Apartamento Rosa Mar 6

Disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE! I came in December and the AC didn’t even work even though it was supposed to give out warm air, it only gave out cold air. You can hear everything from the neighbors. The place is dirty, not enough towels and the location ist very bad in December because you are isolated. Everything is closed. There is no reception and no number works.
Do not book this apartment.

Positives:
Very close to the beach.
There is ample parking along the street.
Beautiful view from the terrace.
There were no noisy neighbors.
Suitable for two people – it becomes uncomfortable with more.
Negatives:
The photos do not reflect reality. The furniture is outdated, the sofa has strange stains, cables are lying around, and one electrical outlet is not properly secured in the wall. Some light switches are installed in such a way that they don't even cover the hole in the wall.
There isn't a single hook in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels.
The covered terrace, as shown in the photos, does not exist – this structure is completely missing.
There was an unpleasant sewage smell.
Conclusion:
If at least the walls were renovated, decent furniture provided, and the electrical system properly repaired, it could be a really nice vacation home.

We stayed in April 2025.
The stay was quiet, simple check in.
You hear everything from the neighbors, even they talk to each other, I understood that is a building problem.
Price quality OK.
What made me annoyed and it is why I leave a 1 star rating was the fact that they don't respond to my messages in any way.
I left a personal item in the house and only noticed a few hours after check out, I tried to find a mobile contact but without success.
After sending them several messages via Airbnb, they simply stopped answering me showing zero care for the customer. I was still on the island for another 8 days and I could have returned my things but they just didn't want to return them.
