Great location and sea view (we had frontal sea view room), very friendly and attentive staff. Good food. Surcharge for half board is worth it.
SPA (small sauna and steam bath) is available, although not too big, indoor pool with cold water.
We will gladly come back, especially because of the view and the proximity to Agulla beach.

Absolutely great Hotel. The service and the food is outstanding. :)
Room could have been slightly bigger and we had the sink in our bedroom that was not my taste. But we knew it before so everything fine you could also book a bigger room to fix this if you also don’t like it.
All in all absolutely recommended. We'll come back :)

By far one of the best hotels in the area (Cala Ratjada) located just by the coast and with 2 min walk to outstanding Playa Agulla. The wellness area is also very enjoyable with two outdoor pools and stunning views on nearby coast.
That said, it is worth noting that the whole town, as well as the hotel itself is very much directed towards german-speaking clientelle. Whilst the presence of german clients in around is not a problem at all, we were shocked that there are only few staff members who could communicate in english (at all).
The hotel is definitely worth recommending for its wonderful cuisine, even though the choice may not be the biggest, everything is freshly prepared, the service is extremely welcoming and the opportunity to eat with the view on the whole bay is simply breathtaking. However, from the hotel of this class I would not expect to pay additionally for the basic drinks (including water and latte) during mealtime. Even though those won't cost you very much, it definitely messes up the whole experience.
All in all, this is definitelly the place to be if you're considering staying in Caja Ratjada.

What a beautiful relaxing place! I went on my own to have a few days to relax and the staff are all fantastic, from all the ladies at reception, especially Belen, than Laura and the other chicas at the restaurant, the chefs, Pia and everysingle one of them! They really make you feel welcomed and help you in anyway possible.
The food is delicious and fresh, loads of veggie options, the SPA is great, the room view was amazing, lovely entertainment in the evening and just a few steps from Cala Agulla. What is not to love?
Ah and the massage therapist is simply great!

We spent our holiday at the Mar Azul Pur Estil hotel/spa in Cala Ratjada, Mallorca. Everything was top notch Perfect! Personell made everyone feel so welcome, like family. It was hard to say goodbye After a beautiful week. Location was perfect, short walking-distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. No crazy prices, lots of Shops for souvenirs. But best of all was the Hotel itself. Great Entertainment, each meal better than the previous, beautiful rooms, awesome beds and showers. Dreamlike view of the ocean while taking a shower. I could Go on and on, but Will summarize with: Muy muy bien! perfect perfect perfect! Definitely going to visit again! A+++

By far the best hotel in Cala Ratjada! There was nothing to complain about at all, I was completely satisfied. Extremely nice staff and very good food.

Nice hotel, with good views and good location. The food is OK — could definitely be worse for a buffet. Most of the staff is friendly, although not all (sometimes they are very intrusive and transactional). We booked a room with "frontal sea view", and received a room with lateral sea view (see yourself in the picture). We were very disappointed how the hotel director treated us in that regard — he was very condescending and did not take us seriously. Key reason why we will not come back.

New, very nice "adult" hotel, not too big, right in the first row by the sea.
Very good service, excellent food, 2 super nice pools, a seawater infinity pool with spectacular views.
The beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
Our room (4th floor) had a mega view of the beach and the bay of Cala Ratjada.

It is just a Serrano hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are nice and always clean. And the current situation is handled very well. You can only feel comfortable here.

We flew in January for 10 days to Fuerteventura to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The bungalows are very modern and very well equipped. Everything was very clean and well kept. There was plenty of room for three persons. The bathroom was bright and modern. A very nice garden furniture available are on the terrace and it can be wonderful to breakfast in the morning sun. In the evening sun you could finish the day with delicious sangria. It's great walking distance to everything. Supermarket, bank counters, several delicious restaurants. (Corner rock, El Sombrero, La Tasca. Etc), the bus stop. Particularly I would mention the very friendly and helpful owners, who gave us very good tips and us were always available when we had questions. All in all we had a lovely holiday and would like to thank once again the owners for the wonderful time. We are looking for 2015 already the Flüge. Aber for 14 days ;) ).

The facility is very clean including the pool and loungers. The location very central and quiet. Great shopping and restaurants in the direct vicinity. The harbour of Corralejo with very good tapas bars, in just a few minutes to restaurants and shops, for us every night a worthy goal. The beaches are good to walk or to reach the bus. Wöchendlich changed the entire laundry. The bungalow is equipped with modern bathroom with shower, bedroom with large built-in wardrobe, and very good beds for a relaxing stay. The living room with leather sofa, armchair, TV and dining area well. The kitchen integrated in the living room, for a 1-2 wöchendlichen vacation well. We had (because of our long stay) gives us 3 star fridge wanted a toaster and an oven. All in all it really liked us particularly because of the very friendly and helpful managers — Eline and Martin.

The bungalows are very modern and well equipped. Everything was very clean and well kept. There was plenty of room for two people and also the bathroom was modern and bright. A very nice garden furniture available are on the terrace and it can be wonderful to eat and relax. The two single beds instead of a double bed were only drawback on the facilities for us. Next to us, mainly families with young children were in the complex. Through the somewhat narrow construction of the apartments a little noisy it has been thus, why you had not always alone. Particularly I would mention the very friendly and helpful Manager who gave us very good tips and us were always available when we had questions.
