Hotel & Spa SEntrador Playa

We had a sea view room and we liked the quite part of the hotel. Very close of nice sendy beach. Staff was very friendly, food was good. There were nice evening programs.

Hotel is well situated and nice. Staff is friendly. Desaponted by the food, never experienced such low quality food in a 4 stars hotel in Mallorca. I hope the management will take action as this would be the only reason why I wouldn't come back.

Location: Best location, closer to the beach than any other hotel in the area.
Rooms and stuff: The rooms are somewhat old school, as are the hallways. Much is covered in wooden veneer, where the wood is probably 20 to 30 years old. At least, this is how it smells like since wood tends to absorb odors. We had a purple cushion cover on the headrest of the bed, kind of disgusting but it was clean. The safe costs you 3 euros a day. What? The balconies have see-through walls on the sides so you can see your neighbors and they can see you when you're out in your underwear. Why? However, the bathroom was clean and newly refurbished. But altogether attention to detail is missing. Here are some examples:
— The door handle to the main dining room was missing for a full week. How's that possible? I'm not a craftsman but I could install a new door handle in about 5 minutes.
— The plaster on the walls was unprecise and without straight lines. Nothing wrong with that but it just tells you that people are not perfectionist there. I'm German though, maybe my perspective is skewed.
— The elevator flatscreens show a weather forecast from 1 week ago. How's that helpful?
Food: A large range of things to choose from but I have to warn you. Don't try the fish unless you don't care about taste. I'm a fish lover and you can tell that the fish is refrigerated and cheap, it tastes fishy but at least you can eat it without getting food poisoning.

I still remember when we got here for the first time and were greeted at dinner with: „Welcome home“ and I thought, oh well, let‘s wait and see.
Turns out they were absolutely right.
It’s the perfect place and your home away from home. Excellent food (big shout out to the Ladies doing the desserts! ), great beds, very very friendly staff.
P. S. Don’t forget to have an Ayurveda Massage.

Above expectations.
It was our first time in Mallorca and we were trying to pick a nice and calm hotel close to the beach. Finally,   we were lucky with our choice.
The receptionist, Helene welcomed us professionally and the check-in went fast and smooth, thank you for that, dear Helen.
The room is nicely furnished and fitted for the needs of the guests.  
We loved the design and the small but very important details, e. G. Lights in the bathroom, an extra switch for the A. C. Installed in the bed, extra clothes-drying rod on the balcony, just to name some.
Regarding F&B:
We booked half board. The dining area offers enough space, different options (indoor and outdoor).
The service is buffet style.
Regarding food:
The buffet offers a lot of choice and different options. Since I am vegan/vegetarian, I'm a bit picky regarding food, but I only had 1-2 nights where I was not that happy with the options presented.  
For meat lovers, as per my impression, there is a wider choice, especially at breakfast and regarding side dishes at dinner. Input: It would be nice to prepare the side dishes, e. G. Spaghetti or fried rice without meat, so it would be suitable for most of the guests.
The service is friendly and they give special attention for children.
Facilities:
The hotel has a big pool, which we did not use, but the wellness and fitness area properly met our needs. I liked that the gym is divided in 2 areas (cardio and muscle building).

Top Hotel. Very friendly staff and very clean everything! I can only recommend. Nice rooms with minibar. Great location.
Always loungers available by the pool, no matter when you come. Mega spa and gym area. Very modern. 5 clay tennis courts. Trainer can be booked.
You really feel like the guest is important. Great place to relax. Very good, nice, present management.

Great food, very nice staff, everything very well maintained. And the hiking excursions are mega beautiful.

Very nice wellness area, unfortunately still with maintenance work, but sauna and pool could be used.

The hotel, is amazing, perfect location, very nice and accommodating staff, very clean, the kitchen is the best cuisine I have experienced in a hotel in Mallorca, here everything is made possible, the selection is so large and delicious, actually I wanted to lose weight😂
Unique, the management (German management) is always approachable and on site, perfect hotel, gladly come back.

We are here for the second time in a row. The hotel is very clean the staff mega friendly and accommodating. English and Spanish are german spoken. The complex is very well maintained and has only been renovated. The bay cala agulla is 50 m further down the road with beautiful sandy beach. In front of the hotel you can buy everything you need the city is about 1 km away on foot. The food is 1a and has a lot of variety. We always like to come back.

A very very nice hotel in an even better location. Away from the hustle and bustle and everything kept very clean. All the staff do a great job. Friendliness, helpfulness and a top service await you here in the hotel. Food is very good which we can also say about the whole hotel. We will definitely be back.
Thanks to the whole team for the good service even if we could only be here for 4 days.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, near the beach. Nice experience.

It was one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited so far in Mallorca. Great breakfast very rich, dinner very varied (You can have many meats and fish freshly roasted by the cook. All very fresh and delicate. The rooms are newly renovated, the beds very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff is extremely accommodating, the room service is engaged. Overall, everything is very satisfactory, you can recover there very well. The village is also perfect, just a few meters to the beach to Cala Agulla and the center of Cala Rajada it is also not far on foot. Conclusion highly recommended.
