Spacious accommodation, clean, private and helpful friendly staff. Slightly far out of town but taxis, buses and scooters all available, 30 walk if you are feeling energetic. Perfect place for a chilled out holiday, food in the Arena bar is excellent.

Lovely quiet location. Spacious apartment, with all you need for self catering. A wee bit dated, but feels safe and private. Short path down to the seafront. Easy walk up Montana Roja at the back. The staff are friendly too. L loved it. If you are looking for night life and entertainment laid on, this is not for you, but if you want peace and quiet and are happy to make your own entertainment or walk a bit to find some, it's great. Only criticism, the price for the Wi-Fi is a bit steep, in other hotels it's complimentary. Same for the AC — which I didn't use because it was January!

Loads of space in the bungalows, peaceful & quiet place with a great pool & good pool/snack bar.

A beautifully quiet location with lovely apartments & bungalows. There's always room at the pool to relax & a pool bar which also serves food. Very friendly & helpful staff too. It's our 7th visit to Lanzarote & the second to the Palmeras garden, we love it.

Basic, cheap, clean and surprisingly picturesque… We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Quiet chilled out place. Good view from our window/balcony. Decent size living room. Lovely lady in reception, very informative. Great staff in the bar and good food. Lovely restaurants a few mins walk away however more to choose from 20 mins walk or walk further to the Rubicon Marina.

Price/performance is just great. A great, very quiet location. Really very friendly and helpful staff. We had a large apartment with kitchen which offers good basic equipment for self-catering. There is walking distance (3-5 minutes) very tasty food (the Greek is highly recommended, even the Italian had delicious pizza). We had a volcanic crater on the street opposite, from above you have a beautiful view (prefer to hike up in the morning, there is no shadow on the way). Bus rides are very inexpensive, however the island is made for tourists. So if you want to come from A to B, rent a car or book a day trip. With the local buses you can change several times, but there are also fast times a few hours on it.

Great complex clean apartments try and get no5 as it has a huge balcony. Complex was very quiet and not much to do. Pool is freezing as it's not heated but I'd still give it 4 stars.

Quiet area If you want to spend a quiet holiday.

Unfortunate. If it becomes a trip of those that can only be done once we would have been annoyed by a relaxing getaway. Luckily we will have a chance to return to Lanzarote.
We arrived at 6 minus 10 in the afternoon to the hotel, we checked in and in the room to discover that the control of the television is not available but you have to pay 7 euros of deposit to facilitate it. We ran to reception (it was 6 o'clock already) and we were told to go the next day that they were no longer on schedule. To warn 10 minutes before it would have been an excess of attentions.
We went for a walk and when we returned we noticed that the bedroom was very cold, it was November and we thought it made sense. When we tried to lie down it was because the air conditioner was on and could not be turned off since they also do not leave the remote available if you do not pay for it. There was no one at the front desk or contact phone in the documentation that facilitated so we had to sleep on the couch since it did something less cold.
The first visit in Lanzarote went to the pharmacy, to Frenadol and antibiotics. A disaster. We were not compensated in any way and the answer was that they are things that can happen.
I was not provided with claims sheet in effect but we could not do anything about it, it was vacation, we were wrecked from the couch and I had gotten pretty badly out of my throat.

It is very nice! … not the best… but for the money it was excellent value! It's certainly somewhere I will return to without any second thoughts… recommended!

Excellent solution for a holiday in Playa Blanca, nice garden, very large accommodation, quiet.

I adore this place. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre a quiet location and always a warm welcome. Enjoy the warm Lanzarote weather either from your patio or by the pool which also has a bar. The accommodation is spacious and very clean. You can purchase Wi-Fi from reception and the signal is usually very good. With the seafront just two minutes walk away it is ideal for those who enjoy a walk along the promenade into the town centre. There is absolutely nothing negative that I personally could say about Palmeras Garden as it suits me perfectly for the peace and quiet and comfort in really stunning surroundings. Highly recommended.

Huge apartments, very clean. Great swimming pool and bar with cheap beer. Pool bar open from noon. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Lovely place nice and quiet most of the time in and around the pool.
Accommodation is clean and there is plenty of room in all the rooms.
Pool side all ways has plenty of sun beds free.
Pool side bar is open from 12pm till about 7pm depending on how busy it is you can order food here as well.
There is a main bar that opens at about 9am for breakfast and then stays open till late I think about 12am but we never was out that late to find out.
The main bar dose food from 9am till 8pm but on some nights it's dose special nights and dose the food till 9.30pm.
There is a local shop for most the things you need this is just next to the main bar only 2 minutes from your accommodation.
Reception is open most of the day.
All in all we enjoyed our stay here food and drinks were cheeper then any where else near by and in our opinion better.
I would recommend getting a car as you are a bit out the way but a taxi was only just over €4 into Player Blanca We will definitely be returning in the future all the staff was friendly and all ways helpful. I would Highley recommend this place.

Love the place. We return 3 time a year.

The bungalows are great value for money. They are big, clean and in a lovely setting. The pool is gorgeous and clean (if not a tad cold). The gentleman at reception is extremely helpful and even let us come back to leave our baggage and print our airport transfer ticket after we had left the hotel to go to Fueturventura for 5 days. Even offering us a shower later if needed. The only slight downside would be that it is around a 35/40 minute walk to the centre. However there is restaurants and a shop within 5 minutes walk and the bus to the centre is right outside and comes every half an hour. All in all an excellant stay! Thank you Palmeras Gardens :)

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean. Nice touch to have a bottle of water waiting for you if you get to room late so you can make a drink. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Would recommend Palmeras Gardens if anybody asked for somewhere nice to stay in Lanzarote.

Palmeras Garden is a brilliant place to stay at while on holiday. It's always kept spotlessly clean, it's very comfortable and the atmosphere's quiet, which is really nice. Sunbeds are readily available, staff are kind and friendly, the food at the Bar Arena is delicious and the nearby services (including bike rental) are sure to keep you entertained. This resort offers amazing value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The staff is friendly and the pool is nice and clean. The rooms were cleaned everyday and were very spacious and the view was very nice. The food from the trstaurant is very good and very good price. I didn't like that there wasn't Wi-Fi and it costs 6 euro for 24 hours.

Love this place, it's our second visit and we'll definitely come back. Lovely location in the quiet end of Playa Blanca, friendly staff and good clean facilities. Highly recommended.

Cheap, but with the essentials. Clean, pool, convenience store, near the beach. Downside free Wi-Fi only at the bar of the arena.

Palmeras is simply the best place to stay. The apartments are really spacious and have everything you need. The staff and cleaners are lovely the place is so peaceful. Arena bar is good for food and very friendly. All in all fab holiday playa blanca is a lovely place cant wait to return.

Nice location on the outskirts of Playa Blanca means it is very quiet and peaceful without feeling too isolated. About a 20 minute walk along the coast to the town centre. Nice big apartment with a lovely private terrace. Although the apartment was spotlessly clean there seemed to be a bit of a problem with ants and critters in the kitchen area.

Perfect stay, complex is super quiet very well located, cleaning service good, care wonderful reception. This year again with the whole family. I recommend it 100% quality with perfect price.

Great accommodation, location, staff and value.

Stayed here previously when it was part of Natura complex. You can no longer use the Hotel facilities but the rooms are spacious, pool area great and very peaceful. For what you pay for a self catering place it is fantastic.
