The Cardona Pension located in reef, The place is ok, good treatment and kindness. The rooms are simple and ok. It has good cleaning and igiene service.

It was as minimalistic as possible. Had problem with the reservation.

And a convenient and clean economical place, unfortunately and happened to me, the Martina from 5:30 to 6:30 in the street some people quarking with appalling screams,

The rooms have been refurbished, it is located in a strategic point of the island of Lanzarote; Minutes walk to the beach; All services nearby.
Rooms now have Wi Fi, private bathroom and TV.
Small kitchen in lobby area for ease of guests. Vending machines and availability 24 hours at the reception.

Pensiom at the center of the Reef. Of the best pensions in the I've been to, only missing a fridge and a minibar.

It has been very cold at winter night. No heaters available, only blankets. Value for money is great. For parking you need to circle around hotel to find spot.

Strategic and very helpful staff.

Very good value for money, think of the ball quies, but for a night in passing, it was perfect.

The Cardona Guesthouse is located in the center of Arrecife, opposite the famous karaoke footlights. Comfortable and comfortable is ideal to escape when other options fail because its location gives us the opportunity to have everything by hand.

A room to sleep cheap and not far from the airport.

The rooms are good for a pension, looks like they have been refurbished a short time ago. They have a room for you to prepare for breakfast. It is an acceptable option, I do not regret to make state.

It's a simple place, but very clean.
The mattresses are comfortable and the room cleaning super daily.
Unfortunately, inconsiderate tourists take the cups and glasses out of the kitchen leaving others unexpectedly without service for a cup of chamomile.

My experience has been really unpleasant. In the morning we woke up with itching all over the body and when we wake up and turn on the light, we find the beds, pillows and walls are full of bed bugs. It has been horrible!, please, I ask the management of this hotel to take the necessary measures to ensure that no one else go through what we have last us.

It is a simple hotel, to park it is super difficult, it has free Wi-Fi but only at the bottom (does not reach the rooms) and has a machine to chop something or coffee machine or soda.
If you just want to sleep it's not bad as it is cheap.
The views are on the street or a horrible inner courtyard.
The rooms are clean.
There's someone always at the front desk. The friendly treatment depends on the staff who are there.

The room was just renovated and everything was like new, the relation quality price is very good, the reception of the 10 and very friendly, very clean everything, next to the reception have as Ofice where you can heat food and make the trip is something more economic, the only bad thing is how difficult it is to park in the area, I recommend 100%

Great value for money, good location pretty much in downtown Arrecife.

The Cardona residence is wonderful, since you enter the attention is spectacular, it is all very clean, every day clean the rooms thing that in most hotels do not do, this very well located, the facilities are very well the remaining landings a Little worn out but it seems that they are still with renovations and giving a facelift. I like the great quality-price I plan to go back.

The First Lady we came by wasn't friendly at all and we took a room only cause the price was good. But a later receptionist was very friendly, showed us the common kitchen and gave us towels. Yes, the place could use some renovations and the Wi-Fi is only in the common area but it's the cheapest thing around that we found available. For one night — great. For more — perhaps look at other options.

A magical island. I hope you keep taking care of this wonder.

It was affordable BUT. Rooms were not clean (cigarette butts in wardrobe, dust under bed), musty, humid and we had disgusting worms in our room and bathroom so we had to immediately check out and still pay full price. Only one receptionist spoke a bit English other two spoke only Spanish. Wifi is not available on rooms only on receptions.

I don't know what everyone else on here was expecting but I found this place to be very clean and well presented, all the staff we encountered were more than friendly and helpful even though our spanish is terrible, the room was more than adequate. The bed wasn't overly comfortable and could of done with an extra pillow each and it would of been nice to have Wi-Fi available in the room but you get what you pay for! I would come again without hesitation.

It personal is educated and the place in which is located is downtown, with what this entails (much noise and little rest for the night). On the other hand, the room had no gel or shampoo to shower, gives the impression of being a little dirty and the worst thing is that Sundays do not all rooms, so forget seeing your bed made at the turn of the day.
Not believe that again since by a few euros more have many more services.

The place is in a very good position, but the accomodation lacks of some fundamental features.

Dark room, old furniture…

If not espabilamos give us a room without TV and the paint oven falling to pieces.

Polite staff. Quiet enough, clean room 313.20 evro for a night Booking through. 5 minutes walk to the see. Good.

Some rooms will fall to pieces. Noisy and a little dirty. Pleasant staff.

Not this very simple but the price is not bad well located.
