Lovely clean apartment and very helpful staff. We use the hotel for a few days and expectations were now high for price but we were pleasantly surprised. Large clean apartment great for a short stay. Lovely pool area, restaurant and bar. Great location 2min walk to a beautiful beach front.

Such a beautiful hotel, room was lovely. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We went self catering but upgraded to all inclusive on arrival, it was so easy to do. The all inclusive was amazing, different theme every night and had so much selection. Kids enjoyed taking advantage of the snack bar during meals. All in all the hotel was great, clean and had great entertainment for the whole family. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk (for me as a slow walker) from the beach which was good being disabled and can’t walk far. The staff were always happy to help too. We rented a car from the hotel reception, it was so much easier and cheaper doing it through them than looking online! I would definitely book here again.

Just got back frm a week stay with my partner and daughter age 10. From moment we arrived staff were lovely women on desk was “lovely” hotel it’s self was spotless and rooms were good size and cleaned daily, food was good we went all inclusive and cudnt fault it. Entertainment was abit of a let down for kids and just one singer one. But it’s end of October so expected, pool was good cold but large and kids were having fun, girl who worked on pool bar “amazing” big shout out to her she was lovely! …. Staff and cleaners really nice too! I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back to it as was a great stay! So amazing thank you all x.

Great welcome with professional, helpful staff, even in the middle of the night. Our room, which was a one bed apartment, had a great balcony with a pool view, accessed via lounge area and also the bedroom, which was nice. Clean, unfussy decor, well equipped, everything worked. TV in bedroom and lounge which did have some UK channels, which is a bonus. Quiet and comfortable at night. Lift access to lobby and out to the pool area. The weather was not playing ball during our stay so we didn't use the pool but it was beautifully maintained and the areas around are kept clean, relaxed and room for everyone. We enjoyed the poolside bar which is under cover and even in rain and lightning, was a cosy and atmospheric vibe with good choice of snacks and drinks.
We didn't stay at the hotel in the evenings for drinks etc, but the main hotel bar has entertainment for the kiddies (mini disco, face painting) and afterwards live music from around 9pm.
The hotel has a good location with a short, flat and direct walk down to the beach front, a Spar shop on the corner for supplies (we got breakfast stuff there, including fresh bakery things) and to bus stops on the main road.
The only negative is our teenager didn't find the sofa bed in the lounge very comfortable as the sofa mattress is quite hard, but that is a small niggle.
There is AC and it works well.
We would happily go back as it's such a a good location, great facilities, clean and efficient, fun for kids and relaxing for everyone.

Just returned from a 5 night all inclusive stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean, great amenities, good food selection on an evening and breakfast. They have themed evenings which meant the food wasn't repetitive. Food was quite limited for lunch. Drink selection great. Local spirits included in price, if wanting branded then € top-up required. Varied acts performed on an evening, some better than others. The funny bunny pub a short walk away was great for entertainment and the staff were so friendly and fun there. The staff at the hotel however, the majority were nice. The young chap on the bar on our first night (14th) was really nice. There was also a petite lady who worked mainly the restaurants with brown tied back hair that was friendly. There was a blonde lady who worked the bar who was very grumpy and then one of the night receptionists (night of the 17th) was a very arrogant, intimidating man who got in a friend's face and shouted at her for singing on her balcony. Appreciate being asked nicely to quieten down but to aggressively, intimidatingly shout in Spanish in her face was absolutely unacceptable. When asked about said incident the following night he was very abrupt and said she remembered the situation wrong and she didn't know what she was talking about. She remembered everything. Families there seemed to be enjoying themselves but for friend groups (not a silly drunken group, a nice friendly group of women! ) I would not recommend.

Rooms were good apart from if you want a bath (they don't have any rooms/apartments with baths). Pool, gym etc close at 7pm which is very limiting. Pilates in morning was really the only activity for us and rep was really good but the place provides no mats or anything so leaves us with a certain impression. I think it's poor they provide no drinking water for guests. Location wise it's a small walk to the beach but much further to the port d'alcudia which is worth going to and has everything there you'd want. Overall not bad though, just probably not got enough benefits to book again.

Returned as last year was such a good experience. Again was not let down. Spotlessly clean staff lovely and friendly. Staff put out a bottle of fizz for my son’s birthday with a note. Lovely gesture. Self catering but did have a couple of meals. Breakfast excellent, evening meal not so good some food quite dried up.
Had a lovely holiday.

Absolutely fantastic! We were really impressed with this hotel considering TUI rates it as a 3 star. Originally we had booked the Iberostar but due to a change of plans we booked this last minute. Booking directly was amazing value for money.
Firstly, I was a woman travelling alone with small children and I felt completely safe at this hotel. Rooms are exactly as the pictures show on the site. There are cooking facilities if you chose self catering and a lidl 9 minutes walk up the road and a spa directly outside. We had some meals included and the selection was great. Different themes for dinner each night. Staff are very polite and helpful; my 4 year old smashed a glass and they were so kind clearing it up. One lady was a little abrupt, but I would probably be fed up to in her shoes!
Pool was lovely. Lots of guests had left inflatables which anyone could use and play with. Availability of sunbeds seemed fine.
Location was 4/5 minutes easy walk to the beach. Lots of little shops just outside the hotel selling everything you could need. We saw bus stops if you wanted to use the frequent buses. With small children we had taxis that the hotel arranged.
Points to note:
It is a 45 minute/1 hour drive from the airport and a taxi will be around 90 euros.
The balconies on the rooms are very easy for small children to climb over. But easy just to lock the door and only let small children out when you are supervising them.
Some guests noted that the sofa beds were firm.

Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and housekeeping visit 5 days a week (Thursday/Sunday off). It’s a small hotel, rooms, pool, snack bar and not much else, perfect for what we wanted out of a holiday (2 adults and one teenage boy).
The pool was never too busy and you can get a sun bed relatively easily, if you want one with shade you might want to get up earlier.
There’s entertainment in the bar area in the evening but it’s pretty low key, suited us as we go out and it wasn’t what we were there for but if you go all inclusive and don’t plan to go out much you might struggle to entertain small kids.
There’s a Spar store over the road that do fresh bread if you’re self catering and want a cheap lunch, the hotel do bar snacks during the day and buffet in the evening was a different theme each night. We weren’t all inclusive but paid some nights if we didn’t want to walk to town, it was about €15 euro each without drinks.
Beach is a 5 minute walk away and the main area for restaurants about 20 minutes along a paved beach path or you can just follow the main road with random shops along the way.

Alcudia Beach is a lovely hotel — very clean and fairly quiet which suited us. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was big enough for the three of us and was well equipped. We had a top floor room overlooking the pool and enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony each morning. If you want a sun bed then you do need to be by the pool by 9am but go earlier if you want beds with an umbrella.
The hotel is in a really convenient location close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The Spar supermarket opposite the hotel was really handy and has freshly baked bread in the morning.
We ate out most nights and enjoyed the restaurant at Innside Melia which is a really attractive place and has live music/entertainment.
We walked along the beach path to the marina which was lovely although the restaurants here are more expensive.
A trip to the Old Town is also worth doing. We got a cab there and back which was approximately 9 euros each way. There are plenty of restaurants which are reasonably priced and lots of shops to browse in.
We ate in the hotel on the first evening as we were given a voucher for a complimentary meal in the restaurant due to an issue with our room not being ready on time. Sadly the evening meal wasn’t great so we didn’t eat at the hotel again other than hot dogs at lunchtime.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable holiday and would definitely go back for another short break.

Ideally located, close to all amenities. Had a great holiday with friends, would recommend and would go back. Only negative, lunch on all inclusive was a little dire. If you like pizza, chips n burger for lunch everyday then great but not for me. Luckily good drinks made up for it and breakfast was lovely.

Location and service are great. Breakfast (extra charge) is amazing! Rooms are bright and clean, we got lucky to get a pool view room, and yes the rooms have a balcony. Elevators work, so does AC and Wi-Fi (even by the pool). The bar pool is a nice plus and not expensive. The sangria for 3 euro is awesome (not watered down).
Very family oriented, nice guests and not loud (no music parties).
The only downside is the room size is very small and the kitchenette is tiny with not enough utensils/tools to prepare food. Please add more such as a cutting board, more knives, more cooking utensils.
24 hour receptionist service makes me feel safe.

Great apartments and central location.
Apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed for self catering, provided dishwashing supplies and bathroom essentials (soap, Showergel and shampoo). Plenty storage (wardrobe in bedroom and hall). Room was cleaned everyday except Sunday and Thursday. I booked direct which meant I had the safe included and was given a welcome gift of fruit and water. I requested a higher south facing balcony and this was fulfilled. Some balconies got more sun than others, mine seemed to get some for most of the day but only on a small part of the balcony.
Pool area was nice, life guard on duty and had no issues getting a bed in the afternoons. Pool bar wasn’t noticeably more expensive than local pubs etc I didn’t think.
Accommodation had entertainment, we didn’t utilise this so can’t say if it was good but it was on daily (both day and evening entertainment) except a Sunday. Also didn’t try the food as we were self catering.
Location wise was ideal, shop just across the road and a Lidl 7min walk away. Lots of bars and restaurants a short walk away. About 30-40min walk to old town and 20-30min walk round to the port.
Overall would happily go back, was ideal for us!

We have stayed here for 7 nights in total self catering. We have been really pleased by everything from start to finish. All local amenities are close by and the port is a short 15 min walk away which is really nice for bars/restaurants and pubs including a walk around the busy port. Alcudia has been a lovely place for us. Thank you 👌

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was fab too and location is ideal! Would definitely return. Stayed in room 415 had fabulous view. Variety of shops and restaurants a short walk away, as well as the most beautiful beach.

I spent a week here with my husband and had a wonderful stay. Staff welcoming and friendly, apartment lovely clean and modern. Lovely view over the pool. Would definitely stay here again. We were self catering so can't comment on the food. Apartment had everything we needed. Towels changed regularly.
