Good quality villa with clean and comfortable beds. Great outdoor space with an excellent pool area. The pool is well maintained and visited regularly by a pleasant service agent.
The location is ideal for Port Alcudia and the old town. It's quiet and peaceful at night and throughout the day.
Security is good as the villa has lockable gates to the driveway.
The rooms are reasonably clean although they could do with a deep clean to remove bugs from lamp shades and musty odours from draws etc.
If you're cycling, it's a great base and within walking distance, there's a hire shop that stocks Bianchi cycles.
There are three bedrooms, two on the first floor with AC and one on the ground floor without. All the doors in the villa could do with a little tlc as they drag and stick when opened and closed. The locks work but require a little patience to operate. The driveway gates are opened by a key and that takes a little patience too. Unlock from the outside and lock from the inside…! Sounds odd but it works.
