Great stay only problem you will find it hard with two step roads to climb (Taxi €3.50) each way worth every euro.

Nice clean and relaxing a little to far from the shops and beach and top of a hill.

Beautiful place! A micro village with swimming pool and small houses overlooking the common area. Great bar with low prices. It is true that cleanliness could be better, but for what we paid… The clientele is predominantly old, like the population of the whole island…

Great place generally. Most of the time a great atmosphere.

Good value for money. The staff were very helpful. Quiet place with nice pool. A few blocks from the beach. You have to climb a good slope that gets heavy if you do not have a car or walk with children.

Rooms are very well equipped and are large, but only make them 2 times a week, if you need more towels must be paid, no reception 24 hours, … expensive for what it offers.

Lovely large and clean apartment. Bar wasnt open when we visited which was rather annoying as was looking forward to breakfast there. Patio doors were very awkward to lock and on our last night we were broken into. They took all our money from my wifes bag which was in the bedroom whilst we were asleep!

We stayed last year… I have to say it was amazing. Loved every minute of it. Highly recommended this place… will be staying again.

Nice, clean and quiet. Nice and deep swimming pool. The only minuses, you need to pay extra for basics like Wi-Fi and also kitchen design. You cannot fry a steak without triggerring smoke alarm. Still would recommend.

Pool cold, beds a bit too hard for me drink not expensive food ok staff friendly, apartment could have been cleaner.

Good value for money, lights were broken in kitchen but not an issue. Was able to move rooms on arrival with not hassle whatsoever, also very clean.

Nice place to stay, 2 pools one in each block, not far from the beach or the many pub venues.

Friendly staff, well maintained accommodation and common areas, would recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet at reasonable cost.

Spent a week in Bitacora very clean and tidy complex Good job there was a supermarket on site due to been at the top of a hill which wasn't a problem the old town was just 10/15 minutes round the corner. I would go again.

Rooms ok. But lack sun beds and umbrellas spoils it.

Very clean place & Staff always happy to help. We had a problem with our fridge so reported it within 10mins a guy came took the old 1 away and brought a brand new for us. Couldn't be happier with bitacora apartment's and the location is good for the restaurant's although there is abit of a hill to go up and down. Will book for this place again if available.

Clean, modern and friendly with a great location. 3rd time staying here and will be back again.

This place like the Hilton by the sea it 5star all round the food is spot on I had the hart attack breakfast loved the grease made my bones move well in the pool the rooms are well equipped the bathroom is a chill zone after a long day in the sun the sun balconies get the sun all day no need to up grade the standard rooms are lovely this place is real value for money short walk to everything the lazy guest that moan about the hills the place and hotel just stay at home and moan about the kids and neighbors and dogs s/itting that suited to you all.

Stayed in apartments Bitacora 2 ideal, quite when we stayed in November some apartments are full time living for expats others owned and rented. Bitacora Lanzarote Club across road excellent English run bar, entertainment in some nights and prices very reasonable. The very surprising thing we found W's the extremely low cost of taxis,

I disagree with the direction, not to promote the complex between the native population who come to the complex with the families and relax of your day without disturb or annoy.
What if it promotes is arrival l of public foreign not off-piste and low anonymity baby until fall and riding parties and soirees regardless of anything or anyone.

Nice place, but the Wi-Fi service is very slow, and not worth 12 euro for 3 days.
