We have just returned from our 2nd stay at THB in a junior suite. The staff are extremely friendly and always smiling. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels delivered. The whole complex including our room was clean and faultless. You can exit the hotel through the back gate which leads you to a large Spa shop, restaurants and bars which a lot of people don’t know about. We has breakfast at the hotel which was ok with plenty of choice. The children all played nicely together in the pool and there were enough sun beds for everyone although some were being reserved at 7am — 8am which then makes you feel that you also need to reserve your beds. Overall fantastic stay and can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful hotel and staff. The whole complex is immaculate. Rooms cleaned everyday. Suites are modern and bright, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. The walk too and from the strip isn’t that bad either.

Will definitely return to THB Flora Very clean hotel with excellent Covid care in place. Excellent choices of food at each service with good bar choices and staff were helpful and attentive. Will recommend ☀️

Had a fab time in this hotel staff very friendly. Maid Elizabeth has been in room every single day for nearly 5 weeks as we extended our stay. Excellent service from her and all the staff here. Hotel spotlessly clean. Breakfast very nice. Lots of choice. Only bed breakfast so cam comment on the all inclusive. I would highly recommend this hotel. Only downside its on a hill but never bothered us we went along strip nearly every night and got a taxi bk. They are cheap enough. We will defo be bk.

Myself with two teenage daughters enjoyed our week in half term. A one bed apartment opposite side to main building area so was nice and quiet.
We chilled by the quiet pool. The all inclusive is great. Lots of selection at every meal.

We have stayed in the THB on two occasions and we love it, spotlessly clean rooms great entertainment most nights and the kids club is great too, we definitely be back in the new year 😀

Arrived here yesterday after a very early morning flight. Staff were friendly. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The air conditioning was broken and phone was not working. The reception sent two guys to fix it who tried fixing it for 1.5 hours while we were just waiting. Finally concluded it cannot be fixed and we were given a new room. In the new apartment, bathroom door is broken and safe does not work. After calling reception, still waiting for them to fix the safe. It is supposed to be a self run apartment, but has no cleaning supplies and not even a duster. And they do not have cleaning service twice a week, so are we supposed to buy our dusters when on holiday?! They have washing machines and dryers that can be used by paying, they are out of order. The entire place is supposed to be wheelchair accessible but actually have steps to get inside the apartments. Strongly advice people not to stay here.

I stayed at the Hotel THB Flora in Puerto Del Carmen in Lanzarote for 1 week for my holiday to destress from Northern Ireland and I have to say that my experience was absolutely fantastic and amazing. They cater for everyone's needs and they bend there backs for all of their customers and they have definitely went and beyond there job role and all of the reception staff, kitchen staff, and cleaners are all wonderful. It is very cheap and amazing rooms, food and a wide range of drinks as well I honestly have to say that this has definitely been my best holiday so far! They are all very professional and good at there job but at the same time they do like to have a bit of crack and a laugh as well they also have a supermarket and a gift shop within the hotel as well which I thought is very handy as well and thanks to all of the staff at the Hotel THB Flora I will really miss you all but I will 100% be back again Thank you for everything take care, keep safe and see you all again soon! :) Cheers

Fabulous fabulous hotel, we stayed here in January and had such a really good time we booked again in june but got cancelled due to COVID-19 but hopefully we will be back in 2021 sometime because we love it good food everything x.

Having a great time here. Very helpful front desk and restaurant staff. Room attendants very thorough and discreet.
Whole place is clean with Covid restrictions in place but by no means hampers our holiday experience.
Would recommend and return!

I highly recommend THB Flora. We have been there for the last 11 days, the last 4 on lockdown. The reception staff have been so helpful and supportive to us helping us with accommodation and printing boarding cards for new flights especially Aday. It is spotlessly clean, the food is excellent, all the staff are very friendly and courteous. I hope to return once everything returns to normal. Thank you all at THB Flora.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! Told us because we arrived late our room was cancelled. We was late due to the 2 day sand storm where no one came in or out of the island. Absolutely crazy and rude.

Absolutely awful hotel & wouldn't return if I got paid! staff are unbelievably rude and unwelcoming. The whole idea of coming here was to relax, this wasn't possible as you had the cleaners walking around with their cleaning trolleys. The overall hotel room was poor due to an awful smell & ant infestation. The cleaners leave the rubbish bags outside your rooms which isn't pleasant at all! The place is falling apart and has literally only had a splash of paint over it. Giving this place a 3 star is too kind.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is really good. Very clean friendly hotel. We would definitely return here.

