The apartments are situated in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from the entrance to the old town of Alcudia, at the foot of the citadel. Pedestrian shopping streets, numerous restaurants, shops, and a market are in the immediate vicinity. There are also cafes for morning coffee and a supermarket nearby. Alcudia port can be reached in 3 minutes by car.

Is there parking near the property?

Yes, parking is not an issue. Guests note that it is quite possible to find a spot right in front of the door; alternatively, there is a large free public parking lot located approximately 200 meters from the apartments.

The apartment was large and spacious, we found it very difficult to get into the building very early in the morning. All details have to be put into a screen outside and the key drops but its very difficult and we only managed to do it when a young man came out of the building by coincidence and gave us some help. The apartament has lovely views from the balcony, its quite shabby inside, needs a bit of tlc but it was clean, had a great bathroom with shower, plenty of wardrobe space and a large comfortable bed. There was no kettle so we had to boil water in a saucepan for hot drinks. The apartament was cleaned regularly. All in all it was fine, not at all luxurious but in a great position near the old town which is fabulous. One problem is there are no staff, no receptionist so any problems you have to email the owners.

It was a terrible experience. The hosts are rude and lack any communication skills.
To be fair, it’s very clean but the room is very dated. The main door doesn’t open properly. Air-conditioner didn’t work and the sounds coming from an ugly little courtyard that you see from your bedroom were loud. It’s hot and the shower stinks. We couldn’t sleep there and moved out earlier than planned. I don’t recommend to book with any Can Calco accommodations.
All the negative comments below are true.

Review is considering the value for money, as we travelled end of March 2025 before Easter and before the main season started on Mallorce we didn't pay a lot compared to summer.
It's a relatively big 1 bedroom apartment with a big kitchen, a big living room and a nice balcony located directly at the entrance to Alcudia old town (not even 1 minute walking). Location and size are the biggest advantage.
Furniture is basic but comfy, kitchen is usable but with minimum facilities (we cooked multiple times for 3 pax asian and mediterranean full meals without problems), bathroom has a big walk in shower and the view from the 4th floor was great.
As the bedroom window is looking towards a 2mx2m light shaft together with the kitchen and a lot of other partments it's a bit dark and can be a bit noisy.
Although the cleaning of the apartment worked very well, we didn't meat any other staff. No reception, check-in is automated (and worked fast and easy). Rooms were given well before normal check-in time (depending on availability of course).
Overall we were happy with the choice. As a base to roam over Mallorca it's perfect. With Alcudia in front of the door and the Port of Alcudia 3 minutes by car there was a lot to see in the direct neighborhood as well. Big and free of charge public parking 3 minutes from the apartment (walking).
