Lovely hotel and quiet, especially being in a very touristy part of Majorca. Room was nice and clean. We enjoyed our balcony view very much. Great selection at breakfast with omelette station and the staff were all lovely. The rooftop pool and bar was a real treat! Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good value stay with quality in S’Arenal.

The hotel was perfect! Thank you wahala! fun for the great service, everything was so clean, the sheets smelled good, the bathroom was impeccable, the beds were comfortable. It was quiet even though we where sleeping on the first floor. Can’t miss to mention the attention you give to every detail. You made our stay very enjoyable.

The place is very near to the bay and also a lot of restaurants and shops. The crew is very nice and helpful. The room was perfect and well cleaned. It was so comfortable. (I only can say one thing that I missed: We couldn't watched the Champions League on the TV) But everything else was perfect and we had a great time here.

Very friendly staff and comfortable hotel. Like many places lots of German tourists. Staff commented approx 95%! But that seems to be the norm for arenal now. Very clean hotel. Sky bar for sunsets is amazing. Rooms could do with more clothes storage, no drawers so lived out of suitcase.

The rooftop area with the pool is really nice! Great music and drinks, we had lots of fun and would recommend this hotel to anybody coming here for vacation. Good breakfast. Only downside was that the room service lady skipped my room one day but I guess that just happens sometimes.

Great value for money. Polite and friendly staff. Hotel is very clean, guest rooms are a decent size, good beds (slept very well), cleaned every morning, has everything you need with a good balcony. A good hot and cold buffet breakfast, healthy and not so healthy options :) Very quiet at night, no issues with noise as mentioned in other reviews. Great rooftop pool and bar area, great space if you do not want to go to the beach. 5/10 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
One complaint — The hotel outdoor breakfast area should be a non smoking area, residents stand beside you and smoke while you're trying to enjoy your al fresco breakfast. (Rant from a non smoker! )

Great hotel with a good location very close to the touristic boulevard! Rooms are clean, large enough and with good air conditioning. Breakfast is fantastic and the service is outstanding. I forgot my jacket in the hotel and they were happy to send it to my home address. Thank you!

Nice area for the beach, bars and restaurants but VERY basic accomodation with no entertainment. Had no drawers for socks, underwear etc only a few hangers so were living out of our suitcases. On the plus side it was always very clean there and the staff were pleasant.

Honestly had the best 5 nights at this hotel, 15 minutes in a taxi from the airport, 2 minute walk down the beach and lots of shops of restaurants. Was very clean and the breakfast was amazing, loved the roof top pool, will 100% return to this hotel.

Whala! Fun is a clean, quiet, comfortable and modern hotel. We are just back from a 4 night stay here. It had absolutely everything we needed for a small break.
Lovely rooms with comfortable beds and blackout blinds, decent air con, a nice balcony with a view and a very good power shower.
The sky bar on the 10th floor is great, the pool, although a tad small, was great for dipping in and out when it was too hot. The bar was reasonably priced and had a good selection of drinks and frozen cocktails.
Breakfast had a fantastic selection of food and drinks and you can even eat it outside on the terrace.
An added bonus was being able to pay for a late checkout at 4pm when we had a night time flight.
Overall, couldn’t fault it.

Clean room, a bit small, it's a pity that there are no cups and a kettle in the rooms, so you can make coffee. Close to the beach, although the area is not very aesthetic. Strange entrance to the hotel, stairs leading down, carrying suitcases can be a little problem. Breakfasts a bit unvaried but there is a chef who cooks live, you can choose: fried egg, scrambled egg, omelette. Very nice service, they extended our stay by an hour, while waiting for the bus to the airport. Very nice employees at the reception. Well-functioning air conditioning in the rooms.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 6 nights in August. We were pleased with the hotel overall, the best part was the fantastic breakfast, swimming pool and the short distance to the beach. The staff was overall good.
First day when we arrived we had lunch on the rooftop as the room wasn’t ready yet. The rooftop was nice with a small bar and swimming pool, which was appreciated especially if you arrive with an early flight ahead of assigned check in time. However we did have to wait about an hour for two sandwiches.
The room was nice with a lovely balcony but it would be great with some more shelves in the wardrobe and bathroom to put down your stuff. If you’re not a heavy sleeper make sure to bring some earplugs as the walls are quite thin.
We were satisfied with the level of service and quality of the staff however,
One day we put our towels in the room on the floor for them to get replaced, the housemaid however forgot to put new ones. We went down to the reception in order to get towels on our own but the lady in the reception blamed us for having taken the hotel towels to the beach, which we had not as we had brought our own towels.
I understand that they have had trouble with young visitors, but the answer from her just felt a bit unjustified.
If we were to visit this area of Mallorca again we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
A part from the hotel, we did not have a lot of knowledge of the area.