Excellent hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for us! The only slight downside is the location as it’s up quite a steep hill from the main drag, but they do offer a free shuttle bus up and down during the day. And it’s only 3 euros in a taxi each way!

This place is so underrated it’s a beautiful place so clean and well kept. The staff make this place even better we can not recommend it enough so much so we’re coming back next and bringing more family.

Visited 8-18th august 2019, with elderly mother and 2 teenagers, best thing was spacious room, food was mostly cold and repetitive, restaurant was like a canteen, having to queue for meat and eggs, had to fetch own cutlery no table cloths, there are many steep ramps with no hand rails for the elderly, sun beds were claimed at 6am daily! Evening entertainment was terrible, had to drink out of plastic beakers in bar at night for every drink! Maids and bar staff work really hard, but need more staff, long way out from shops and beach, taxi journey both ways, camp beds were really uncomfortable, best thing was the weather, need to be more disabled friendly and sort out the evening entertainment! We paid£4700 for 10 days all inclusive for a family of four, not worth the money and definitely not worth more than 3 stars, safe was 2.50 euros a day, need a shop on site for water has refuse to give it in a bottle unless you pay! Pool was nice and clean and cleaned at night, staff work hard, but with 2 bored teenagers and a disabled elderly mother who fell 3 times, due to steep ramps and no hand rails would not return, ok for young kids!

Only 4 days in and it's very good. Only ever done 3* previously and this is clearly a level up. Food is good. Staff very nice. Rooms great. It's clean too.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Well maintained and ideal for all inclusive. Downside would be distance to main strip but hotel offers bus down and taxi not too expensive and hotel is good enough to be worth the effort. Old town is easily walkable but there is an uphill climb back. One road back is very steep the other not so bad. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance.

Our 2nd family holiday and we still love it. Great for families with you g children and food even better this time round. Rooms been renovated to an excellent quality. We can’t recommend THB Flora enough.

Just home from a great visit, can’t fault anything! The staff are fantastic from the reception, maids, bar and restaurant to Ricky and Julia on the entertainment team. The hotel is kept clean and there was a great choice of food at all meals. We had a brilliant time and would definitely go back.

Great hotel. Fantastic for a family holiday. Clean and safe. The people who work here really want you to enjoy your stay. The rooms are lovely. The guy who looks after the kids Richie is amazing. Mini disco was a big hit. We are leaving today but we'll be back.

Myself, daughter and my three grandkids stayed for a week last week. We absolutely loved it, food excellent, all inclusive was brilliant but the best thing for the kids was the mini disco with RICHIE and Julia. The kids don't always take to people but these two could not have been better with them. They particularly loved Richie as did I and my daughter. It's great to feel safe and comfortable while on holiday and we definitely did as did our kids 4, 7 and 10.

Have just finished a week long holiday at THB Flora Hotel and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the place is always kept clean by an army of happy workers that will always great you with a very cheery hello and the food is good with a selection of dishes to suit all. This is my first holiday over seas and I've enjoyed every minute of it! Lanzerote is a beautiful island but I would recommend hiring a car or have extra euros for taxis as the hills are killers!

Excellent family friendly hotel. The hotel is split across a road, but they have made a feature of this by building a tunnel under the road to connect both halves of the hotel. The entertainment is good. The staff are very friendly and organise lots of activities for children. It's a bit removed from the heart of old town but that is a plus if you want an early night. The only small issue is the food isn't top notch, but there are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance, so there isn't any trouble finding something for the pickiest of eaters.

Today is my last day of my 2 week stay and I have loved it. ALL staff are lovely friendly polite and helpful, they all work so hard. Food is fabulous rooms are fantastic I can not fault this place. Definitely will be back ❤

Just home from a week stay at Flora, returned again this year after great holiday in it last year. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially for families with young kids. Our kids had so much fun. Fabulous, clean modern apartments and suites, everywhere is kept spotless, food is great too. Fantastic kids club, splash park and entertainment and the staff are all great with the kids. Great service. Thanks for another great stay with you.

