Yep good clean hotel good vibe.

I have been on the island for years often a year and have already done some tours.
My conclusion: The ⛵ tour with you was best.

Stayed here for 4 nights September 2018. Very happy with the room, service, breakfast, pool area, staff. I would highly recommend Marco Polo 1 (I stayed in 1 not 2). Great location central to the town, beach and transportation. The hotel is right behind the club Eden but no noise nuisance was heard on my part, never had a problem with noise. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn't sleep nothing a lot of noise the view malisima not what recomindo.

This is a great hotel if you're going for a few days! It was clean and had air con which was definitely needed!

Do not stay at this hotel. The staff are ignorant, I complained 4 times about the air-con not working and they said they would get someone out to fix it. This didn’t happen. I requested a fan because it was that warm and we were all pouring with sweat whilst trying to get ready. We didn’t get no fan, I even had to wet a towel with water in the sink and lay it over me to cool down as I nearly fainted at one point. There was a group of 9 girls and we have all come home with bed bug bites, we originally thought they were mosquitos but more and more have appeared since been home and we have been to a chemist which they have confirmed they are bed bugs. We are absolutely furious with the level of service as we paid over £600 pound to stay in the hotel each.

A fantastic stay! The pool very big and clean. A selection in the breakfast splendid! All the facilities are very clean, in marco polo 1 every day there was a very good atmosphere thanks to the Dj and Zulema very friendly, helped us every time! we will be back!

Yes, of course I was expecting the hotel to have loud music and trashy guests, but I was still a bit shocked at the balloon gas shells in the pool area, people wearing thong bikinis as a street outfit rather than as swim gear, and was a bit annoyed at the clubbers coming home at all hours in the morning and running through corridors shouting and banging doors. The hotel itself was nice, receptionists friendly and helpful, room comfortable with fridge, good AC and great shower.

I was there 1 week ago. Situated near the beach a bit ugly, given that there is the harbor, but all around there are beautiful coves! Near the terminus of the buses that reach all the beaches and Ibiza town. The rooms are spacious but sporchina, especially the bathroom, the bed no one has ever washed ashore. Hair around the entire room. We complained at the reception but I changed nothing. The breakfast is good but very boring always the same things, might be enriched.

Maria Jose Was very helpful with our check in and zulema was a happy face to greet us and of great assistance upon our arival thanks so much.

Nice hotel with outdoor swimming pools. Can be a bit noisy in high season. But very comfortable stay and good price.

The place is very central, a few meters from the beach nn beautiful. Close to the bus terminal very convenient. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, very bleak. We found the room always sporchina, we have reported both the reception staff to the rooms, but the result is always the same. It is a very simple hotel.

Will start with the bad: 1. The rooms are very dirty, clean horrible. Immediately after settling in we soul found someone else's hair on the floor and there was trash (minor) and sand from the previous living
2. Near the pool you can not sit and drink your beer or wine. You have to buy it just for the bar, otherwise you will threaten with police. 3. The view from the rooms, we were very lucky and our room overlooks a hundred. In the morning woke up from the cries of the workers there
4. Insulation. Or better to say its absence. Audible, what do the neighbors through the room and even through three. If you want to retire, it is not so in this hotel for sure. 5. Dramatically small rooms
6. The absence of Parking, or rather it is, but it is always all occupied by cars from a rental company in front and at the reception said — well, sometimes, you're unlucky
7. To take pool towels, you need to go to another building across the street and give a Deposit of 10€

Pros: 1. Accommodation, all necessary restaurants and places in walking distance

If you want to live a day/two, then a good option. We've been here for a week and it was one of the worst hotels in my life.

Recently refurbished even having a disco in front the crystals of the balcony do not pass the noise, advisable to spend a few days before the high season and to be filled with guiris, breakfast buffet of 10

For the price this is a great hotel and location with djs at the weekend, late breakfast clean modern rooms and free Wi-Fi. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of five is the music. As the hotel claims to be a " Clubbers" choice in Ibiza the bar staff on duty through the day during the week play what they want. Which is normally 80s 90s which unfortunately for me… it's not what I want to hear… so apart from that I would recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel. Very competent staff especially Zulema and Francisco. Very good breakfast The hotel is in a great location close to a lot of restaurants and clubs to dance to!

