Even when you pay extra Wi-Fi is still poor. Rooms are nice. Food is great, also staff is friendly.

Advantages: Convenient location, good food. Disadvantages: If you want a quiet, relaxing holiday, you are not here, a lot of drunken youth and not youth too returning from Night adventures will not let you sleep (soundproofing of the rooms No)

The hotel is very clean, beds are the most relaxing ever, the food is hot and lots to choose, for a basic hotel we would recommend to anyone. There are some bad reviews on this hotel that are not deserved the staff are helpful and friendly close to all amenities, the only thing that is needed is entertainment they have a big stage and it would make this hotel perfect and they would make more profits on the bar, great pool area to relax and wind down we will go back.

Very nice rooms have balconies the staff are friendly, the breakfast menu has every day more choices différentes.

The price is just so OK.
An old style, several damage and dirty items in the room (see pictures).
The employees speak a weak German.
The noise from the street was at our location and room as if we had the window on and therefore not quiet.
Wi-Fi in the room costs €3 per day and an existing safe is also available for a fee.

Only there for one night but the hotel is fine. Nice clean rooms, good food and plenty of amenities for guests.

The service is not bad at all but it should improve the quality Of the bed and take baths with a little more hygiene, put the sheets and water in the rooms drinking.

Had a great week staying at Roc Linda. Friendly staff, very helpful. Food was good and varied. Nothing negative at all. A good budget hotel. Would recommend.

Stinking mattresses, decoration of the last century, noisy, without wiffy in rooms, you charge an ecorate just arriving. To never repeat.

Disappointed with them. We used to always go there; Until one day we asked them to keep our bags as we left the hotel first thing in the morning and the plane came out at the last minute. When we got to the hotel for the suitcases we had forced the padlocks, we lacked some things and even broke one of the suitcases. Very bad on their part and the concierge doing the crazy… Nothing, we didn't think back.

You got what you pay says one. Although officially 3 stars there is a lot to complain about. Hackfleischlastiges dinner, quite lively location and at least with us not 1 star value bathroom. As a transit station for departure OK, for holidays rather not.

Ok for those on a budget don't expect anything special. Cheap and cheerful.

The pool is Werscheinlich not heated and yes sad the stop the sea was warmer as the pool at the hotel food was very tasty with the hotel satisfied.

Old rooms but really no lack of services: buffet dinner more than rich, swimming pool for small and large, bar jam always open, Wi fi only in rooms.

A very good hotel for the price. It's not a luxury hotel but it's clean and there is a good choice of food at dinner. The beach is not far and in front of the hotel there are the bus stops for Palma and the airport.

Ok place. Good staff and decent breakfast. Location has good transport links and very close to the beach. Also the tourist excursions often leave from here.

Good value for money/services, courteous staff, air-conditioned rooms with bathroom, self service catering with good and plentiful choice. Missing the 5th star because some services are paid: fridge and safe in the room, drinks, parking.

Only stayed at Roc Linda for one night — arrived really late and left at noon the day after. The receptionist was really friendly and efficient, the room was spacious and refreshingly cool. Slept well and had a nice breakfast — ordered a taxi through the lobby, which arrived within minutes. Would recommend Roc Linda if you want/have to stay near to the airport.

I normally don't write reviews, but I want to save some people the disappointment. This hotel is by far the worst I've ever stayed in. The staff wasn't friendly. The rooms were terrible. Unlike most hotels, there was no mini fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, clock, and the TV was extremely small and didn't work. The walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. If I had to say one good thing about this hotel is that it's close to the beach. Believe me when I say it is less than a one star.

Overall not bad only the beds should be changed.

Very bad hotel not a 3 star value as only 2 outlets one is for a Mini TV in the 70s, jahee wi fi 6 euros / day a very bad connection, very bad staff really rude hardly room furniture can be quite and easy for 3 people, with barely space in wardrobe, no Oberdecken but drekige and krazige rugs.

First impression — reception dull, staff not exactly overly charming, small elevators (cyclists beware, bike can be vertically placed to fit inside though), room interior old, you have to rent a fridge if you want one, which is like €45 a week, Wi-Fi is €20 a week, limited to one device when activated etc. Walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything. Breakfast isn't even decent, little varition, and what they offer isn't anything to write home about.

Avoid at all costs. How this place got 3 stars is a mystery. Food was canned, cheap and nasty. The bathroom was disgusting, the furniture old and not in good working order. You have to shower in the bathtub, and the drain was half clogged with good knows what, so the tub filled up with water. On the floor there was a lot of long dark hair — not from us. As we arrived I discovered that the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous visitor, who must be a very hairy person for the sheets were covered in black body hair. Half an hour after the complaint, someone came to change the bed. There was no apology at all. The walls were paper thin, both to outside and to the neighboring rooms. Everything costs extra money. Water 1, 90€, parking 3€, Wi-Fi from 3€. All in all, the whole place seemed unhygienic and in desperate need of restoration.

Hotel was renovated in 2001, this well maintained look in the 70's style. Good room size. Very little storage space in the bathroom. Every day has been cleaned up and if necessary replaced towels. Also the bed linen was approximately Changed every 3 days.
Cleaning ladies were nice, changed nothing etc.
WC + sink was cleaned daily. Room was around Wet wiped out every 3 days.
Food:
Lush for a 3-star hotel, and never went out. Daily new menus that are not repeating itself in 10 days. It tasted not "very good" but was good edible.
Breakfast:
Large selection: bread (some getting), bread, baguette, cereal, sausage, eggs, toast, warm buffet, biscuits, croissants.
Coffee, tea.
Dinner:
Buffet consisted of a variety of salads, as well as 4 different hot meals and 5 different desserts.
We never used swimming pool.
The beach can be reached in 7 minutes.
There unfortunately no beds reserved to the hotel on the beach, because there's only public beaches. Thus, the concern must be paid extra.
You will find parking for the car either on the streets or a larger surface (dust road), where you can park well is not far away.
