The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is international with differents options to choose. The hotel is well located close to a restaurants, and bars. Near the hotel there's a taxi stop.

I think it's a little expensive for what they charge. The restaurant closes early and the hotel is a little far from the center. If it was clean and good service. We were treated very well.

Good bed and place to stay near the harbour of Palma, not close to the center but a buss stop right next to the hotel or always a taxi available.

Nice staff, excellent breakfast, clean & tidy room Very nice and obliging staff, excellent breakfast, with cooked and cold meats, fresh fruit, juices, yogurts, fresh pastries, etc. Clean and tidy room with good facilities, safe, air conditioning, fridge and snacks. Bathroom with complimentary toiletries, could do with an update. Very nice stay, thank you. Close to taxi rank as well as a nearby bus stop. I recommend this hotel. The facility is fine. The Habitacióndonde was very wide. Very good breakfast. The staff were very friendly. The only fault is that it is away from the city center, you will have to use car or taxi to go downtown.

The service is excellent and the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Negatives were the lack of nearby parking; after driving around for a while I finally found a spot ½ km up a steep road. For the elderly that might be a distinct no no. We arrived late and the restaurant wasn't open, nor was there any room-service available. It was quite a walk to find somewhere serving food.

Overall it's OK, maybe needs some renovation, the staff very friendly. Breakfast is served at 7:30, not at 7:00 as in most NH. The worst the location is in a very high part and it does not have close services. They should also study the gym light system, you have to use the room card for the light and it can be a problem when you leave and there are people because with the card change they stop the machines, it can be dangerous.

It's a bit secluded but it's quieter. On foot you can go in 5 minutes to the Porto Pi shopping centre. With a slightly longer walk, the port is not far either.
The rooms are well: desk, minibar, large bathroom, Wi-Fi and have a small terrace with table and chairs.
It has a swimming pool and garden.

Far from the centre but well connected by bus. The hotel needs arrangements to be able to have the 4 that it holds. Very friendly staff. To see if the next time, have changed things and I can give another.

The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. It doesn't look like a NH. It's far from the center.

Good quality Hotel. Spacious, clean and well-kept rooms. The attention is very good, they help you if you need something. Breakfast is quite varied and of good quality. The only downside is a bit expensive and it is a bit far from the center of Palma.

Very clean and comfortable. Welcoming staff and great breakfast. Moreover it is close to a taxi stop.

The rooms are very nice. Attention can be improved. We have been three families and we have not really liked the attention to the children. Prices too high in the kitchen and lack of variety in meals or dinners. Very good breakfast. Besides, I didn't have a lounge to rest or a place to watch TV or play. I think there are hotels with fewer stars that are quite better.

I recently stayed for two nights, good size room and a very nice breakfast, lots to choose from. I had a very simple pasta dish for supper, delicious and well priced. The best thing about my stay were the staff, in particular the gentleman in the breakfast bar and Vanesa, the receptionist on the afternoon shift, nothing was too much for her, she was a delight to talk to and had a lovely manner. I would definitely return.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very good value for money, at least at the beginning of December.

It's a nice place with good views. Elegantly located on a hill overlooking the entire bay of Palma. Parking-PATA clients. Very competent staff. Perfect to spend a few days. The food was very good and the breakfast was great. Very recomendablr.

Lousy and superb deal. We stayed in several rooms and we "disappeared" money, an iphone and a clock, all in different rooms.
When we put the claim sheet we crossed with another couple who also had disappeared some of their belongings.
They wanted to make us pay before we made the checkout "by policy of the address".
The only good thing if you walk up to the hotel is that you save the gym.

Quiet Hotel, ideal to disconnect, with a agradabilísimo environment and an excellent location.

Firstly, I want to mention that Cora at the frjnt desk is a COMPLETE SUPERSTAR. She took care of every request we had — even my bonehead i-never-travel-abroad ones. Nice rooms, not all have balconies. Funky in a good way layout to the building. Close to some shopping, but not very near the city center. breakfast downstairs alone is worth staying here.

Just had drinks but it seemed pleasant. Drinks were nice.

The room is nice and comfortable but having stayed in the middle of a record heat wave on the island, we found the air conditioning to be woefully inadequate our first time here. Yet, on our return trip a couple of weeks later, our stay was much more pleasant. The AC was a bit better, the front desk was extremely kind when we checked in at 2:00 a. M. After a long ferry trip from the mainland. Breakfast was great, and a day at the pool before a long trip back to the US was just what we needed. It also helped that Palma was cooler in general during the second stay.

Nice accommodation only flaws the location a bit out of the way.

It's a nice hotel, placed near the old city and all monuments in the city (all is near in this city), good rooms with individual beds, nice food, but you will go to eat at restaurants near the hotel, they are awesome, the employees are nice and not is the most expensive hotel.

Perhaps it should not be 4 stars. In our case the shower faucet was broken and cost change of water jet.

I stayed one night in the hotel for work, and is quite below the quality of other hotels for executives that I have been. This hotel is rather for summering, where the bed maybe need not be so comfortable and where to wrap up warm there are still blankets of the aniguas in place of a marker.

The season owed were closed the pool and fitness area.

As we have need hotel only to sleep, were all day with car in Mallorca, we are very happy with it. At any time.

Highlight the Abreisetag. Obwohl was from breakfast until 8:00 o'clock, we got coffee, juice, pieces of coffee and fruit in the morning at 5:00.

Staff very attentive and perfect stay.

We stay 4 nights at the Hotel Hesperia Ciutat de Mallorca with my parents and my partner. The hotel in my opinion meets all the expectations. Clean Hotel, close personal, breakfast very complete. This place is situated in the area of Bonanova in Palma, so it is ideal to have it as a starting point for visiting the rest of the island. As for the parking we had no problem to park the car that we rent, but if you have to be a problem that the hotel has car parking for 6€ / night. The hotel can disappoint you if you are going to go with children or if you are looking for something luxurious or a large resort complex, but if you're looking for a place to sleep and be quiet is IDEAL.

A very nice hotel with all the comforts. The staff is very friendly and leaves nothing to be desired. A quiet area although only a few minutes to the Centre. You can only highly recommend this accommodation.

Wrong. This far, the shower of the swimming pool was not working, we were 2 people and we only had 1 towel, hab. Non smoking and the pillows smelled of tobacco. Should take away a star.

The offer was reasonably priced and so we have booked the hotel.
That wasn't bad experience (always super holiday on Mallorca was earlier).
So, the next time is certainly a different hotel.
