It is exactly what it says it is, clean, tidy, quiet, basic and a perfect get away from the general hussle and bussle of everyday life. Complex arranged on 3 sides around a small unheated pool. Blocks are East, West and North, East block overlooks the road which can be slightly noisy with a few restaurants and bars but the road isn't a major road it's only local traffic for Los Cancajos. West block is higher on the hillside and balconies face eastward over the pool area. North block balconies face south overlooking the pool area and get the sun from morning to afternoon, great sun traps for serious sun worshipers. Whole complex has free Wi-Fi which is adequate but sometimes flakey and TV is mainly Spanish and German on digital but SkyNews is available if you retune the analogue tuner. My hint is most TVs have HDMI connections so a Chromecast should work using the free Wi-Fi. Complex is very popular with Northern European visitors and most restaurants in the area do not open until lunchtime so if breakfast is your main stay then the local supermarkets have everything you need for a English Breakfast to cook in your apartment. Restaurants are nearby and fairly reasonable with food that should meet most people's tastes. And a €1.37 bus ride will take you into Santa Cruz, buses run until fairly late in the evening. If you are on a budget the 500 bus service runs back and forth from the airport to Santa Cruz every 30 minutes during the week and hourly at weekends and stops at a few bus stops along the main road through Los Cancajos.
