Basic but complete apartments. Very friendly staff. The lady at the front desk is very good, helpful, competent and polite. Quiet complex, there is a code to enter at any time and you feel safe. It is in a very good position, close to the center, with a parking available for the car at all hours. There is a supermarket provided to the left just outside the gate which is not the usual despar. Before dinner you can stay poolside for the last sun in a very relaxing silence.
Very good value for money. I would stay there again right away.

Apartamentos perfectos para unas vacaciones de relax. Tranquilos y privados. Los apartamentos son sencillos pero con todo lo necesario para pasar una agradable estancia. Sin duda un gran lugar para pasar unas merecidas vacaciones.

Great spot near everything very clean staff friendly.

Booked a late short stay (5 nights) Reception bass closed when we arrived late but everything was ready for customer arranged via email with the very helpful Carmen. Would definitely come again, great location, apartment spotless, a little dated but great value. Mal & Tan Dec 2017

Love this bouquet resort. Excellent service from Carmen and spotlessly clean.

Clean, close to all amenities and good Wi-Fi at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend it and hope to be back again next year.

Stayed here with the wife for 5 nights has our usual choice of apartments were fully booked. And as this place was only across the street we thought we'd give it a go. And are we glad we did. We were given the code for the gate to the apartments and told which room was ours and where the key would be in an email a cpl of days before travelling. So on arrival used code and was in the complex first opinions were yes very clean and secure complex. Then onto the room which was a mirror image of the room we normally stay in at the other apartments except for no oven just a 2 ring hob. Spotlessly clean and was everything we needed. In short the apartments were great from Carmen on check in to the location of them. The only gripe is the water pressure but that would be been really finicky. Would we stay here again a resounding yes.

Clean grounds and apartments, staff are helpful and pleasant. A little dated. The only downside is that we never managed to get a su bed, around 12 only, there are very few for all the apartments. Central location which was great.

Spectacular. We have been at a price and received quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very grateful to all Lanzarote, the staff of Las Acacias and particularly with Carmen. If we can, we'll come back.

Quiet, central, well serviced and especially friendly and helpful staff. Only pity that the reception is open only in the morning and Sunday is closed.
