Good value for money. you get what you pay for. rooms could due with a update. plenty of food for everyone but not a great choice. hotel clean and staff friendly I would visit again.

Just back from relaxia was great hols staff was nice place was clean. Only complaint would be we would go in a room with air conditioning as the room we got only had 1 fan in room. But food was nice always something for everyone. Drinks weren't the greatest but never mind. Would recommend to friends and family. thank you relaxia was a great holiday x.

Hotel a. Po old but comfortable close to the beach, beach and shops good food and wide choice thanks to all the staff for giving me the opportunity to spend a week of vacation with tranquility without thinking about cooking.

Overall the hotel is lovely. Night time entertainment is poor. We had a priority room which stated best views of hotel… it wasn't, we had 2 palm trees right outside the balcony so had no view. Hotel is clean, staff friendly and food has plenty taste. The bar needed more staff on an evening as queues woyld get long but overall we would go back. Good location for beach.

The hotel is friendly and relaxing, English Channels on TV, spacious outside areas with several pools, rooms are dated and could do with an upgrade, food though not a massive choice is very good and plentyfull, short walk to shops but about fourty minutes walk to old town! I would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time here. Relaxia Olivina is a budget hotel with most people staying as “All Inclusive”. Friendly staff, good food and loads of it! Rooms are a little dated but they all have a balcony with chairs and a table. 2 swimming pools as well. For the price, well recommended.

We are still here at the hotel its our 5th time but our first since lockdown an although things are a little different because of covid rule its as good as eva staff are lovely an very acomidating on our first visit they was a family of cats with kittens we have watched them grow over the years an I was so pleased to see them still here an been looked after by staff they even have feeding stations for them with me been an animal lover this is wonderful for me to see the food is fab lots of choices its spotless an clean staff are happy to help an always have a smile would definitely recommend this hotel 10min walk to the shops an beach ⛱ will be booking for next year 😊

I would recommend mainly for the food, so much choice. Great all inclusive, none of that small glass of wine malarky, they were very generous with the alcohol. Between meals there was always biscuits, cakes and toasties to be had. Although they tried, it wasn't very disabled friendly. Entertainment was really bad. The restaurant staff were polite but reception staff (the women) and the cleaning staff were ignorant verging on rude, I had the feeling they didn't like the Brits. There are 5 cats that wander the grounds, they are tame and approachable. Although there were a couple of negative points, in all it was a lovely hotel.

Everything. Staff been great, food was good. Just go there and relax! x.

Absolutely LOVE this hotel. Lovely Rooms, the BEST all inclusive Food I've eaten in any resort. Very pretty Gardens located just down from a strip of Shops and Bars, and opposite the Beach. Only 1 Negative is that the Pool is Freezing cold so didn't get in for the entire week. Warm that up a bit and you will have a Perfect Hotel.

This was our first holiday in 19 years with our lads (15 and 22). It was lovely, clean, loads to do for all in our party. So much choice of food with staff that were so polite. Would definitely return again as this is a good base to tour round. Last but not least the weather.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days now and were very satisfied. Top staff and totally child-friendly. A very wide selection when eating. Whether in the morning, at noon or in the evening. There's something for everyone. The staff was always very much in the back of the tables. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

2nd time here and we love it! Great family rooms, very clean (throughout) several pools to choose from, great Animation team from stretching, acro yoga, darts etc etc, food and drinks are okay, very nice Staff.

Very nice over there. I was there from 27-06 till 04-07. Very frienfly and helpfull (with my delated luggage), the food was very very good, the room was clean. I'm coming back end of September!

We stayed in the summer 2 weeks at Relaxia Olivinia and very satisfied.
People who groan here probably complain about everything and everyone at home. For the price (3900€ high season 2 weeks 3Erw. /1Kind) what is expected.
Room a bit habitual, but tiptop clean.
Food varied and very tasty.
Plant is maintained. And the cats for us no problem.
Of course, we were already in even better hotels in Lanzarote (Riu Paraiso) here, however, one would have put for us all over 5000€. Do we have to consider that?
All in all great hotel, if you travel a lot on the island anyway and most of the time on the beach.
And the people who want pure luxury and prefer to have served mega cocktails only on the lounger by the pool with fullservice and in the morning already mega cocktails, go to a more expensive hotel and complain.
The only complaint we had in the 2 weeks were the partially unappetizing eating manners of other guests:
"All-inclusiv means totally forgetting" (leave plates full 1/2 and leave the table like a souse barn) poor staff!

