Beautiful facility, close to the sea and airport. The food is very good. In the dining room it is sometimes very crowded and very noisy. Unfortunately only 2 pools in the complex. Loungers are scarce and you have to fight for it when the pool area is opened. The apartments are spacious. Had one with 2 bedrooms. Animation during the day rather bad, those who do not speak Spanish or English are literally ignored. Too bad for the Mini Club. Otherwise, however, a very nice facility.

It is a good place to relax with the pools and sun beds, it allows inflatables and has lots of other features such as a tennis court, shop, kids club, daily activitys and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away.

The all inclusive starts at 1200 on your day of arrival and ends at 1200 the day you depart whatever time you arrive or depart. The pool doesn't open until 1000, then you have to fight for the few sun beds available and lucky if you get one that isn't falling apart. Days are missed with cleaning and I believe they don't always use fresh water as our apartment stunk of stagnant water after the cleaner had been! The staff must have been trained not to make eye contact, not to engage in conversation and only smile at colleagues! The apartment itself was beautiful, but the bed was rock hard. Besides which, our double was simply two singles put together! No extras are included, such as shower gel or shampoo, but you do get a little bar of soap. Oh, and hope you don't get a stomach upset as they only provide the bare minimum in toilet roll.

Have just returned from a ten day break at the THe Morromar in Lanzarote and have to say our stay was brilliant. Kids loved it as did we. The room were spacious, clean and tidy. Food good and always a reasonable choice and the staff very polite and friendly. And not too far fromthe beach. Overall would highly recommend. Our only criticism and its only a minor one, is that there are few sunbeds! So if your prepared to get up very early and 'claim' a bed…

Everything was perfect, the rooms very large and clean, the buffets offered are various, the staff and the entertainment team very welcoming, very good animations and evenings. I would advise this hotel to everyone and will go back with great pleasure.

Great place, fantastic service. Very friendly staff. Huge range of tasty food. I can't say nothing bad about Morromar. That was a great time in the hotel and I'm very happy to be there. Beach is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is few swimming pools for kids and adults. Hotel have a lot of attractions for all guests. Definitely we will come back again!

Family with 3 children for one week from April 28th to May 5th. Rooms according to the pictures, our view was on the pool.
Formula in all inclusive, correct food however I put a downside on the fruits and drinks. The animations for the kids are nice. The area is large and very clean and close to the beach.

Fantastic family friendly resort. Lots of activities for all ages including yoga, archery, french boules, darts, salsa lessons to name a few plus kids mini club. Animation team are amazing. All friendly and full of fun. Their shows are great. Full of enthusiasm. Heartily recommend. Only recommendation is something for those who want something after 11pm for adults when all inclusive drinks end, like an adults bar to dance and drink in til say 1 or 2am.

2 adults, 3 2 kids 7 & 8, 1 toddler 18 months We found it lovely! Located about 8 mins from the airport — 5.80 for us via bus or 8 in a taxi. Located about 300m from the sea front so close but not too close! Suits a family as its mainly families here. 2 pools and both nice for swimming. Top one is more geared for adults due to depth. No slides but the kids found them lovely. Accommodation — we had a 2 bed apt and it was clean and v functional. Let's be honest, with 3 kids, we weren't in it much only from 9pm to 8am as after that we were on the go! It has a fridge etc and a balcony for drying. You could hear the planes a bit but never bothered us as we were too tired to worry about them. The food was plentiful — we went full board as we knew we d be poolside a good bit. Lots of variety and the same with the drinks. Good value but each to their own. Its a short cycle to the old town and Porto del Carmen and bike hire is only 5 per day and is easy get. V safe too as there's a cycle path. So all in all a good spot! The entertainment was a bit cringy, but it ain't the west end darlings!

Great hotel for a 3 star, good food plenty choice, rooms clean and functional not too far from lots of bars and restaurants if you fancy something different. I would recommend. Would return.

Room and facilities good, food area resembles more of a station hall, and at dinner begins in the same room the children's animation — does not go at all. Lighting of the dining room with floodlights, very uncomfortable. And the head waiter Blasphemes quite fondly behind the backs of the tourists.

