The location of the hotel is next to the beach. The room is comfortable. The buffet in the dinner is really nice.
One of the reason we booked the hotel is that it offers several specialty restaurants in addition to the buffet. However, it is almost impossible to book them in their system. In the end, we only get the Spanish restaurant which food is just Ok. We noticed those restaurants were far away from full throughout the night but they won’t allow more reservation.
Towel service is the worst one we have ever experienced. It only opens twice a day with two hour window each. But they ran out of towels quickly. I went there ten minutes after it opened and they were already out. You have to go there several times hoping lucky enough to get a towel.

All inclusive doesn't mean all inclusive. Half of the facilities and services are paid on top of the AI price. The minibar is empty and you're being charged moon prices like in any other hotel. Makes you wonder what mental gymnastics management has done to redefine the simplest of words: all. Never going back to this chain. Hotel is nice, the staff seem nice so far, and the location is good too. But I feel like I got ripped off in a dark alley.
Edit: While the Hotel advertises 6 different restaurants, 2 of them are the same mediocre buffet. The others are country themed, however, they were all booked out for the entire week the day we arrived. Why do I need to book a restaurant in an AI Hotel? Why can I not access what was advertised to me and I paid for? This is a scam and they know it, just look at the staff's face when you ask them about this (not their fault, some MBA must fantasizing). Never Iberostar again, just stick with RIU AI, you get what you pay for.

Excellent hotel, the food choices are great, particularly the Spanish restaurant. Our server Tolo was exceptional. Wi-Fi works all round the hotel and a great selection of things to do. My only criticism would be the sound proofing in the room could be better as often can hear other guests in the corridor.
Other than that I would be happy to visit again.
