Love visiting every year for past 15 years. Carmen on reception is lovely and the cleaners very friendly. Comfortable appartment and nice and quiet. Hope to return next year!

Having an amazing time. Staying at Los Pueblos Apartments… staff extremely friendly and helpful. Pool is brillant both for young and old. Apartment we are staying is good. Has what you need. Enjoying it immensely. Nice walk down to the harbour and to the main strip… Taxi back up. Taxi drivers very reasonable under a fiver each time and very friendly… will definitely be back to this part of the town and booking the same apartment… Thanks for a lovely relaxing hoilday and still four days to go.

These apartments are basic but clean. Used them on three occasions with no complaints. One thing to bear in mind is these apart are in the old town. Walking down hill isn't too bad … Coming back & having to climb what seems like a mountain is definitely not for anyone who is unfit. (Unless you get a taxi every time — €5)

Basic fit for purpose, good bit out of town, taxis a must if ur not a walker, bar not open often. But has everything and clean,

Not bad be paired to walk its all up hill.

Basic accommodation has everything you need about 10-15 minute walk to the main strip and mainly all down hill would recommend getting a taxi back which is no more than 5euro.

Great spot Very basic but no complaints at all. You get what you pay for Everything you need and the view's are amazing.

Cheap and cheafull I've stayed here 5 times and always had a pleasant stay lovely swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers. The bar is cheap and food is also value for money. It's not the Ritz but comfatable and clean.

The site the best it has is that it is well located to spend a few days of vacation.

If you're looking for cheap and cheerful, clean, basic accommodation then this place is perfect. It has a pool (unheated), bar, Wi-Fi at the pool area. Pretty good, I'd go again.

Was lovely and quiet good food lovely staff would recommend if want a peaceful time away close to bars if want to have a couple nites out lovely shopping centre dwn road.

Place very poorly taken care of, let alone if it is old or not. Full of cockroaches, in the kitchen ants, in the bathroom has a skylight as full of spiders and very dirty.
One of the days they ripped a radial to fix something at the door of the apartment at 09:00 in the morning no matter if you ospedaba someone at that door.
Then all the information from all sides is English or different languages but nowhere there was information in Castilian, Pareciéndonos very bad since we are in Spanish territory. I'll see if I upload some pictures I have taken to see, a pity that they are well, because in the place Q are and given their construction could give them a very good change.
Also add that the safe there is no way to close it, other than that the luminosity is of sorrow, there are only two bulbs, the sofa of the room towards an incredible noise! Is that it is a start and not end…
Also in the bathroom in the sink a continuous leak that for every hour that passes I do not want to know how much water is wasted. I don't recommend this to anyone!

Polite helpful staff clean rooms quiet evenings no rowdy noisy groups beds not very comfy but adequate nice place.

Dirty apartments especialy room 201 totaly dated disgusting rotten wood lots of stairs long walk from main strip iwas there august 2017 never again totaly over priced too staff rude with a dont care attitude infested with bugs cockroaches too never will go back but lanzarote is very nice.

Best part is the balcony as there massive and get the sun and wind. In room 317 good and spacious lounge, needs air conditioning put in as we hired a fan and didn't do much but help a bit. Haven't had much insect problem but have had mosqieto bites but aloe vera soap in lidl helps after reliever spray. Beds changed once a week towels changed every two days as is the cleaning in apt. Channel one is ITV so handy English channel. All in all for money not too bad.

Let down by the pool bar, Not open long and the stand in barman on Sundays is an ignorant pratt.

Clean and large apartment with great pool, I disliked the distance from the main strip as it was very hilly but for under four Euro a taxi would collect you from apartment s. No entertainment day or evening and not even poolside music. Umbrellas were also very limited at pool and loungers not cleaned. Most annoying thing was no air conditioning for twelve euros you could hire and a five euros deposit but they were tiny and seemed pointless. Our bath was in bad repair, but great water pressure in the shower.

The apartments are dated but clean could do with updating with aircon as they are very warm at night but you cant leave your windows open due to all the cats, the pool area is ok but a little small, the pool bar is good with good food and friendly staff something the reception staff could learn from.

Basic accommodation but the sea view rooms are stunning. Short distance from the old town and a spar 2 minutes away. Had our own large balcony with sun loungers, table and chairs. Pool with late night bar that serves snacks. No air conditioning which killed us at night time found it hard to get asleep with combination of roasting rooms and uncomfortable mattresses.

We stayed in July 17 omg the staff are so rude and aggressive it's unbelievable the so called life guard just sits in a room on his phone all day has an attitude that's stinks had 2 rows with him whilst staying there over parosol for my granchildren as didn't want them to burn in that heat to be told use suncream omg I ws fuming they had factor 50 on how dare they speak to us like that so we go up to reception to be looked at like we sudnt be there hello were paying guests for the manager who has the manners of a cranky old mule lol come through shouting her mouth of ad speaking in there language to the so called life guard I wasn't happy I was fuming if I hadn't had my daughter and family there I would of slapped her seriously I'm a manager and y god she needs some serious training on her managing skills she's awful and need to relize we pay her salary the only gid thing was the cleaners there were lovely and cudnt be more polite the manger needs to take a Leaf our of there book and the Spanish bar guy were lovely to but that didn't ruin our holiday we had fab time but seriously if u can stay somewhere else please do the apartment needs updating but they were clean with towels and linen changed every other day just hope others don't be treated the way we were WILL DEFO NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN OR RECCOMMEDto anyone awful but still ha a fab holiday they went going to spoil it.

Good price, nice though they lack a bit of maintenance. We left it surely more clean than when we entered. Towels are random, you can't make a program, in 20 days change the sheets once … just before leaving. Central location and exposure to the Sun its strengths.

For the price are very good. Centrally located. Acceptable treatment. Cleaning and all correct. I recommend.

Us bad for the price. Even with a sompresa of cockroaches and a little dirty. But for this price range can not order more.
