Hotel staff let someone who wasn’t even in the hotel through to the pool area to then start a fight with our group over an issue he had with another group. We didn’t know this person or this other group, but he was very aggressive and made us feel unsafe for the rest of the holiday! Hotel day time security didn’t do enough to ensure our safety! The nighttime security on the other hand were fantastic. It’s a good hotel though for what it is and it’s in a perfect place.

Loved staying at this hotel! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Would definitely come back and stay again!

The cheapest hotel on your island. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. If you try, you can get drunk for the whole day.

Central location, lovely staff. Unfortunately it's the English guests that spoil it (I'm English) Loud at night when coming back, shouting around the pool and rude to the staff. I was checking in and had 3 people interrupt to say they had lost their key. No 'excuse me' or any form of manners. I am not a prude but manners and respect for others costs nothing. The food was lovely and a great choice. There is a bottle of shampoo in each room along with towels and a bath mat. The cleaners come in every day to mop the floors and make the beds (if you want then to). The pool is open from 10am till 8pm and the bar from 8am till 11pm. I found this to be a great location but found the attitude towards the helpful staff awful.

Room was basic. Which is to be expected Had a shower head attacked to the taps but no way to shower unless you say in Bath and held it above your head. Came as a couple and got separate beds, yet our friend who booked a single room got a double bed and a fully functioning shower.

Nice location, close to beach and strip… drinks abit over priced! Pool brilliant with good sun all day! However hotel was very outdated, needs updated big time, very loud and dirty. Food at breakfast was disgusting.

Basic hotel — not bad for a cheap party holiday. Great not having kids screaming or mucking about at the pool when you've had a a few too many the night before ;-) food was varied and kept me going back for more. If you're looking for 5 star luxury, then look elsewhere. A party hotel with flowing drink, then book away!

Very pleasant and fun experience, very friendly staff, a smile in the mouth at all times, we were surprised especially by the buffet as it is quite good the quality of the food in relation to the price of the hotel. A greeting.

An excellent deal both by Cameros cleaning equipment, hotel etc… friendly atmosphere and a rather interesting buffet. Good Hotel I personally volbere.

Good service from reception, address, waitresses from both rooms, buffet, good food, and good housekeeping too.

Situated smack in the middle of town. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast is excellent. If you want cheap and cheerful this is the place. Although, the rooms were very clean they're stuck in the past. They could do with a make over. Other than that, an enjoyable experience.

Great time at the Piscis staff at the top Zulema is super cool and remains available to help us!

The worst thing about this hotel is that you never sleep at night due to English harassment… besides this my room which was view bus station was literally pity in all senses, both as cleanliness and as décor… I repeat for what it costs I consider it a theft.

Excellent location near the bus station, the harbor, bars and boxes. On the other hand, do not go there if you are looking for comfort, modernity and tranquility as the hotel is dilapidated and very poorly soundproof.

Staff were fantastic, warm and welcoming. The cleaners come daily to change bed sheets and provide new towels and clean the bath and things. The food was better than expected, and all inclusive bar has a range of drinks to chose from although a few things like Jack Daniels cost extra. The rooms had air conditioning which we couldn't have survived without! Was expecting the noise to be worse, but for the time of year we came it was fairly quiet, some rooms may have been shouting and singing and what not but there were no noise issues! Had a lovely time.

Brilliant location. Great for the young at heart. Only downside is bathroom needs updating. All inclusive is excellent value for money. Would recommend to family & friends.

Well, a little disappointing for the price.

The room itself reminds me of a 3 Star set up in Vegas. But my overall experience was EXCELLENT! They have decent Wi-Fi, outdoor/rooftop fun swimming pool, EVERYONE is having fun. They provide breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets at a great price. Most importantly I felt safe and secure with 24/7 security and front desk support.

Good value for money and well worth going for the all inclusive! Staff are helpful and friendly too. Food was basic but for what you pay it is good. In a great location close to lots of bars restaurants and not too far from the main party area of Ibiza.

