M;y son and I stayed at the hotel from october the 12th to october the 19th. Everyone from the hotel staff that we dealt with was super friendly and accommodating. 👍🌴 I have a disability and have to use a walker, when we arrived the hotel had not been told by the travel company that I was walking badly.
Therefore, we quickly got another hotel apartment where I could easily get to. ♿ if you choose, as we did "all inclusive", there is all the good food in the restaurant that you can eat, polite and friendly service by the waiters. There is a good atmosphere in the Pool area in the bar there is also nice and friendly service. 🍻🌴👍😁 All in all, I can only recommend the hotel👍

Ideal apartments to spend a few days on the island, good breakfast buffet. The most remarkable staff, Daniela, Inma, Raul, make you feel at home.
I recommend it and if I return to Lanzarote I will repeat for sure.

Our stay was great. Amazing choices of food on all inclusive. Clean and friendly place. All staff were amazing, helpful and polite. Loved the beach views from our balcony. Would recommend anyone to stay there. 2 mins walk from everything.

I am currently staying in an all-inclusive apartment, and I just went down to complain. The food is with little variety, the food that is left over they put it to you the next day to eat and if you have enough they put it at dinner. Then they put pots, paellas and heavy meals for dinner. And instead to eat very light meals more typical of dinners.
Room service does not pass daily. And the all-inclusive is more of a rebate on many products as they give you a discount on more than half the menu, and less than half is what comes in. At the end of making the complaint they don't put any remedy. In the end a disaster will not return nor recommend it.

Great resort! Had some trouble with the shower. It was fixed within 5 minutes. Very nice personal.

I spent a wonderful week at Relaxia Lanzaplaya. The apartment was bright and cozy. The service as well as the meals were to my full satisfaction. I felt at home there. Unfortunately, the week was quickly over. This hotel can only recommend it for families as well as for solo travellers. Will surely spend my holiday there again. Thank you for the nice days with you.

The apartments and the complex are okay in themselves, but the dining room should be avoided!
The food is not well processed and there was even mould on the honeymelons.
The proximity to the sandy beach and the beach mile is in return great for people who want to experience something else.

Clean and tidy apartments. Very well placed to move around and see the island. We were three years ago and met Fortunato, Head Eater, who was from our land, that together with Jovani and another waitress, who do not remember her name, made us feel at home and Raul the receptionist very attentive to make everything go perfect and have a vacation 10.

The last time I was I really liked the change they got in general. The ooms very nice and the beds were very comfortable.
The buffet meals I saw a little fair but it was all very rich.
The staff were very attentive and the room was very clean.
I go about three or four times a year and it's my fixed place.

Our apartment had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with basic equipment and a livingroom with a sofa and TV with a good assortment of channels (mind that many channels are dubbed to Spanish but there is the CC option for original language audio, English that is, if you are uncertain how to do this or the TV menu is in Spanish ask the staff). The place is clean and the maids come to clean the suite, change sheets/towels, etc. 5 days a week. The pool area is clean and never had a problem finding an available sunbed. I didn't eat in the hotel's restaurant so I can't comment. The staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. I would give Lanzaplaya 4 stars but I won't, Relaxia allows smoking on the swimming pool area and on the terraces. We spent a good part of the day having to be moving inside from the terrace we paid for and closing the door because of the constant cigarrette smoke. Relaxia allows smoking anywhere as long as it is not inside their suites. I suggest the management creating a smoking area behind the restaurant and direct all smokers there, no one wants to be breathing their nasty cancer smoke. Edit: I am not going to contact you, the world is moving towards smoke free and designated smoking areas. You already know what to do — — > ban smoking everywhere except one designated area. Bye.

Visited few weeks ago and can highly recommend this place! Courteous and very helpful staff, beautiful and spotless apartments with amazing view so close to the main street with restaurants and shops, 5 minutes walk to the beach. They have their own pools too, if you prefer to stay in the complex, together with pool bar and pool tables. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was served via buffet, which I personally prefer as you can pick what you like. Food was tasty and plentiful, staff didn't keep you waiting to order a drink, always around making sure everyone was served in no time. Ladies at the reception answered all our queries and helped with booking taxis and tours. Loved my time in Lanzarote and Lanzaplaya, the only negative was that my holidays was so short, would have loved to stay longer. But I will hopefully return again.

The hotel is already a bit old. Modernizations are currently taking place as operations are ongoing. Unfortunately, this is associated with considerable noise. At a 4-star hotel, however, minor beauty repairs would have had to take place for a long time. If you are living in a room in the strass-area area of the complex, you have to cope from 9pm with massive noise pollution due to the various music sound of different dancefloors nearby.
The food is okay and you try to take into account the different nationalities of the guests, only pasta can't really do the kitchen. The staff is very friendly and tries to fulfill every wish. We could, for example, After an abundant week of disco sound escape. The décor of the rooms is functional and you have a small kitchen. You sleep well in the beds.

Am staying at the Relaxia lanzaplaya for the second year running and can't fault it staff are very friendly the complex is very clean and not even 2 minutes walk onto the front where there are plenty of shops bars and restaurants to choose from the only let down is no air conditioning system in the rooms but we feel so safe we just left the patio doors leading onto the balcony open all night wud recommend to any one.

Place and surroundings aren't lovely and a great location however rooms are outdated and very basic food is terrible and all inclusive does not mean all inclusive most drinks and snacks must pay for. Most of staff are nice but handful of rude sod's. I would not return to this hotel.

Can't remember all the details but it was good. We stayed here 3 years ago. Only dinner was not great. This year we just came for a good breakfast for 7 euro's pp/ 3 euro's p child. Lots of Dutch also. Nice pool.

Just returned from spending 2 wks here with a bunch of friends & family and I can highly recommend it. Accommodation is good, food is amazing & location is very central. Staff are helpful & friendly which is always good to have while on holiday. Only downside… pool bar don't stay open late enough and there's no evening entertainment. However I would go back.

Cold food every night. Location good. Better not take half pension, food in Puerto del Carmen is cheap and you can do way better then Relaxia. We only took breakfast there after three days.