Zulema has been a excellent host, will visit our table at breakfast to make sure we are taken care of and also advice us of the best places to vist on the island. Thank you very much.

Zuli was very helpful. She assisted us in getting a van rented and gave us great direction. She was very welcoming and was definitely the most positive part of our stay at the Marco Polo hotel.

The hotel staff and food were great. Zulema the host was the best, plus she was great to look at.

The hotel was very clean & breakfast was delicious I actually got to play my own music by the pool and staff were amazingly friendly & helpful. Thanks to Anna for checking us in and Zuleli for her assistance with everything.

Nice Hotel, nice and new rooms and great location. Unfortunately the rooms are not cleaned during the stay but only tidy up.
The staff never greets and the breakfast buffet is awfully old and shoddy.

Centrally located hotel in Sant Antoni de Portmany, consists of two buildings, each. With their respective rooms and swimming pools, it has a breakfast buffet at the choice of the client and close to the bus station of Sant Antony and some well-known discotheques.

Friendly staff, health is also very good, breakfast super rich, nice swimming pool, Matias and Zule at the bar, close to the beach, a very good experience,

Very nice hotel just in the middle of Sant Antonio, great location. Staff very friendly, Zulema and Maria Jose helped us all the time with places to visit, where to eat, directions etc. Breakfast until 11am for those who want sleep late, variety of food. I will definatly stay here again. Gracias =)

The Hotel is very nice although it is perceived that there was some change in management level and there are things that can be improved. Considering the price and its position and the services it offers I would say I would recommend it, the pool area is very cool and the breakfast is quite rich. Parking is not far from the structure.

I had a great stay! Zulema was the best and gave us amazing recommendations for our entire weekend. Would definitely come back in the future. Perfect for a trip with my friends and really fun.

Hotel Staff Execllent, very helpful. Breakfast selection was fantastic, rooms very modern and cleaned everyday, very in the centre of the town 5 mins walk from anything you need including Lidl. All for a very reasonable price, would definitely recommend!

It was a very satisfying experience, thanks to the central location, friendly staff who was eager to help and provide their tips, room was clean and spacious, overall great value for money, will definitely recommend this place.

The cleanliness of the rooms is better and there were no blankets available in the room. For the rest all very well the great deal and the breakfast buffet.

Full of English post drunk teenagers who for charity one is happy for them who are in the best years of their lives however it can become a bit heavy to support as a situation. Breakfast is plentiful but cheap, meh.

Staff very friendly and helpful! Me and my friend stayed in hotel piscis which is sister to Marco Polo. The rooms are clean and tidy however very basic. The location is very central which is excellent. For a party holiday it is brilliant but if you want luxury then I wouldn't recommend.

A fabulous hotel all refurbished! A very quiet atmosphere, the pool and the lifeguard. The bar has a lot of choice and good prices! We'll be back next summer.

Simple Hotel But in a great location.

We have had a perfect stay; From the entrance with the receptionist to our farewell. The pool bar is unbeatable attention 10; They do very often partying at the pool for influence nightclubs on the island, the lifeguard, the floor waitresses and the best breakfast D expected. Public relations made us a tour plan that without their help we would never have met. We will definitely come back!

Lovely clean rooms and polite staff. When we arrived we were given a room without a balcony so we asked to move and it was not a problem we were in a new room first thing the next morning. Would definitely return.

Very old, reforming it a bit, by cleaning it thoroughly and changing the decor would win my 5 stars. the staff is friendly, in perspective. The breakfast buffet is very full, that I liked. In addition the hotel is great, it has a social room, wine cellar, swimming pool. I wish to invest in modernizing it, win a lot. The location, Super. In front there is a rent-a-car we use to turn the island by car.

We (5 people) spend a Wonderfulll holiday in Villa MarcoP {OOo. Despite the mid-season Villa MarcoPolo is located on the Costa Brava in a quiet, peaceful area, with a large forest nearby. Beaches in the vicinity, even though we spend much time at the pool! and the grill is much used.

A lot of ambient noise of thugs, the broken beds and mattresses worth meals very repeated.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Its in a great location and everyone there was up for a laugh. Only bad points are no air con (It does get very hot in the rooms), and the maid stole my phone! For the cheap price we paid though it wasnt too bad.