Just got back early hours today from flora was self-serving for two weeks and absolutely loved every minute of it really didn't want to come home. The staff were brilliant, very tidy and well looked after apartments. The entertainment staff were on point my daughter and her friends loved the miniclub and splashpark woth Paula and Julia they always had time for all the children and us big kids with archery and shooting. Overall brilliant place would highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the future.

The breakfast was very good.
Large and varied quality buffet. Frozen red berries, some canned fruits.
Very good fresh fruit, Kiwi, watermelons.
Desserts without interest.
Do not book car via Lanzauto agency which is on the hotel counter, old and poorly maintained cars, higher price.

Great for families — not too noisy but not too stuffy either. Relaxed atmosphere, all the facilities you need and a perfect location if you want to be a little away from the centre at night. Main pool is a good size for all ages and there is a separate pool in THB2 that seemed to be used more by adults. Rooms very clean and adequate for a holiday stay. Lovely walk down the hill to the old harbour for evening meals or the beach. One of the main coach pick up points is a 1 minute walk from the entrance and the bus stop is very close by as well so day trips and excursions are hassle free (and cheap if you go by public transport! ). A two minute walk away from the hotel up the hill and you can see some breathtaking views of the coast and the volcanoes.

Stayed here 5 nights with 2 friends from 10th May. Inexpensive. Spotlessly clean. Lovely staff. Would highly recommend it. Steep hill back up to the hotel but taxis from the main strip are only just over €4 per group. Would definitely go back there.

I came here with my mate (most people come as couples or families) — but we didn't feel left out or out of place at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. Places were clean, food was average but was awesome for the price we payed (All inclusive) Water is VERY cold for swimming, obviously you get used to this after jumping in. Entertainment was pretty much standard for English people, but we just went out to the strip. Drinks/cocktails were very watered down, but I heard that's pretty much standard — but we still had as much as we could for the all inclusive :) Rooms were huge, had a living room too (which we didn't use). Overall — amazing relaxing place to stay.

Great place, great people. Loved our stay here. I have given 5 stars but have 1 gripe. They over charge for lager at the pool. Great if you are all inclusive but €3.50 for a small plastic cup is a bit of a rip off (€2 to €2.50 for 0.5 litres every where else).
Breakfast is fantastic, lots of choices for all, and we found cocktails were on par with most places. Deffinatly recommend THB Flora but be warned, if you find walking difficult it could be hard going as it's up quite a hill climb. PS we came 10th May 18 and the pool was very cold.

We stayed in the apartments section of the hotel, which was a nice little village of apartments with separate pool to the other part of the hotel. Rooms are small, basic but exactly what you'd expect. In general room was very clean and well looked after. A few minor problems however, the room got damp very quickly as there isn't much ventilation in the room. The floor became quite wet and we had to use towels to dry it regularly. Also there were ants in kitchen area! The cleaners made the beds, however did not wash up any dishes or cups (And they don't provide you with a sponge or washing up liquid to do it yourself! ), and they didn't clean the floor in the room well at all. Staff were very friendly, always happy to help, and made our stay enjoyable.

Friendly staff, lovely sea views, 2 nice pools. Breakfast is good, rest of food looks nice but tastes horrible. Served donkey on 2nd evening which wasn’t nice. Best to go half board and eat out locally. All inclusive only includes a few local drinks. Apartment looks modern but ours was small. Had problems with shower blocking and flooding apartment and Doors not locking. Would not go back there.

A nice hotel and very clean. Breakfast varies a little every day. There's a lot of variety. As for the junior room comes very equipped with everything you need, the first day we realized that the microwave was missing, we warned at reception and in a while we brought it. In the evenings it gets a little cold and some nights the blankets are insufficient. The safe has a price per day of 3e. The pools are very large and not crowded. A hotel that I would definitely return but not to the junior, would go to the studio that has mini included and I think it is more practical. As far as parking there is not much problem if you are going with small car.

The facilities are beautiful, I took a lot of photos, the customer service was Buenisimo, I enjoyed my stay, every little doubt or problem I had was resolved quickly and kindly. The rooms are large and very comfortable, it's like being at home. The food is the best of all, every day a new and delicious menu.

Luckily we were more time out than inside. Overall however it is a good hotel.

