Very nice & modern hotel, in a very convenient location. Loads of shops and bars nearby. Great views from the rooftop and fair drink prices. All staff were super very friendly and helpful.
We visited in October and unfortunately the sun didn’t reach the pool area most of the day so laying by the pool was not an option.
They offer a baguette service for those having to leave early for the airport which I thought was a very nice touch.
Definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is the one of the good part about this hotel. It’s close to the airport, beach is right behind the hotel and lots of restaurants around. Of course it’s not the nicer part of the city, but it’s really comfy if you’re planning to be outside most of the time.
Room had modern furniture, but it wasn’t looking good. Walls in the bathroom were dirty. Our room wasn’t prepared good before we came. It was dirty, we had only one set of towels for hands, soap dispenser was leaking all the time, so soap was all over the floor all the time. Water from shower was running on the floor since we didn’t have towel for feet. We got extra towels only after we had asked for it on reception, but after next “cleaning” we didn’t have towel for feet again.
The best part about the hotel was food and service in the restaurant. It was tasty and big portions. We ate in the hotel twice a day. And we didn’t even want to go to eat somewhere outside.
For the price we payed this hotel is not bad. But they definitely should pay attention on cleaning.

Air conditioning didn’t work, beds were bad, and to top it off the front desk person called our room at 2:35am and woke us up with their obnoxiously loud room phones to ask us come down to the front desk because he forgot to charge our card.
Where on earth is it normal to wake up guests at 2:35am because the front desk made a mistake?

Great location！Friendly staff！Comfortable environment！The noise problem in the reviews was not felt by me and this hotel would be my first choice for another visit to Mallorca! Many thanks to Dalila, the receptionist, for her kind assistance, which made our stay so much easier! In addition, the hotel has beach towels for rent for only 2 euros, a very convenient and affordable service. By the way, the breakfast was so good! 😊

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Good sized rooms and bathroom with a great shower. Very comfortable bed but pillows were lumpy, I’m sure they would have changed them had we have asked. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Lovely clean hotel, very modern. Breakfast was fine, main area clean. Swimming pool lovely area, average size. However a group of 8 drunk German boys jumping in and drinking alcohol in the pool at 2pm spoiled it.
The location was great, seconds from the main strip and beach. Room clean, AC was amazing! Tv only had 1 English channel, however the hotel was all German/Dutch.
We were the only British people in the hotel so the hotel catered toward them. Arenal its self is 18-30yr old party town, changed a lot since my last visit! All shops are German/Dutch as are pubs and restaurants. A lot of drunk German/Dutch teens lying in the street, however did not hear a thing at the hotel. Hotel was fine for a few nights stay but wouldnt return due to how arenal has changed into a German Magaluf.

I can't say enough nice things about the staff at this hotel they made me feel welcome and like family.
The hotel is located a few short steps from the beach. Bear in mind that it is located in party central so expect noise and rowdy tourists. There is a supermarket next door (underground) and many small convenience stores within a very short distance.
I checked in at night and became fast friends with the lady that checked me in, Andra. The first room I got was a bit of a security concern for me. As a female traveller I don't like being in a first floor room with more than one point of access. There was a balcony on the courtyard that anyone could access and a very musty smell. She told me that they would find me something else and they did. They next day, Dalila at the front desk checked me into a much more suitable room. Between both Andra and Dalila they made my stay nothing less than awesome.
The hotel has a pool which was never crowded and a restaurant and a bar. The drinks were so fresh. There is also a luggage hold room which is important because checkout is early. You can get a later checkout if the capacity permits and I didn't find it expensive to do so.
The hotel gets top marks, not because of amenities or poshness but because of the staff. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Andra and Dalila for making my stay wonderful.

We only went for one night and it did it’s function. Very simple but nice and renovated. The attention of the staff was great, breakfast was good too. The only negative thing, was that the rooms are not good isolated and if there’s someone noisy during the night, as the hotel is in area close to where people go party, then you hear it all.
All in all, amazing for the price.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, food was brilliant and fresh every day. Hotel looks very nice and clean. They offering option to borrow beach towels as well what was very helpful for us. Location is perfect, it takes only 10min drive to the airport and 2 min walk to the beach. We definitely coming back to Planet One hotel.

The staff in this hotel were excellent and very helpful. Good breakfast and large room. The keys for the doors are wristbands which is a nice touch. They need a proper door on the bathroom as there is a sliding partition that dosent give much privacy and also the pillows had disintegrated inside. The area is awful but that isn't the hotels fault, the back streets aren't very nice at night and there and people lurking about to take advantage of drunken tourists. It is strange as Magaluf gets a lot of bad press but is lovely. Only other benefit was that it is possible to walk to the airport from here and they have good bus links to the rest of the island. Do not use the cabs, we had one try to tip us off when there.
