Our holiday was amazing, the beach was lovely, water crystal clear, rooms were cute and very clean. Just so noone is surprised, the hotel is very kids friendly, so its not exactly quiet:-)
Some suggestions for improvement:
On some occasions the tableware had some dried food remains — specifically juice glasses.
The finnish sauna is not as hot as I hoped, and the wood planks were quite used.
The evening bar had quite long queues — maybe more staff would help it.
But those were just small suggestions — overall our stay was truly wonderfull and we loved it.

Actually not a bad hotel, but:
— Staff totally overloaded and sometimes very unfriendly. Drinks were only available once at the table, after about 30 minutes.
— Food very monotonous and partly not edible.
— on the day of departure, the card was already blocked earlier, although there was checkout at 12 o'clock, so you have to get a new card to get your belongings.
— 16 family members travelling, 14 of whom fell ill. No consideration at checkout that sick children cannot leave the room at 12 o'clock. The guy at the front desk simply didn't care. :. Finally, new guests arrive.
— drinks for the minibar; only on request or Please 🥺 with sick children, very laborious.
— hidden costs: whether the electric vehicles or the popcorn or the playground equipment.
— Pool was dirty.
— Positive: nice beach for children.