Recommend highly recommend this hotel. Back from Formentera we stayed here and luckily we had to leave right away. Poor facility, rooms like cells, noisy clientele and molesta. Not to mention the bad smell in the rooms. In short, to avoid.

Staff very welcoming with a few exceptions (at the level of the reception. Very varied food with a very wide choice. That is acceptable overall. We met Zulema of the costumer service she is very friendly, she gave us bcp advice thanks to her.

Well located in the center of San Antonio, good value for money, a little too much noise at times.

Fun is the watchword. Music everywhere, even in the pool. It is located in the center of St. Anthony. Well connected with all the other areas of the island. Excellent cleanliness and attention to the customer. At the reception they offer codes that correspond to prizes of greater or lesser importance (also tickets of entry in the discotheques). I will be back next year.

Worst hotel I have stayed in Ibiza, very bad service and the housekeeping could be improve. The hotel reception are very rude and when they sing like the question they will only speak in Spanish. It is also a huge concern how difficult the servicing is go their paying customers.

You get what you pay for in this central location. It gets the job done as a place to crash during debauchery in Ibiza! Within walking distance to all the go-to spots in San Antoni and the beach!

Perfect for a 18-30 year olds who are looking for a mad one, wouldn't be ideal for a family. The rooms are big enough, pillows are like bricks, the food is decent enough, does the job! The west end is 2 minutes away if your looking for a cheap night, shop next door to hotel and a food place, beach is across the road. Bus station is directly behind the hotel which is good for buses to the big clubs etc, so if your heading to piccis park keep er lit.

Rooms and food were standard, cheap hotel so you get what you pay for. Located right in San Antonio, with the bus stations behind, plenty of food places close by. Rooms cleaned daily with nice staff. Perfect hotel for anyone going with mates e. G. Lads holiday. Definitely not for a family but ideal for anyone 18-30 and mad about the sesh.

Outstanding for a lads holiday etc. Rooms where bog standard but had all you needed Was cheap! Food was decent enough good variety Bus station is located right behind to travel to space/amnesia etc. Beach is a 2 minute walk and cafe mambo is around 5/10 Food places located 2 doors down for a munch after a heavy one HIGHLY RECOMMEND, ideal for 18-30 RAVE TO THE GRAVE.

Very basic hotel but has everything you need. Close to all the shops n clubs. Great pool and views.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Lifts didn't work 4 the whole 2 weeks I stayed there. I had to climbs 14 flights of stairs 6 times a day.

The perfect base for an insane party holiday! Don't expect a 5 star service. You're in Ibiza! Location — The best located hotel in Ibiza? Probably Value — Outstanding Rooms — Ideal, bed, shower, balcony. Staff — Could be a little more helpful Food — Don't be silly who eats at a 2 star hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, as it is smack bang in the middle of the action. The location is also it's downfall however, as there is absolutely NO security at all. I stayed for a week, and spent most nights terrified. People were allowed to wonder in off the street in any state and start hammering on doors, or in fact breaking them down. It is notorious in San Antonio for being the absolute worst hotel to stay in. The food was poor, the service was rude and unhelpful (with the exception of one receptionist, and the cleaners), it was dirty and damaged. Put simply: do not stay in this hotel.

The rooms weren't too bad and the location is good, but the clientele were every decent persons worst nightmare. There were people smashing bottles in the corridor outside our room at 5am in the morning, idiots kept knocking our door all night, people jumping over our balcony, idiots in the pool with no consideration for anyone else etc. Its chav central. The area around the pool was all coming up and was just horrible to walk on. Probably the worst though was one of the people on the front desk was short changing us on travellers cheques! We only realised when it was too late and was no way of proving it. Dont expect any sleep or to feel safe and certainly do not exchange your cheques there.

We came into the room and we stole. The hotel did not only not responsible of the hurtado but it also refused to relocate in another. Lousy staff. Very young Englishmen vomiting in the corridors and urinating in the lifts. Ibiza does not deserve that no one takes is a misconception of the island have been hosted there. Refrain.
