Couple's holiday went very well. The location is strategic, we rented a car to get around the island. Friendly and helpful staff. Advised!

Hotel is ideally situated to all amenities. Food as a wide range for everyone. Very clean and would definitely go back. Staff very friendly.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Quite a good standard overall. Chambermaid did excellent job. I made sure that she got a good tip at the end of our stay.

Really pleased with this hotel. It has 2 pools, both quite big, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast was the best I had And dinner was amazing.

The room is simple, but clean and there is nothing missing. Breakfast is super and lasts until 12pm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the other customers, mostly young British discorians who when they return at 7 am make a mind-blowing mess and wake you up regularly.

Great hotel. Fantastic location 2 mins from San Antonio egg and beach/ harbour. Amazing showers. Clean and tidy. 2 lovely pools. Horrible night staff Ian who was rude and belittling to women for no reason but wouldn't say anything to male visiters who were actually causing a problem. He is letting the hotel down.

Great hotel in good location. ADULT only hotel too. It has 2 swimming pools one which is ideal for peace & quiet. The other is very busy and has music playing & entertainment sometimes. It has a bar with good food & drinks there. Breakfasts are good & a great choice. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are very nice, spacious and kept clean. My first time to Ibiza & I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for two nights. The room it self was basic. Bonus was it had a fridge. However, the pool closes at 7pm. Music stopped at 6pm. Wi-Fi was an extra charge to have it in your room. If it wasn't always cutting out in the public places where it was free then we may have gotten it. 5euros for 24/hours. The staff were nice. My friend is vegan and the dinner buffet didn't offer much selection otherwise we would have eaten there. For myself who isn't vegan it looked pretty good! Breakfast selection for the buffet was great! Definitely get that option, it also runs until noon. Location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants, the beach and nightlife.

The hallways are very loud due to the marble floors and the beds are incredibly hard. Service is fine, however diner times are very late (starting at 19.30). Food is great however.

Perfect hotel with a good location right at the entrance to San Antonio. Shops and restaurants at 500m. The hotel has 2 pools one to spend a quiet time the other larger with activities and a restaurant for lunch and drink. The rooms are well equipped, Tv, fridge top, safe, air conditioning and Wi-Fi fee in the rooms.
The personal and very nice. A friendly hotel with no children.
Nice surprise the welcome has just been redone and the living room swapped the old couch by modern furniture.
The room is the same as the home.
More modern, more key to open the door now a magnetic card.
The decor is superb with white and blue colors.

Cheap and cheerful. Rooms were very clean and nice. Only looses Star because my balcony was above the rubbish area so smelt a bit.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. The room is large a little old and the cleanliness scarce. The area is well has a Lidl close by, the harbor is also close by…

It is a 3 star hotel. Good deal. Good cleaning. Good food but little variety.

Nice place very well located, great views and the perfect location because it really is that you have everything and 5 minutes to the promenade with the beach and 10 minutes from the port and the people that are all right next we will.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel, very modern. The Wi-Fi must be paid for in the rooms. Two English speaking channels out of the six channels available. Who wants to watch the news channel on vacation? The food caters to the geriatric population in the off peak season. This entails unseasoned dishes that are easily consumed by those wearing dentures. That being said, improve the menu and I do believe profits will soar.

First hotel in my life that charges me by the second key in a double room, the Wi-Fi does not work and the charge location ugly to the outskirts of san Antonio service bad and the. Food without commenting best test (15 minutes to get a coffee at the machine in the buffet) with that people can make an idea.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is good. The buffet food is little varied and do not have a lot of quality.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is plentiful although there are only two coffee machines for all guests, you must make a half hour queue to get a cup of coffee.
In general the age of the guests is from 60 onwards, I do not know if it was coincidence or by the time (late March) but there were no young people. The parking provided is a wilderness next to the hotel. To get the car I had a problem with a neighbor who says that this property is yours and we can not park the cars there.
We arrived one day later because we lost a flight and, although I report it by private messaging Facebook (because it has no page the hotel and the phone did not answer) we lost the reservation. We had to pay one night to stay until the other day and they were no longer available. I wouldn't recommend it.

Can't fault this hotel, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, with great facilities & food. This will be our 3rd year staying at the es pla. Love it.

All very well, even that the parking is a row of parking lots in front of the hotel and usually there is no room.

