Kleines aber feines Hotel. Sehr sauber, gute Lage. Schade dass es keine Klimaanalage gibt.

Room and location nothing to say.
On the other hand the staff does not know how to make the law in the hotel.
Our neighbor puts the music in the background… at midnight… for hours, despite a call from the keeper… This continues.
In the end… impossible to sleep… or 1h from the mast… a 4H… because 4H return of evening and the… c go and come in the hallway.
Horrible… and c everywhere like this in Mallorca.
Some people scare strangers away.

Absolutely awful, damp cold small room next to a derelict building. No heat, had to ask for a fan heater to air clothes as they came out of the wardrobe damp. Never got the sun in room so was quite a miserable room. Cheap place, you get what you pay for. Breakfast ok if you like just ham and cheese.

Have come home today, and there is not much positive to report. The booked double room was a 3 bed room with 3 single beds. The lid of the toilet was broken in the middle. You had to sit sideways on the toilet otherwise it was not possible to place. The duvet was made of the same fabric as the curtains at the window. A thin piece of fabric, which is certainly OK in midsummer, but not now. Now for breakfast. I didn't expect much, but that was a real joke. The Rolls stone hard and that to each of the 7 days. Cold cuts every day the same and also not particularly edible. The coffee didn't taste either. The breakfast is really very unloved. Toast, packaged milk buns, packaged croissants. Strawberry Jam 2 kinds of sausage and cheese. Now to the cleanliness. Although the maid came every day, she was really friendly but more like making beds and removing trash was not made. Towels were there only once and even if you put them on the floor they were not removed or there were new. The valves in the bathroom totally calcification. Was wiped with a cleaning rag and only briefly the bathroom. I have paid extra attention when booking that one understands in the hotel German, but none except one gentleman who worked in the afternoon shift could do some German. Even if you have been treated nicely, the negative doesn't make it go away.

It is really difficult to rate this hotel. The opinions are also quite different here. Everyone needs to know what they value. We found a 3-bed room before — with a couple — and a dirty bathroom. In the toilet legacy of predecessors, dark long hair, etc. On the floor also in the room one could not look. Luckily we got a new room — then I cleaned and disinfected myself. Mattresses OK — but there's no schooner. The sheet slipped at night. Towels were fresh once a week, the bedding was never changed. Good that was not high season and hot. Breakfast was very economical and the coffee was bad. We went somewhere else. Also with the safety one goes carelessly – we found our room the last 3 days unlocked before. So who wants to celebrate and want to stay cheap can go in for a few days. Also to whom it is not so important with cleanliness. I found it very very unhygienic. The cover stank.

Quite honestly I never got back though a new room which was cleaner but still lacking in the room at all.

For a party weekend totally awesome! Good location.

If you are just for fun after Malle comes a good hotel. The location is perfect. Approx. 100 m to the beach and the ball man. However, we preferred to have breakfast and the bathroom was getting used to because we only had a sliding door. This is a little silly when you travel with friends.

For our purpose wars perfect.

Too expensive for what they sell.

Clean rooms, also cheap. Problem is no A. C. And the rooms (at least our rooms) are very small.

Nice place, kind stuff, near sea.

It is nice place for price. Brekfast could be better.

Good site and good value for money.

Excellent for the price — clean and friendly — think travel lodge but just in an infinitely nicer post code.