Just landed back home from a amazing 11 days at relaxia. Food was to die for, plenty of choice even with 3 very young children. Room was spotless and huge (family room) staff are all lovely. Thank you for making our first family holiday one to remember! Time to re book for next year I think.

Myself and my wife came here for our honeymoon where to start. First we were placed in a room where we were woken for the week at 7 by delivery trucks. To open our balcony door we were greeted by the smell of rubbish. Everywhere you looked you had cats, they sat on all the furniture even left their toilieties after them for staff to clean it but not with proper hyigene equipment. The majorty of the staff were friendly. Our bathroom was constantly wet with a leak. We paid €2000 to go all inclusive to only be able eat our breakfast here as the rest of mealtimes we didnt like anything provided. We would not reccomend this place to anybody as entertainment wasnt great. You could even drink anything you want only their drink as they had to tills nor were they accepting money for different drinks.

We have stayed twice already and have booked again for this September, feb 19 and sept 19 so you could say we like it. It’s central location on the edge of the strip in Puerto Del Carmen new town makes it a perfect location. The varied food on offer has never disappointed. Favourites are the beef stew and Canarian potatoes but we like to sample local food when on holiday. The desserts etc are to die for as well. Yes, you could say the rooms are a bit dated but the cleanliness is second to none. We like the family room apartments in the grounds because of all the space. The staff are always helpful and make you feel welcome. We have never had to fight for a sunbed and love the choice of 3 swimming pools. We looked into staying elsewhere but don’t want to risk being disappointed, wasting money and precious days off work when we know the Olivina has everything we want in a holiday.

Zimmer sind gut, sogar mit Badewanne und direkt am ruhigen Pool gelegen. Schöne Anlage mit fast direkter Anbindung zu einem schönen großen Strand. Das Essen ist im Großen und Ganzen gut mit ausreichender Auswahl. Allerdings funktioniert das WLAN nicht und die Modernität des Hotels lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Neben diesen Kritikpunkten aber trotzdem einen Blick wert.

Very quiet. Needs updating. Food is really nice but it's the same every day. Rooms are very clean the girls work really hard. However some staff are not exactly sociable especially during meal times. Waiters are very miserable. But overall it is nice.

The attention of the staff is exquisite, the facilities are in need of repair very old area family, very poor the pool without four-sided fence with which danger to children, is not a hotel is a complex of apartments do not have air conditioning. I think that the area of family is not a hotel and very far away from the cafes and restaurants to go to eat when you are with the all inclusive. Needs to be improved.

Nice Staff. Children's Love, but when you get a Room Towards the Pool, it's not that great anymore. At 11 P. M. Music was made first. Mega loud. Children couldn't sleep. Cats running around the Hotel but are usually not aggressive. Food was great always new Selection.

I get it for fantastic price and wasn't expecting that it will be that good! Family room little outdated but clean and good maintented. In may water in pool cold. Important: pool have salty water. Service greater! Everyone very polite and helpful. Food much more then good. Good choice, greater quality. Soft drinks ok. Choice of alcohol quite good and in good quality. Very good hotel!

Beautiful sprawling complex, quietly located, yet central. Rooms clean and spacious. Very good Food (all inclusive). Mainly very friendly Staff.

Unfortunately, the Hotel has lost a realistic 35 Per cent in quality across All Areas compared to 2017. It can be assumed that the Staff are under Pressure.

I was with my partner all inclusive in April the good and varied meals the room on the second floor of the central bldg a bit of the 90 but very clean and large bathrooms. The entertainments of. The. Night used to be in English so we could not enjoy much. Good atmosphere in general family we liked it a lot 5 minutes from the beach.

Very nice Hotel. Sprawling Facility with 3 Pool Areas. Good Restaurant, nice Bar and nice Staff. Apartment big already older but in good Condition. Not far to the Sea and Promenade.