Had to pull out of my wedding trip due to some serious family trouble that Was explained in detail to the staff but they still decided to charge me 280 for the cancellation even with six months to go. Due to the reason I was forced to cancel I think this is very wrong. Think twice before you click confirm with this hotel. I am a frequent traveller and I travel all around the world and I have never experienced such coldness in my life. On top of that I have a wedding to pay for, so thanks invisa you are the best ;)

We were seven wonderful days. The staff of 10. Very varied and quality food. It would improve the spoon food. But I'd come back without thinking.

What a shame! This hotel has a lot of good points but one dreadfully irritating, nasty little one that has put a shadow on our experience here — NO ICE ALLOWED IN YOUR ROOM! (even if you offer to pay for it! ) This may sound trivial, however, when you are feeling unwell and just need some ice to have iced water after the bar has closed at night but are told by the barman you MUST buy a drink and are NOT ALLOWED any more than 3 ICECUBES in it, it makes you wonder what's going on? Is there an ice shortage every night in this large popular hotel? (I don't think so! ) Or maybe the management are afraid their customers will drink in their rooms rather that at the bar? I've been to many first class hotels where ice is always plentiful, especially in hot climates and no one cares what you drink after the bar closes in your hotel room — why else would they supply a fridge if not to keep drinks cold to drink at your leisure? Such a shame the hotel has this silly annoying rule at the bar. So if you come here, buy your own ice at the supermarket down the road!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were good, unfortunately our view was of the road and not the pool, I guess this is the luck of the draw! The pool at the back was great with plenty of loungers, a reasonably priced bad and music all day long. This is definitely a 18-30's hotel more than a family place. Good location being close to the town centre. Breakfast was good, for a hotel. Annoyingly, we misplaced our room key and was charged 25EUR. Overall, good stay.

The best holiday I have been on in ages! Make sure you make friends with the staff, Sergi, Naime, Diego, Joules and David are amazing! Rooms well conditioned and lovely breakfast, there is a lively and quiet pool. Got mugged down the strip and security took me to the police station they were amazing! Would definatly recommend! Thankyou for making our holiday so special.

Good value for money.

Stayed just before the summer "season" starts. Been renovated over winter and everything in room is brand new and very nice. Lively lounge (lots of Spanish OAPs currently) enjoying drinks and dancing. €25-35 to airport or Ibiza town and located near San Antonio shops so good location. Very much recommended. Hope they maintain this cleanliness when this place is packed in 2 week's time.

Surprisingly good for a value hotel. We only stayed for 2 nights (for a Wedding) but found the room to be comfortable & clean, the pool is nice and a decent size, and the restaurant buffet decent enough (a big choice, all of which is palatable, if unspectacular). As is usual for cheaper resort hotels, you have to be a bit careful with the electrics (we borrowed an iron on which the wire had been taped and then water dripped from iron down the wire before we just chanced it anyway…), but this is more a continental thing than specific to this hotel. It's located in quiet area as you head out of San Antonio, but is only a ten minute walk into the town and to the beach. There were plenty of party-goers around, but overall it was quiet enough without too much racket, but this is Ibiza so always expect some. My only gripe was that if there were more than 2 people at the hotel bar, it took an eternity to get served. Even then, this was countered by the fact that the cocktails were reasonably priced and pretty good too.

I was hosted from 3 to April 10, 2014, my experience has been great. Good atmosphere, spacious and clean rooms, the dining room breadth of meals and Super staff. I think again, if not with the Senior World on my own. I have already recommended it. I had a director, someone affable and polite, ultimately my eight days of breakfast very good. I would like to inform you that The invisa es pla hotel is quite possible the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First of all it is nothing like the pictures. You will be surprised indefinitely if you choose this resort. Furthermore it was so bad that when we where handed our room keys I, within the first 5 minutes, being an easy going and shy person, with respect and politeness went back downstairs and asked for a new room*. However if I hadn't looked Spanish and had not have spoken fluently in Spanish to the reception I doubt I would have been given another room. And if this was the case I would have demanded my money back and left. Having never been on the island before. That is how discraceful the room was!. Essentially I wanted to change immediatly because A. It was not what it was described to be and B. It was dirty, had a terrible view and was falling apart, as well as the air conditioning not working. i must say. I had serious plans about contacting thomas cook and ATOL and ATBA about how much I had been conned and to see if I could get my money back for the worst hotel and experience ive ever had. But in the end I just wanted to forget it so instead I settled for this review. But I think the main reason I decided not to complain was that at the time I stayed mostly in my friends hotel and our rep was nowhere to be seen and very rude. So I know I wouldnt have gotten anywhere.
