We have now visited this hotel 3 times. It is in a lovely position overlooking the sea with views across to fuerteventura. Rooms are well appointed and the sea is visible from most of them. There are 2 large saltwater swimming pools and beautifully landscaped gardens. Staff are always very polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. This is an Adult only hotel, so is very tranquil and a great place to have a relaxing holiday.

Great free entertainment /activities throughout the day. Amazing food — gluten free well catered for. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with no kids!

Well what can I say except thank you for making our second holiday so special I don't know if I am spelling names right but Matire restaurant manager made are Golden Wedding day so special and waiters and waitress were such hard workers so polite and the shows were better this time the bed was so comfortable memory foam mattress, the only thing that is letting the hotel down is the air conditioning it was so hot in bedrooms and other parts of hotel sort that out and you will have a perfect hotel, and just to end there was one young man that never cease to make us smile and that was Fillip Fillip what a star also reseption staff were very helpful thank you we will see you next year.

Great service. Lovely if old fashioned, but refurbished hotel. Great food. Great views. Great fitness classes! Salt water swimming pools. Tui reps on site who are helpful and willing. Would recommend. (Try the Americanos)

We are absolutely enthusiastic! Class Sevice, food sensatiinel, room very large and very clean! Great facility overall — we will certainly be back.

This hotel has been just amazing. Our room was spacious, modern, with a phenomenal and silent view to the noise of the rest of the resort. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly during our stay. I would highly recommend it for a couple trip as they put a lot of attention to the small details that make the difference.

It's a very spacious and comfortable hotel with a good view out towards Forteventua. The staff are friendly and very helpful and I would recommend the cooking and cocktail making classes. Try the activities with the Tui reps to break up the day and make new friends.

Outstanding value for money, excellent service and food. Will definitely be returning. Quiet and peaceful, great place to de-stress. Highly recommend!

The room was very dirty. Ant roads in the bathroom. Dirty Toothbrush mug. Food at the buffet good. A la card unfortunately not enjoyable. Tastes are different. No case for me Sensimar.

Excellent week in February 2018. The food was amazing, staff brilliant, spotlessly clean couldn’t fault it. Want to go again.

Loved this hotel, everything was just almost just too good to be true. Found nothing to complain about, even the weather was brilliant. Will definitely recommend it to others & will return soon.

This beautiful hotel satisfies all wishes for a successful relaxing holiday. Only the evening events annoy a little, well you don't have to go.

Seven 2017 good hotel. Welcome with glass of champagne or other. Half board. Varied dishes. Small gym facing the sea. Only small flat unheated pool.

Am not a Spiesser, but too many things are just not 4 * worthy. EA doesn't mean it's listen bad, but it's not four stars by far. Blow up the framework here to explain everything. Staff very keen, but "the fish stinks from head" and if the Nix says and instructions there…
The monstrous entrance hall is on closer inspection with a bubble and illusion.

A luxury hotel with a good level of service. The amphitheatre and the evening live music are excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Staff all extremely helpful. Good food and plenty of choice. Only downside is that the pools are not heated. Would recommend staying there for the peace and tranquility of an adults only hotel.

A great week spent here over Christmas 2017. The staff did a fantastic job in making it a truly festive experience with an awesome gala dinner on Christmas night. Hotel has really good amenities, the room was comfortable but the air con was not very effective. Plenty of room to spread out around the open areas and a good programme of entertainment. A really wide choice of food available but some not always as hot as it should be. I would definitely come here again.

A super good and beautiful hotel. You can really relax and relax here. The surroundings are also great, very well maintained and varied. Highly recommended.

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are spacious, modern, quiet, with views, with all kinds of luxuries and amenities… The staff at the hotel are the friendliest we have encountered in a lifetime. Definitely the best hotel where we have been. With details, affectionate, friendly, careful… The day of my partner's birthday they prepared a surprise with candles and petals for breakfast. They serve you cava at any time… In the pool it's a pass. There is outdoor Jacuzzi and several swimming pools and activities throughout the day and week. There are several restaurants and beaches around that are one pass. In short, a pass of site to disconnect and relax. Don't regret.