A good selection of food at mealtimes. Nice to have bacon at breakfast that isn't over-crozzled. A major downside is the absence of the provision of free drinking water with meals; half-board guests have to pay over one euro for a small bottle of water. Our rooms were clean and comfortable but the beds were rather small and one of them made some noise every time someone moved on it. There was an excellent shower unit but it would have been nice to have had a bath as well.

We have stayed here 5 times now and love it. The staff are more than friendly and we would never NOT recommend this place it's perfect when we come to Lanzarote we make a point of booking this hotel.

Just returned from a week's stay on the Flora Apartments. When we arrived the receptionist said there was record of my booking. I produced the relevant documents and hey presto she found it. There were no words of welcome. Having explained to her that our flight had diverted and delayed due to bad weather she showed no interest in that information. We got the briefest information we have ever got. When asked about Wifi she gave a small of info making it seem it was easy which it wasn't. I crossed road again as our apartment was on the other side of the road from reception and stayed there until I got full instructions. I proved to be very hard to hold her attention. The other people working the reception showed the same indifference to queries. The male on reception on check out this AM took the biscuit. He just said check out and grabbed the key out of my hand. No conversation in relation our stay or if everything was satisfactory. We had requested pool view apartment facing the road with high trees and wall. The apartment was quite good but could done with some shelves and storage areas. In contrast to the reception staff the dining room staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was nice. Cleaning staff were also very nice. The hill up to the Flora is horrendous and it would benefit from a courtesy bus a few times a day. I would not return.

Really enjoyed my stay! I stayed in a good quality modern apartment accross the road from the main building. We had lunch in their restaurant on 4 occasions which served fresh and good quality food. Only thing I liked was that it felt a little bit over-priced for the rooms and the drinks but that's Lanzarote for you.

The hotel is very good in quality-price relation, very familiar, and to emphasize that the girls of animation made it impossible for boys and girls (and at night the adults) we pasaramos well. We will repeat and we hope to find these girls again my daughter the loves.

Good location… gd food. Our room/apt 353 layout seems to be the wrong way round! Adequate size but needs better planning.

Not recommended for older travellers with good entertainment and well maintained atmosphere in the rooms and the Gemeinschfsräumen… Food and staff good.

The place is a bit off, it is easy to park, the apartment they gave me was very well equipped, the only and biggest drawback, not had to wipe a lot, I had rolls of hair in the living room, bathroom, bedroom and the sofa full of trash including shells of sunflower seeds.

Loved this hotel. Room was recently refurbished, bright, modern and airy. Apartment door locked but didn't feel very secure, like you could yank it open with a hard pull but we had no issues during our stay. Staff were very helpful. We had a two bed apartment by the adult pool and can't fault it. We went in January so the pool was too cold to go in but we had lovely hot weather and were laying out in bikinis. I wouldn't say this hotel is suitable for those with mobility issues as lots of steps and quite steep ramps. Good location, short walk to supermarket, restaurants and bars. Taxi cost us €15 from the airport each way which we didn't mind as it was split between 4 of us.

It is a three star but it deserves half a more. Great rooms and cleanliness. We were in a new quadruple really comfortable.

I've been in this hotel last week and the meals are worse than when I was in September. They leave a lot to be desired. I am a repeater for many years. The waitresses are all fantastic and the waiters also… The front desk staff is great.

Great sought location and rooms. A concept is something different and quite well made.

For a stay of 5 days is a great solution between quality and price.

Very suitable for families with small children, who are also welcome to take part in the Miniclub. The apartments are modern furnished and clean. Breakfast is simple but good and plentiful. You still have to work on coffee. I can't say anything about the all inclusive, but I didn't hear anything bad from other guests.

An amazing hotel, with a quality staff and a restaurant with good food. I had a problem with the loss of a watch, both the director and the team of the hotel, helped me, and I more than compensated for such a situation. Luckily, the end appeared in a pocket of the suitcase. I recommend it 100%, and don't hesitate to choose him if you want to spend a good stay in Puerto del Carmen.

Not bad the only flaw that is kinda away from the sea if you're walking, luckily there are taxis.

Old furnishings. Kitchen equipment miserable. From 08:00 in the morning construction noise. From 20:00 Extremely loud music and animation by the pool. Sleep only with earplugs possible.

We were all inclusive. The food is fine and there's never a shortage with breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks in between. Currently (Oct 17) undergoing renovations to a lot of the rooms but the rooms that have been renovated are very nice. About five minutes from the old town and fifteen minutes from the strip. A lot of uphill walking to get back. Overall we found it fine and it would be pretty good for families.