Fantastic hotel in Lanzarote we stayed for 4 days and great the classic room but super clean and fixed the facilities; Swimming pools, bars, playgrounds, etc very good location and excellent staff treatment wonderful if I return to Lanzarote I have clear that I repeat hotel my congratulations to all the team that make it possible for one to enjoy the holiday.

Just had a very enjoyable 9 nights at the Olivina, would recommend a stay here. Just a couple of slight negatives, To many cats around the resort, Meat selection not the best and quality only average. Maybe suggest a adult only area in the restaurant in the evening, can be a bit annoying with over excited children running around the tables when you trying to enjoy a quite Evening meal. But overall 9 out of 10 Would recommend.

We are enjoying our stay at the Olivina Resort. We are in the main building and can use any of the 3 pools… choosing the quieter 1… lots of sunbeds available. Staff are friendly and the room is bit dated but spotlessly clean. Choice of food is more than sufficient and delicious. Snacks available most of the day as are drinks… which you can help yourself to soft drinks/coffee/beer/wine. Would definitely come back.

Hotel was extremely clean and the grounds/gardens where lovely. Staff in the bar/restaurant where very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday and was spotless. The hotel is split into 3 buildings with a road running between the outermost building, so pay the extra as we did and book into the priority rooms in the main building. There are no lifts but there are ramps everywhere for those that need it. 5min walk to the nearest shops and 15min walk to the main bar areas. Would definitely go back!

We are just home from your fantastic hotel. We were two adults, a teenage boy, two girls age 7 and 8. We absolutely loved your hotel. My daughter was in cat heaven. The fully inclusive meals were more than we could ask for. My husband enjoy the cooked meats served by the chef so much. I loved the homemade pancakes each morning and my girls cleared your dessert counter and ice cream fridge. The inclusive bar was fantastic. I loved my nightly cocktail. Kids club was amazing. Hotel was so so clean and fresh smelling. Apartment was absolutely perfect. Location was absolutely brilliant. We done all the local activities and tours. Taxi service was excellent. Your nightly entertainment was brilliant. Special mention to the two circus performers and flamingo dancers. Your team of workers in the restaurant and bar were the most friendly pleasant people. We will definitely visit again and be delighted to recommend you to our family and friends. Even the rain didn't dampen our spirits. Thank you for an amazing experience and stay.

Five-star services. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very familiar atmosphere. I highly recommend it a lot.

Something in the years, quite crowded, as booked out, friendly staff, food was mostly good.

The rooms are spacious but ageing. At the restaurant the food is without great interest and is more akin to a school canteen. The inserts offered at the snack are very rudimentary.
The clients are predominantly Germanic and Anglo-Saxon.
Positives: the very large beach nearby and the possibility to rent an affordable car at the corner of the street to escape.

Good quality hotel. Family room accommodation excellent. Food plentiful and tasty, if a little salty for my taste. Only downside was the heated pool, which was still too cold to swim in and the stone slabs round the main pool were brittle and breaking up making it painful to walk on.

The hotel is quite nice. There are 2 large pool areas where one find the courses instead in the other you have its peace of mind.
The beach is within walking distance in 15 minutes. Very fine sand mixed with volcanic ash.
There are many cats in the hotel that are also fed here.
The hotel pretends to be child friendly. Here I have the most criticism: 1st playground a bit lovelessly assembled but quite big. The sandbox is full of cats excrement. The sand has certainly not been replaced for the last 5-10 years. When you pour water on the sand, a corrosive stench immediately spreads.
The complex is overall very well maintained, but around the playground a bow is probably made. Here are waste, leaves, old defective toys and and and so on. The sandbox belongs at least at night covered.
2. Children's animation there is a kind of kindergarten where you can take children from the age of 4. The lady who "leads" him is not liable for anything. The children are allowed to come and go as they please. Unfortunately, she also only speaks Spanish, no other language. That's why it's only painted here on either faces or paper. 4 h open daily except Saturday.
3. Children's cottages. There are 2 games houses for children. But actually it's just amusement arcs. There are only vending machines, money thrown in and get gift. That's it.
4. Children's disco. Every evening there is a children's disco 20:30 o 'clock to 21:00 music and animation is OK.

They've made some changes in Maps that are making trouble. It doesn't work like it used to.