Last day what can I say? Staff are the most efficient, friendly and professional people I have ever come across in a hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and if they never had the fruit I was searching for, they got it for me within a few minutes and being a vegetarian this was extremely helpful. Very clean, not once came across any part of the hotel that appeared dirty and I have very high standards towards cleanliness indeed. Cannot recommend highly enough. If you want a relaxing, quiet, child free break, with people surrounding you that just want the same experience from a holiday, Hotel Natura is the place for you x.

Very nice hotel and well maintained.
Very quiet as no children. Ideal for rest. The buffet breakfast and dinner is excellent and there is everything and for all tastes. There's even a nudist area.
The gym is very old-fashioned. The machines must have 20ans.
Several hics… seen in the gym a crushed cockroach in decay.
Room very nice and large but sheets stained with dried blood… and saw a little cockroach…

Very lovely place. Quite and peaceful. No children, adults only. Could it be any better? Missed a flight, so got upgraded to luxury apartments. Another birthday present for me. Love it.

This place is fantastic! It is a very clean, big hotel. The food wasn't to my taste but there is a varied selection each night. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful in every aspect. Pool is a bit chilly but in a hot sunny day this is enjoyable. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

A beautiful hotel, friendly staff, clean and everything you need. Free Wi-Fi across the whole hotel. Food is plentiful and very tasty. Rooms are large, clean and coffee and tea facilities. All staff are very helpful. No beach, but a 10 mins walk towards the port and you find one. Large swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, table tennis, bars etc. Across the road, 1minute walk, is a small shop that sells soft drinks, water, alcohol and snacks, all very cheap.

It's great. We arrived late and got given food after missing tea/dinner. Hotel is very nice as is the room. Would recommend to everyone I know to come here as it is a lovely experience.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the pools and palm trees everywhere. Rooms are very clean with shower and bath. About 45 min walk to the nearest shops or pay 5 euros for a taxi and your there in 2 mind. Would highly recommend but no children allowed.

The hotel is excellent for relaxing! If you look for a hotel with action and many young people you may be wrong but if you want to escape your job’s stress it’s the best place. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is with much too much fat for german taste but the dinner buffet is excellent! The beach in front of the hotel has too many rocks. You can only swim there when the sea is very calm. But 10 Minutes walking you find a very good and well protected beach with allow you also swimming when the sea is not calm.

I love the buffet and the pools. Even though the walk to the marina which we had to walk the whole coastline it was still worth it, if you suggest going there then make sure you sort out the Wi-Fi with the reception: — (wasn't that good especially on hudl, phone, iPad or YouTube. The buffet has a great selection of food plus drinks♦♣Excellent pools, children will be guaranteed to have a blast in them plus water polo goes on. If your having a meal at night afterwards go to the bar and shows plus dancing, singing, acrobats, magic plus lots more goes on. During that you can order a cocktail, there are ones that don't have rum and kids ones as well. Super bedrooms including a slide door which leads onto a balcony with chairs and a table!

Quiet location, great food, very friendly staff.

I spent 5 days in this hotel. The room is spacious and very clean. The hotel is on the beach and has several swimming pools. The staff is very helpful and polite. The food varied and good. There are shows in the evening.
I highly recommend it. Good quality price hotel.

Have asked wedge before get to the hotel, us have said that if and which was the surprise that to the get to the hotel to that of the 1 AM, not it had and clear traps of the flight and the trip in general, our baby us made pass a night unforgettable: (. ) In 3 days we were not cleaned us the room, no microwave, if it wanted ok but paying extra, not Wifi, if it wanted extra… maintenance of the bungalow was much to be desired, old, with screws out furniture, hazardous for children and ourselves. In the end quality — price. Very bad…