We have booked a double room for three. Towels and bath accessories for two persons only. Rusty, warm water. Warmwasserbeuler was quickly replaced. Cleaners friendly but not very tidy. Rusty shower head and probably mold in the bathroom. The breakfast and lunch are bland, monotonous and more designed for British guests. Lapriger bacon and watery scrambled eggs. Dinner changes daily in the Wochenrythmus. Food is only warm if you are the first to be at the buffet or if you are just refilled. Balcony without canopy. Filling up toilet paper does not seem to be part of the task of the cleaning staff. Bed and sofa cruelly uncomfortable. However, is the feeling. The entertainment in the evening is an absolute joke and borders on Fremdschähmen. This hotel is only suitable for guests who want to drink with all inclusive flat rate or who want to explore the island with half-board. Guests who simply want to go on holiday, I recommend a hotel with more stars.

Nice setting. 2 swimming pools. 500 from the beach of Peurto Carmen. Correct rooms… big black dot; The hotel is located close to the airport… Many aircraft movements.

Clean apartments, decorated in fashion today and well oriented. The outdoor areas are nice, there is a heated pool in particular. There are basic activities for children and adults. Otherwise the breakfast is a little too international for us French!

Decent rooms for the price. Food was OK but a bit dull. Staff very unfriendly.

Oh dear. Looked at reviews — some fairly good others poor so decided to give it a go. I wish we hadn’t. First impressions of the room were ‘tired’ decor with a foysty smell. The food was VERY poor — everything luke-warm. I’m a sweet tooth and couldn’t find anything worth the calories. So overall, I so wish we’d paid a bit more and gone somewhere else and that’s the honest truth.

Well, but lack of French spoken. Apartment very good. Decent meal slightly better surely. No dessert, though.

Food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But I recommend it at least all workers you ablan Spanish.

Obviating that it is not a five star and that, therefore, you cannot be demanded accordingly, I would say it has excellent value for money. Their apartments are adequate and complete although they have room for improvement in the details. The pools are excellent and the attention of the employees always good and enjoyable. The buffet is correct without being any wonder and if you are not sure to catch it don't do it, the prices paying at the time are very cheap (in low season €7 per person and food) so you can try it and if you don't convince yourself, go somewhere else. The cleanliness is good although sometimes they go a flick the hand with the lye (check the cabinets before placing the clothes). There are activities all day with an entertainment team for older and smaller and overall the atmosphere is quiet and familiar. It is pretty well located, in the second most enjoyable point of the island after Playa Blanca. If you are not one of those very demanding people with the details, it is highly recommended. A great option at a very good price.

Big apartments, but they are not. For not having no alfonbras. Theoretically is an all inclusive and there is no water in the rooms nor can you fill the bottles in any place, there are no towels for the pool or you can take the haitacion, very noisy etc.

Very good, except for the food. That was very Engländerlastig. Beans and bacon or sausages for breakfast! Who likes it?

We've just spent an amazing 5 nights here. Any poor review is either very fussy or need locking up. If you have money go stay in a 5 star hotel, don't stay here then moan it's not up to standard. Recently refurbished rooms, massive selection of English food, always fresh unless you come at end of service, then you get what you deserve in any buffet style all inclusive resort. Staff are friendly, helpful and always smiling, make you feel very welcome. Those moaning about alcohol limits… Typical Brits abroad… Why the hell do you need more than two drinks at a time? … Get a grip… I feel like I've mugged the hotel for what we've paid. Onsite shop open til midnight, albeit a little pricey compared to the spar shop on the beach but what do you expect… Ever tried buying a camp chair in a campsite shop in the lake district? Exactly! And if the moaners bothered to check the lower pool they would find it full of families enjoying the winter sun… would you Adam and eve it? … It's heated.

Very nice and spacious accommodation… The meals are diversified and good… Very nice service and the entertainment… Very nice staff and at our service… Spanish recommended!

Little recommended if you want to rest, friendly staff but does not solve any problem, we have some neighbors playing ball at 23 at night and the only thing we hear are good words but no solutions.

Fantastic apartment will be back could not fault this accommodation you will not be dissatisfied have Sunday lunch just like home.

Cleanliness (especially in the bathroom) defective. Even after repeated requests, no better cleaning was made — we were then brought cleaning agents so that we could clean ourselves!
The food is the same every day and not very good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food from the restaurant something basic and without a lot of variety.

Nice place. Clean. Not a lot of English people. No English TV Channels. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Very steep to walk to apartments. Had this been in brochure details we would not have booked this hotel. Went self catering. So can't comment on good. Personally I will not be going back.

Price/performance Okey. I can't say anything about dinner. Ate away. Room friendly and clean. Staff also great.

