yet.

Rooms very good staff nice but restaurant not top always the same thing take formula breakfast only especially that there are nice restaurants next door.

Booked with Jet2holidays just over 2weeks prior to flying out to Majorca on the 30th April. Arrived at hotel and checked in very quickly and allocated room 402 on fourth floor on corner of building yet got the sun from early morning until sunset so ideal. No noise from nearby bars but slight traffic noise but didn't stop us sleeping or our 23 month old. Room was adequate in size but maybe needed more storage space. Equipped with modern flat screen TV with uk channels and many other European channels. Also had small fridge with great for storing some chilled beers/bottled water or even you after sun for those sunburnt days.
My wife and I along with our 23 month year old son stayed all inclusive and were more than happy with the selection and quality of food on offer for breakfast/lunch/dinner although the snack bar out with these times could maybe a little more than just bread, coldmeat, cheese, cakes and fruit that is offered.
The bar was well stocked with beers wines and spirits and also coffee which did smell wonderful when it was being made.
The pool area was brilliant having a seperate shallow area for kids and another area for others. Plenty of sun beds around pool and there was no sign of putting down of towels to reserve beds. There was plenty of parasols and also an area with seats tables and parasols next to the pool bar.
Large grassed garden area which had 4 large round wicker baskets with pillows which were in high demand everyday.

Question clean nothing wrong, side restaurant, snak in 8 days the same meals count eat pastry it is industrial, MOSS suddenly strawberry, suddenly raspberry lemon one… by contrast good surprise Friday night seafood, rooms should be thinking again bathtubs are more news and more I wonder how mobilities reduced people to take a bath? rooms impossible Street to sleep with the bar across the street until a late into the night, otherwise the animation thanks has Jeremy, Antoine and Veronika who try to l atmosphere, otherwise no respect for some clients who make noise in the corridors rooms why not consider a cameras in hallways and prevent these people from the noises as they do, I would also point out that tt staff is at the top, and the very present Director in his establishment, then the people who put their towels on the beach early in the morning and they come s install until 6 pm… as a result obliged to stay on the chairs at the bar otherwise level close to the beach and shops nothing to complain about, beautiful walks to do, we tried and voila, too bad points.

The staff is great.
They have made reforms very good as for example they have a few rooms on the ground floor. For me is like a four star hotel but at three-star prices.
I loved it.
I'll be back!

We were brought to Fergus Resort, Magalouf on Thursday evening by Condor Airline because our plane could not start and we had to spend the night there. It was absolutely disgusting as neither the rooms nor the corridors were cleaned up. There was a lot of beer, blood and even vomit on the corridor and in the lifts. Bottles and plastic beakers could be found everywhere. The room smelled rank and mouldy and there was a lot of rubbish in our room. It was not possible to lock the balcony door and the chamber door as both were busted. On the corridor's walls just in front of our room, there was mould and the walls of our room were wet so it won't take a long time until there is mould, too. The bathroom/toilet was also filthy. We were totally exhausted and still we couldn't find any sleep until 5:30 a. M. As the rooms were so keen-eared and the people were extremely noisy. If you want to party all day and if cleanliness is not that important to you, it might be okay but for us, it was just horrible and I would never come again!

Animation review! Always the same activities, and very fast, not enough activity in or out of the hotel. Disappointed this year!

Just returned from a great two week stay at Ola Bermudas in Palma Nova. I would like to compliment the staff for making it a very enjoyable stay. From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff (especially Daniella) and from the bar staff (Almondine, both Lauras and Donella) to the restaurant staff; all deserve a mention for their kindness and excellent service. A special mention to the entertainment staff — Guillermo, Romain, Laura and Sara; they are a very hardworking and great bunch and deserve a medal for all their hard work. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so nice. I have nothing but praise for the hotel and the excellent staff. Thank you.