Family Hotel, close to the beach of the wells, Puerto del Carmen.

If you love cats (not the musical) this is the place to be. Food in general except for the meats was ok. The meats were 2nd or 3rd rate cuts and never had a steak any night. The cleaners were great one morning they work us at 8 50 to clean the room! Jonathan on reception just couldn't be bothered. The rest of the staff were brilliant. Wouldn't rate this four star.

Spectacular Place a happy stay.

The hotel is adorned with four stars, which is wishful thinking!
The conditions in the dining room, such as dirty table runners and chairs, are unworthy of a four star hotel.
The hotel management is also rather unwilling to accommodate dissatisfied guests.
Absolutely no recommendation.

We stayed in the section"down the road", room 427. Probably an old s/c apartment, which was massive. Place was very clean, pool was icy cold (jump in, it's better that way! ). Entertainment pretty poor but they try! Excellent service in the restaurant, meals were nice too, soft drinks, wine & beer are help yourself. Enjoyed our short stay. Would stay longer next time.

Have just arrived back from staying at this hotel for a week all inclusive lovely and clean cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel at all. The reception we got when we arrived was not friendly at all we were told just to go upstairs with our cases and find our own room. The room could do with an update but very clean. The reception staff found it a little difficult in understanding our English language. Food, there was plenty to choose from but if you have a partner that is a fussy eater then you would better eating out. ENTERTAINMENT well what can I say apart from this needs seriously looking at as it was basically the same thing every night, the best night was Halloween only because they had a DJ. Location this hotel is in the perfect place 5 minute walk from beach and shops, the strip is a must.

So the hotel is in itself very good a few minor defects but not even more When we arrived at the airport our transfer to the hotel has only about 15 minutes. Stages there are other hotels approached then at the reception super nice An/information in very good German di e rooms not quite like in the pictures I had seen probably pictures of the main building from the rooms very nice staff here food for an uncomplicated person very fancy for me getting morning English breakfast, lunch hot dog and burgers and Evening burgers and a kind of pizza. Saltwater pools are fine and there is nothing flying around in the pool which is nice fresh water I still have to try the cats are all healthy and plated but shy except one which is sometimes a bit aggressive. In the complex there are 2 bars which has one has as it looks for me a stage and on the other side the stage for the evening program where I will come back to it later. The other has a kicker and a pool table. With both, you can use yourself or be served at the first bar. In my opinion, the evening program is a bit expandable, for example (on the evening terrace a little more light so that families can play their games there) and the audience should be a little more involved according to my parents (Donerstags, this seems to be happening very well).

A lovely time here at the relaxia olivia I will be going again next year I hope.

Very nice clean hotel, spacious comfortable room and bathroom, good air conditioning we were in the main hotel block, lovely pool area, good food and drinks. Loved the prosecco! Short stroll from the beach, found nothing to grumble about during our weeks stay from September 17th. Would recommend.

Relaxia Olivina is a very comfortable hotel. The rooms are big and very clean. The food is good. The beach is near the hotel. The staff is very kindly.

Good food and drink. Close to the beach like 5 minutes away. Rooms could do with slightly updating but nothing major and pool are cold so enjoy.

Had a great experience here amazing helpful friendly staff very clean tidy rooms and a really nice pool and great entertainment available and we were also given a free room for an hour while waiting for hotel transfer to the airport. The hotel is beautiful clean and welcoming. I would prefer it to have a larger Wi-Fi range though as it is only available in the reception area and not in the pool area or hotel rooms.

Well maintained hotel complex, located in about 500 m. From the beach. Eat fresh and abundant with flavor. In case of bad weather is a little bit of space for all.

Staying all inclusive in a family room, rooms are clean and functional, with a fan in the bedroom but no air conditioning. The facilities are spread out over extensive ground, there is entertainment and food is very good.

Room clean, a renovation would not harm. Food OK, selection of room for expansion. A surprisingly short path to the beach.

Stayed here for a week in july 2016 hotel very clean the food good but a bit repetitive, as much drink as you want pour your own beer and spirit's. The room was cleaned every day, 3 swimming pools to choose from staff very friendly 5min walk to sea front would recommend and stay here again.