Good leaves much q want the subject drinks the worst of the worst if you want something in terms you have Q pay. For example a coffee pot in the all inclusive does not enter. You have Q pay 1. €50 very bad I did not like the cleanliness at all because if two days a week do not make the apartment when you arrive you put a pill of soap tiny and ready the truth on sites Q I have been of less category I have seen this the staff leaves a lot Q want are dry and Little nice I don't know if I'll have Q change a lot the food regilar.

Lovely appartements, 2 daily cleaned pools with lifeguards watching from 10 to 18h. Staff is really nice and helpfully. The apartments look modern en have a simple kitchen, with a refrigerator, electrical stove, toaster, waterboiler and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a bathtub with shower, a washbasin with mirror, a hairdryer and is cleaned 5 days a week.

Hotel seems quite run down. Room was nice but in a very tired condition. Bathroom was very basic and needed a lot of TLC to bring it up to a decent standard. The food was average compared to other hotels we have visited nothing special really. The pools were nice and children loved them. Small baby pool was good for toddlers. Location is about 5 mins walk to a beach which has good snorkelling, bike rental and shops also same distance. Good few bars and restaurants near by too. One thing worth going to do is walk up to airport perimeter and watch planes land just over your head. Very unique opportunity and worth the walk. Use an app Flightradar24 to check when ones scheduled to land. All in all a nice resort but hotel needs updating in my opinion.

I found a lovely place, aesthetically all well kept, the apartments tasteful, colorful and clean. Friendliness on the part of the staff and variety in activities. The food well with variety, although not finished being expected, the drinks leave a lot to be desired, but definitely the staff make this site worth more stars (Carlos receptionist, Cuban waitress, Cook… etc) the very foreign schedule…

Friendly and helpful, sit down for your guests. Was an experience to be here.

Fantastic holiday me my wife and daughter and her boyfriend had. The Morromar Apartment is a lovely place, the staff were very helpful very friendly and also very welcoming. The food was wonderfully a variety of different things to eat everyday. We're all looking forward to going back next year. Keep up the good work you're doing at The Morromar Apartment.

Ideal couple or with children. The apartment is very good, it is complete, equipped and clean. They have also reformed them not long ago and the result is amazing. If you touch one with sea view it's a luxury. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The urbanization is not on the beachfront but it is very close. Advisable to go to all inclusive. As for the food I found it very good, fresh, healthy and varied. Every night with thematic dinners (Mexico, China, Italy etc).
For children activities and entertainment every day.
The only downside and so I put 4 stars is that the dinners put very soon as it is a very inhabited hotel of English and German tourists. At 21:30, they don't give up dinner anymore.
What I liked most is seeing kittens living in the gardens. Don't worry, they're tame. They take a lot of care on the island. I recommend visiting.

Just lack a bit of Renov in the rooms but the rest is OK.

— A nightmare! After waiting four hours for the rooms to be "ready", we had to ask to change rooms 4 times because the housekeeping had not been done, large cockroaches dead in the middle of the living room, cockroaches living in all the nooks, slips and medications found in the Room drawers (abandoned by former guests).
Mattresses impregnated with the smell of urine, they never wanted to change the mattresses!
The beds are redone 3 times in the week (they specify that on Wednesdays and Sundays this service is not insured… on the other days… Apparently the service is also not insured each time).
— in "All inclusive" we had the right only to "cocktails" based on alcohol at 5%, the Mojito is composed of seven up, a slice of lemon and "rum" to 5% (I call it a lemonade). You have to pay more to get the real bottles of alcohol.
— Food from the restaurant… The best thing is to go to the McDonald next door, it's easier to digest and there will be less oil in the food.
The "Servers" are not at all trained, and are being yelled in front of everyone by the manager of the "restaurant".
-Regarding the pool, a few people at the level of the deckchairs but it remains correct. Sometimes a little dirty because of unrespectful customers. A "LifeGuard" that is well installed on its chair and that monitors extremely well are portable (do not count on them if you drown).

Clean hotel, renovations to do for the apartments.
The staff do the utmost despite the lack of manpower, very little speaks French (1 person has the reception) very negative point the restoration.

