Spectacular hotel, magnificent location, favorite place Spa.

A real disappointment our visit to the spa, has been like a trip to the deep decay of an emblematic establishment as it was. Broken facilities, closed for lack of arrangement, showers and Turkish baths stuck with the water of previous users that gave disgust, in short, really a sad surprise.

We've spent a weekend of 10! The spa spectacular the friendliness of both the spa staff and the overall hotel of 10 as well.
The only thing we did not like was the room I do not know if it is because we took an offer of residents and it was cheaper and we touched that type of room, it was little wide rather small the bed were two singles, I think that for a hotel of this category 5 * they could already be double and more spacious, the pillows super flat you lay down and flattened we looked in the closets but there were not even cushions, the chairs and tables on the terrace were quite old and moved a lot I think they could change them … I recommend it yes, because dinner was also spectacular another 10, but if you can pay a little more because that room is not worth it.

Best brunch ever! This hotel offers a Spa& Brunch treat perfect for a romantic getaway. We were delighted by the spa amenities plus the brunch which was just ROYAL and the gardens, beautiful even in Winter! The staff was on point, kind and professional. We will be back for sure! 100% recommended!

It's been a great weekend, super recommended. We stayed in half board, very good food and the attention of all the excellent staff. The room was very clean and comfortable.
I was celebrating my birthday and they had the detail of bringing us a bottle of cava into the room.

I did my wedding at this magnificent hotel. It wouldn't take a lifetime to describe everything I felt that day. From the first moment we walked through the door we knew it would be a special place full of magic. The facilities are beautiful, comfortable and very very very nice.
To congratulate, in main, Lloren Bauzá and the entire hotel team who were working on my wedding day. Nothing was missing, all the details were taken care of and they were attentive at all times.
The GPRO Hotel Valparaíso already fell in love with us on the first visit and has fallen in love with us even more after our big day.

We have loved the hotel, the views are breathtaking, the staff very good and very friendly, just a small snag in the Spa pool water was cold I could not enjoy des jacuzzi for q one was broken and the other the water was very cold q we were not able to get moreover all fastastico.

Most beautiful, comfortable rooms! With a good view and we were able to get our dividing door open so we was together with our friends. Staff are all so lovely, friendly and helpful.
The spa is so beautiful and lots to do and have done, I had Laura for a facial, back massage and Reflexology and it was sooo relaxing and she was super friendly. I will definitely be coming back to visit and would recommend to anyone!

We are currently staying here for the second time, we were here 2 years ago and loved it so decided to come back. Cant fault the staff, all very polite and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Last time we stayed we had 2 rooms as there were more of us and there was a coffee machine and an iron in the rooms, this time round no. But the one thing that has annoyed me is that 2 years ago we payed around 25€ for the week for Wi-Fi, which was fine, this time round however the Wi-Fi is free but we soon realised the connection in our room is hit and miss, one minute you have one bar and the next nothing, so I enquired at reception only to be told I can upgrade to premium Wi-Fi for 15€ PER DAY… seriously? I will just have to use my own data and pay the bill when I get home, which will be cheaper than the ridiculous amount the hotel charges… not sure we will be coming back as it feels like we have been downgraded as there were more of us last time, shame really as it is a really nice hotel.

After a Massage at the Spa, I must, unfortunately, be equal to the physical therapist, the therapist was very nice, but not experienced and not well trained. It was constantly pressed with the elbow on my spine and my leg and extreme stretch, this is not professional and only hurts. Now I can run for it today! with the prices you can expect quality in the training of therapists and is not a danger to health.

Of course, it is a 5stars Hotel, but let's be honest; if I let a towel from my room, at the Pool, you have to calculate for 7€? And the gym is not worthy of the name for sure. I can train in my basement better. But you must not then sit Barefoot at Breakfast
In previous reviews I have read, that the staff would read a the wishes from the eyes. Yes, all of the requests that incur additional costs. Compared with other Hotels, this is not his price really worth it. There's also the great view and the large Pool does not help.

The selection on the Valparaiso was taken on the basis of a very attractive offer. To these conditions it is unbeatable and definitely deserves the 5 star rating. At the regular price, and with an expectation of a 5 star hotel might offer significantly air is here but still to the top. In any case, I can recommend the Hotel especially for those who are looking for a good Hotel in the heart of Palma. The city centre is easy to reach by Bus or Taxi, and the generous Pool invites you to Relax.

Very disappointing. Long way out of Palma at top of hill. Had to drag our own bags up steps to check in. No complimentary water in room or tea unless paid for. Restaurant mediocre without atmosphere and room key cards constantly failing! Underneath bed found old TV remote and lots of dust. Could go on but still there so will wait until we leave. Breakfast lovely and the staff at breakfast too. Never again though.

A very nice house with good staff and very good breakfast. However, sand in many bathtubs while opening the faucet. Maybe the wires are outdated (? ) The hotel has been around for many years… Perhaps a refurbishment would be the best for hotel and its future.

In my opinion sunday dinner was not a 5star restaurant dinner. The rest was everything very nice and as espected.

Cati, reception of the Spa; a love … Laura and Elena; great massage therapists! Bistro; Manolo… a sun of a waiter.! We were treated as two queens. Everything super clean. Everything luxury! Terrible. Outdated hotel. Room not ready at 12:30 in low season. 4.50 euros for water in the minibar, you're not allowed to use the fridge for your own beverages. Staff not very well trained. You need to install an app (an app! ) to access the Wi-Fi network, which requires permissions to access your all personal photos and files on your phone. Unacceptable and illegal.

The SPA very well, the dinner at the Bistro very bad. We were given a romantic pack of SPA and dinner, very disappointing dinner.

The hotel staff are great and they can't do enough for you at the front desk. The rooms are lovely. Great service. Amazing Spa and sauna / steam rooms. Amazing pools although salt water isn't my favourite. The Wi-Fi isn't the best but is around the hotel and pool.

Beautiful location with amazing views of the sea and mountains on either side. Amazing staff, all eager to help. Clean rooms and all amenities replaced regularly. First rate spa. The only downside is the beach is a car journey away.

Goods in the hotel's spa area. Pure disaster, cost €40 from 15 — 21 — P. P. And 16.30 we were outside again. Spa smells Bitchin', mold on the ceiling areas. Everything would have to be refurbished run-down, for years. Half of the "shower" as well as saunas and steam rooms did not work. Never again here.
