Just returned for a weeks stay at villa Marisa 2, we were a family of 11 including 2 babies and 1 child.
The villa met our needs perfectly, two bedrooms downstairs both with 2 single beds in with use of a shared bathroom.
And two larger double bed on suite rooms upstairs with a large balcony.
Going across both rooms.
The pool is great prob say just under 6ft in depth.
There is a children’s park opposite we’re kids to tend to congregate of an evening but never a problem.
There’s not much in the direct vicinity of the property which we knew before hand. 1 restaurant/bar, but no shop.
Nearest shop a walk into the old town about 20 mins.
Taxis are hard to come across in alcudia and we did find at times having to wait or walk back (cause we couldn’t get one)
So in high sight should of hired a car.
There is access directly into the sea approx 2 mins away from the villa but wouldn’t say it was baby friendly however there is a tiny beach.
The villa itself was clean and well presented, and communication with the owner’s was great, it’s set in a small neighborhood of mainly residential dwellings however either side of the villa were both holiday let’s again not a problem but slight noise of a night but it’s to be expected.
Great villa for a large family with plenty of space.