Excellent hotel traveled here with my fiance for Christmas 2016. We paid for an upgrade for a refurbished apartment with a sea view it was well worth it the apartment was beautiful with an amazing view overlooking the sea. The food was lovely & I was very impressed with how they looked after the wild cats here. The siamisee cats with blue eyes were absolutely gorgeous I wanted to take them home. We didn't stay for the entertainment very often but what we saw was fine. The one thing I thomas a bit crazy was only one bar was open at at a time & only one or sometimes 2 bar staff on. So it was annoying have to wait so long to get a drink. Also the pool bar at the adults pool was never open which was rediculas as we had to trek up to the family pool bar. & also I found it annoying children were around the adults pool when they had there own very lage pool. Nothing against children I have 4 of my own but as we were on holiday without children we just wanted a quiet place to be round but of cause this was more to do with the types of people staying here at the time it did state adults pool only & ignorant parents obviously completely ignored it I would like to see more done to ensure this is sorted out.

A beautiful hotel with lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Great for kids. 2 lovely pools with life guards. Highly recommended.

The staff are great fun. I have not been to one meal which was anything other than delicious, and the activities are well used by the guests. Its only a few minutes walk to the beach and the bus stop is right outside for the coaches to outings and activities. The evening entertainment staff are soooooo sociable. I hope to come back soon. One week was not enough.

Recommend this hotel. It is just near the beach and airport and provide a great service. All the area in the hotel looks like a big park where can walk around and enjoy the holidays. Serve a good food as well. Will definitely come back.

They are good apartments. Decent selection of food, decent facilities and nice rooms. Probably only 3.5 star but 3 would be harsh.

Hotel very nice new apartments with a remarkable cleanliness very quiet and spacious staff pleasant Parlan? T a little French a single remark of the restaurant not smiling at the level of the catering nothing to say! By cons non-animation and bcp too noisy in the dining room we no longer hear a board do animation at 10:00 p. M. And in another room! A strong manager pleasant and speaking French! Good location near a beach and esplanade of 7 KLM.

I spent my holiday October 2016 unsanitary room reserved seems t he have French because the building was inhabited only by compatriots and all we had worries without counting on the filth that hangs right and left all around the buildings Many cats that urinate and defecates a can anywhere even close to the restaurant. My impression apart from the chat was that the French was not the good came I would not recommend there is plenty of hotel on Lanzarote or you will be better greeted.

Just leaving after a week here nice apartment most staff are friendly and speak some English pool is OK but the all inclusive food very bad so the £1000 we paid extra to be all inclusive we would rather had not paid as we ate out most days recommend to hire a car and go with last minute tour of volcano with Michael and mercile very very good day out.

The gardens of the apartments is the only thing I liked. We see that they were freshly painted and had not cleaned it conditions and had powder and I had to remove it because fate us manchabamos. Clean enough left to be desired especially in the cafeterias and dining room. The breakfast buffet was not bad. That if the employees very friendly and kind, and anything immediately solved you. Not recommended.

I was 2 weeks ago and luxury good service and very professional waiters in special Carlos and gem.

Very nice very relaxing holiday at this hotel need not worry about anything to eat and drink abundant clean the room was clean and very close to the sea near shops restaurants complete like this hotel.

My partner and my it liked, is a very quiet place and the people of the hotel is very nice.
Also the food is very good and there are lots of variety, no doubt breakfast.

Recommended in the Beatriz Playa we pay for services not provided due to lack of maintenance and saturation.

A mi me seems to have everything you need to be at ease: an attentive and friendly staff, good treatment and very decent food. The apartments are comfortable and clean although they are not luxury are perfect for relaxation. There is a shopping area 5 min and the Beach also. Bus stop nearby and friendly, although as I have said in another review it is full of foreigners. There are of more category but a mi me vale. If you want more luxury loose dough and go to another site. Very satisfied. Best regards.

Overall I give it a very high note
The waiters and staff in general, Super and very friendly
The common areas in good condition and easily accessible
The normal food for the price we pay
Perfect dinner days theme
Without crowds and tables clean immediately
Complaint by the cleaning of rooms, vale that not make it two days a week, but we ourselves have been one day more if let us or changing bed linen and towels
But the Wi-Fi, I think that you should be free or included in the price, since everyone nowadays uses it before or after, anyway we rented an hour of Wi-Fi because we had a matter of banks and the very friendly receptionist explained the performance, the issue is that we use it three hours later and did not work
I think that did not have very clear operation, not claim because the penalty not deserved for one euro
I RECOMMEND MORROMAR TO THOSE WHO WANT TO SPEND A NICE HOLIDAY
Of course everyting next year.
