Very simple rooms, slightly shabby, however, very fair at the price point. (£95 for a double 3 nights in March) I have a clean comfortable bed, a small balcony, though with no view. My room is at the back, so the balcony is overlooked by other buildings. It’s March and quite chilly, so it’s fine. I just wanted a comfortable base, as I go mostly go out, and just want a comfy bed. It’s very well located, close to the port. There is limited reception access — only between 12 — 8. There is an external staircase outside these hours. I mainly take stairs anyway, but if a lift is needed this may not be ideal. Hairdryers are available from reception. The tiny bathroom, toilet and wash basin are well reviewed with sufficient photos to make your own decision, but yes, it’s tight and snuggly. Wi-Fi is good. 20 minutes flat walk to Alcudia old town, 30 seconds to the port, 2 — 3 minutes to the beach. Yes, I’d stay again in low season.

The price-performance ratio is good, the reception staff is friendly, and check-in is very quick.
The cleaning staff is annoyed when I ask them something. In our case, a colleague asked a short girl if she should make the bed or clean. She rudely said no and didn't understand any English, which is a minimum requirement for communication. Aside from spending hours on her phone and talking rudely about her boss, it's normal that she can't finish her work. I have people under me, and if there's a problem, they speak directly to the boss. I recommend the hostel, but the cleaning lady doesn't respect the guests, much less her bosses. She leaves her phone behind when she's working. 📱

Very good price, rooms are spacious and nice. The location is near port and beach but very quiet. Check in is easy, key boxes exist, however the reception is not available before noon.