Nice apartment to rest and relax… pretty spacious with a kitchen and pots, pans, … to make eating perfect fairly wooded. Easy parking and activities evening for adults and children in the pool.

Great for families to be entertained. Not close to the main strip or beach. Up a steep hill away from the town. Nice rooms and staff. Small and close knit community feel. Not ideal for tranquillity.

Family friendly. Excellent choice between the restaurant or the kitchen of your apartment.

Nice looking hotel, great friendly staff, brilliant family holiday destination. Rooms a little dated and can be a struggle to get a sun lounger at the peak of the day. However I cannot emphasise enough how helpful and friendly the staff here are. For me that makes it stand out. Well worth going all inclusive as the selection and quality of the food and drink is high. Couldn't ask for a better holiday for the price!

Stayed for 11 nights, had a great time, rooms were clean, but would like if people came to collect the bins and give us clean towels. Wad in a good location only a 15 minute walk from the sea, great pool, but wish there were umbrellas ypu could move around because there were only a couple and not enough to go around everyone. Had a good little water park section that was good to play in. Requested for a pool view but wasn't received, overall it was good and am sad to leave☺

Stayed 10 days, very clean. Very basic if going for self catering (no oven) but the apartment was modern and very clean and cleaned everyday with fresh linen and towels. The only thing was you couldn't go all inclusive for 10 days it's 7 or 14 days. Location is great in walking distance of everything.

Lovely, modern hotel complex in scenic area of lanzarote, pool was on our doorstep and it felt private and safe with own 2 bed bungalow. Kids enjoyed swimming and lounging on floats every day though lots of activities and entertainment on offer. Cleanliness, food & friendliness of staff 10/10.

We are a marriage of luarca (asturias), that we were in the flora of 21 to 28 May. The island, the people, their kindness love us. And that tell of the hotel flora.
excellent location, the treatment of staff, from reception, clear (the girl who fixed us room), the staff of animation, the (exceptional) restaurant, have to appoint wendy and Peter, (are real good). And as not to super chef (spectacular) jaime who delighted us with their delicious dishes. Always remember them and no hope if God wants to return, and of course the hotel flora. A great salute to staff from asturias.

Beware leave no valuables in your room including Medication in room at any time. I visited the hotel on 21st to 28th March 2016 my husbands inhalers went missing also my watch so I wasn't happy, the reception were polite but no help. Their staff weren't vetted in my opinion as they should have been. Hotel is out dated no air condition and pool was freezing. I wouldn't return to this hotel. Still awaiting a reply to my letter from manager.

DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING VALUABLE IN YOUR ROOMS My mother was there this year, between March 29th to April 6. On april 4th she left her iPhone 5 charging on the bedside table. Her husband left his iPhone 4 charging too (and his wallet). They went downstairs to have dinner and when they returned one hour later both phones and the wallet were missing. The door was not forced. Whoever entered the room had a key! (no keycards, regular keys). The hotel refuses to take responsibility and their insurance policy (they refuse to tell us which company it is) also refuses to take responsibility because the lock was not forced. RESULT: more than €1000 in lost property. So no matter how affordable this hotel is. It is bad business. The hotel director, Jordi Fuster was very polite, but he did NOTHING, and the worst part is that she thinks this happened before and they know it. They may have someone in their staff that is doing this (because they need to have access to the keys).

Ok had better and also been to worse No air conditioning.

Looking at the apartment I would say 2-3 stars is more appropriate to rate this hotel.

We spent 8 days in this hotel which is really great, a very warm welcome was reserved, staff very very friendly, a very neat bravo Jaime and kitchen all his colleagues service, bar and reception. Rooms 323 and 324 or rather studios have perfectly agreed us because they were exposed on the side of inner court and we like quiet. Lanzarote is an island very curious with magnificent landscapes. Puerto del Carmen is very lively and very clean beaches. So unhappy refrain. Moreover we are ready to come back to because despite our excursions we still have to make visits. We have forgotten to tell also bravo 2 facilitators. Stay from 12 to 19 October 2014.

We were hosted this past month of June there and although the staff was of the more kind to the rest of the services we cannot say the same. As for 3 meals buffet, breakfast only is saved.