The structure is generally well kept and the restaurant food is almost always excellent.
The only flaw is the lack of a buffet during the afternoon even for those who have the all inclusive plan.

The hotel is clean and close to the beach. The only thing I can complain about is our room looks a bit old, like it was built in the 70s.

I stayed for 2w 24/12/15 and I have 3 complaints (1) there was only (1) toilet for the bar and the swimming pool and you had 2 walk up A hill and 5 steps (2) the food was the same everyday and cold there was one microwave and one toaster for ALL the guest and the bar was too small for all the guest (3) I would like to know how the got 4stars.

I liked everything, especially the hotel staff, very attentive and professional. With the buffet and the cleanliness of room and hotel very clean.

Just about to book another holiday at this superb hotel. The food is outstanding, as are the drinks, I have never had such a choice in any other all inclusive facility. We stayed in one of the family rooms which was ideal for us, cleaned every day and with fresh towels etc. The entertainment, day and night was spoken in many languages. The daytime entertainment, if you wished to participate, was good fun with lots of different activities. I cannot praise the staff enough, whether it was in reception, restaurant staff or the entertainment team they were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, be it couples, families or groups. Lots to do for the little ones too.

Just returned from an amazing week here. Hotel staff are so helpful and happy. The rooms and hotel are kept so clean. Food is amazing, the best All Inclusive food I have ever had. The location is perfect with shops and the beach close by. The entertainment is brillliant and on every night. Kids are entertained throughout the day by happy staff. Always plenty to get involved in, Water Polo. Stretch Classes, Dance Classes, Rifle Shooting and more. cant wait to return.

This is our third stay at the hotel. The first two times Wi-Fi connection was poor. This time however, it is excellent. Food is good, rooms and hotel very clean, nice staff. We are very likely to return to Ole Olivina again.

Me and my wife had a great week here. Food was outstanding. Hotel rooms very basic but spotless with the cleaners in every day. The only issue we had, it's predominantly french people there as it's ran by club marmara. So the entertainment and poolside games are in french. Being English we didn't have a clue what was going on! But, a great week and all the staff were lovely.

I was there in the autumn holidays there and this was the best vacation everrrrrrrr.

Having just returned from a very good week at this resort. Myself and my husband can say the staff are great and the food is very good. The apartments are a bit old world but spotless and plenty of room in them. The only thing that lets this resort down is the entertainment, or lack of it what entertainment they have is all in French.

I did like the staff is nice and has few small highlights at nen, the rooms are made but are not longer the most modern. Eat that could never complain I. Special requests such as birthday cakes are also met. I would there each time again book.

A good hotel to rest in the family. It has clean facilities, the staff is attentive. The restaurant if you go all inclusive is not boring.
Any dish is missing such as the albonigas and the lasagna.
With regard to rooms at the Aparthotel are very clean and warm days a fan would be missing to the living room.

My score is excellent. The rooms are very spacious, but I also think that no reform would come them bad. I congratulate all the people who make it possible, stays as pleasant as that we have had. Starting with the girls in the cleaning, (Alexandrian) that every day they gave a different touch to the details of the room, highlighting the reception team, being always at our disposal, and doing so nice. I also want to thank the team of cooks and waiters, above all Immaculate, Luis Manuel, who attended us wonderfully. At the bar I highlight the friendliness and the treatment received by all. Above all of Manuel who behaved wonderfully with our son yeary, and those who do not remember his name, because it is a big enough team. Thank you all for everything, and Manuel Yeray special mention q called Santa Claus.

Annoys me it's when there are people who can write something that is not true. Therefore, this Kurzbewertung. I am in the Olivina Resort at the end of February 2011 with other friends have been. It is not a 5 Sterneanlage, but this Hotel is well-managed. The rooms are good, the cleanliness of the rooms, the toilets and rooms in the whole hotel complex are good. The staff at the reception or in the dining room are very friendly and especially helpful. The bar in the evening I can't rate, I was there, never! The food is excellent and sufficient, the kitchen is my praise! I had it in the spring so well-liked, that I with two families with children, again at 11.10.2011 journey. I myself am already 65 years old and looking to age my peace of mind. In spite of many children and some volume, where you are, I think the Hotel is always a quiet place. Detlef S.
