Only stayed for one day on our last day. The apartment was amazing and had fantastic facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The view was amazing and I would stay here again.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just highlight that the floor needs a reform. Otherwise, great.

Excellent location right on the seafront in Arrecife. It has everything you need and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It is not luxury… but clean and well equipped.

Worst Hotel of Our trip We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. "Ana" was a very unpleasant and rude receptionist with us. The two other staff members were friendly but Ana was arrogant, impolite, argumentative and very inappropriate. We felt very insulted by her and her "hotel policy" where the manager was non existent? She took it upon herself to make managerial discussions and decided not to issue a refund without allowing us to speak with a manager. We felt robbed, mistreated and disrespected knowing perfectly that they had 1 month in advance to re-book the room. This unpleasant experience lasted over 3 weeks of arguing, unanswered e-mails, missed phone calls and now opening a credit card dispute against this hotel. Also the bathrooms were dirty and the room smelled of indian food and had no A/C. The dorm was super hot and it didn't look clean. Overall, it wasn't worth the price and the headaches it brought. This hotel hotel almost ruined our trip. Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue un infierno y una pesadilla. Nos sentimos robados, insultados y fuimos tratados muy mal por Ana. El gerente parece no existir? Los cuartos hacian calor, holian a comida india y no parecian limpios. Ana nos amenazo con el abogado del hotel si expresabamos nuestra opinion.

Very nice, friendly, smiling personel. The room had everything a person needs to have a great time with no worries.

Very good location but lack of parking available.

Excellent location on the coast of Arrecife, a short walk to the bus station giving cheap and great access to the rest of the island. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby with a Spar store for groceries around the corner. My apartment was spacious, clean and overlooking the park and sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always on hand to offer their knowledge and help.

What a lovely place to stay. Warm, welcoming family run place. Clean, well kept, nothing is too much trouble. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I stayed here at Christmas a few years ago. The people here couldn't be more helpful. They were lovely. Especially Teresa who was really kind. The room I had was just perfect, small, clean and had balcony with sea views. They apartments are basic but just what you need for a nice break. The price was really good also given the time of year. I would most definitely recommend these apartments.

Great seaviews handy but pricey underground parking opposite (Grand Hotel) discount available from reception. Housekeeping kept up to a high standard — spotless! Nothing was too much to ask for, if the staff could help you they would. Warm and friendly. The only thing 'negative' but 'eco' was the small water heater enough for a very quick shower! Shopping, cafés bars nightlife all just minutes walking. Loved my stay in Apts Islamar, 'family run, but all the staff helpful and friendly. 98/100

Up them cabinets dirty, lift is break frequently, is broke the pipe of the bath and the attention to the customer not I liked whaler things and took in give them and not brought things for the kitchen when us hibamos to go.

Great location, helpfull staff. We stayed there for 2 weeks — good start point for trips, or just stay on local beach.

It's quite economical apartment conveniently located beachfront in Central Arrecife.

Is is located in reef, to ones 700 meters of the pond of San Ginés, to scarce 150 meters of the beach and to ones 800 meters of the station of buses. In the vicinity of the apartment you can visit the Castillo de San Gabriel. In the district where these apartments are located you can find ice cream, much like Chinese fast-food restaurants, Italian. There are supermarkets, shops of Chinese and places to drink in the afternoon/evening. By the back to the apartments there is enough parking, but from 17 to 21 h, tends to be difficult to find free holes.

It's an affordable, so it fulfills its mission. All apartments with sea views, a wonderful treatment in reception and correct cleaning of the rooms. There is Wi-Fi free in all the rooms, something of thank.
Kitchen boasts a fair enough tableware, you can ask more utensils at the reception, although I would have liked to have with more containers in the kitchen. It boasts microwave, vitro's two plates and sink. I missed missing shelves, drawers and more furniture where to store things in the kitchen.
The room as we was assigned to three people, was very fair in terms of size. Thanks instead of sofa bed, put an extra bed.

The truth that very good service is priceless.

In the center of the city, in the heart of the shopping area, near supermarkets, taxi, 30 metres from the beach and bus stop. We go in very good location, very quiet and with a brutal views, with a very good treatment from the staff. Price quite economic, spacious, clean and with all the essential apartments. A 10 for apartments Islamar.
