No air conditioning or fans. Too hot to get any sleep. No ice or cups available. No fans. No laundry services. Took 1hr to check in. Basically completely ruined the vacation because we couldn't sleep. Update: and it keeps getting worse. Now the electricity is out and no running water. Such a miserable vacation I had to resort to sleeping outside after trying to fall asleep in a sauna for 12 hrs.

My parents have been at the hotel from 10 to 17 this month.
They have been delighted by the service and above all for the kindness of the employees.
Thank you very much for making your stay so pleasant.
They liked the hotel very much. The food was very good and the food was excellent.

Fantastic hotel! We cannot fault our stay here, it was perfect. Clean rooms, lovely selection of food each day, the staff were ALL amazing. We were nervous travelling with our 9 month old baby (Esmé) but everyone was so friendly and welcoming, this really did make our stay. I cannot name all but Alfred, José the girls around the pool, bar staff everyone really was amazing. Thank you all so much. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back again soon.

Great location, fairly quiet really, but no more than 40min walk around the bay to the bustle of San Antonio bars. Right next to the water taxi, so for a couple of € you can take the scenic route across the sea. Hotel food was good, the whole place was clean & well maintained. Great staff, especially the bar team & housekeeping. Would go back without a second thought. Thanks for a great holiday!

Clean hotel, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, accommodating staff.

They are a sinvergüe… s was staying at the hotel 2noches and on my second night after withstanding noise smells to anything but nice cockroaches, jams in the shower and many more things Q I keep them for me because I will denounce, to top I ask the book of claim Ones and I did not want to give it after 1hour give me a blank sheet and tell me to expose what happens to me all that at reception. I attended a marroki q the only thing Q was to laugh at me and the girl who was a security watcher also to joke. Luck Mine Q I'm from Ibiza and I know well both the Moroccan and the well-known security girl and my town San Antonio. After putting me heavy asking something q belongs to me Q is the book of claims have nothing else Q do call the Civil Guard and tell them Q I'm amenazandoles and insultandoles. The Civil Guard is presented and tell me q I let it go and I go to sleep q Q I answer no and I am in my right to ask and to be receiving the time Q want by Q at no time disrespect the workers and less to the Civil Guard. Without a word give me a beating I open my eyebrow 6 points and above the receptionist and the security girl deign to look and see what they do to their client Q.

I was a few days ago at the hotel, and my experience has been totally satisfying. In a privileged location, facing the sea, with a small and beautiful beach at the doors of the hotel. Modern and spacious rooms with spectacular views. Beautiful terrace and pool, overlooking the bay and lifeguard all day. Good food with great variety to choose from and good taste. Above all, the human and personal treatment of the workers, who manage to make you feel at home, enhancing the charm of the hotel. Thank the smile and the desire to attend the reception departments, bars, dining room and staff of flats.

Hotel in a relatively quiet location in mid-April. Excellent service also multilingual in the dining room, a special greeting to Alfred. Rooms unfortunately with paper walls and with most noisy English customers becomes a problem… They are the side chambers for the loud noise of the suction fans and unpleasant smells from the kitchen below. In This period a good value for money. Half board is recommended.

I stayed for three nights and the whole experience was awesome. From the moment I checked in, I was on holiday. The staff were always smiling, happy to help. The pool are was well kept, clean and safe, and a well stocked bar. Breakfast was great, being a vegan, I had plenty of choices. I stayed bed and breakfast, you can stay all inclusive for a few euro more. On my visit back in September, I will definitely checking availability there again.

Great hotel. Lovely and clean, nice comfy beds, excellent food and the staff were terrific. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome, Alfredo on reception made our holiday. Thanks for a brilliant holiday.

Very good hotel very well very well attended and very well all good food.

We arrived at the reception at 14 hours and the program will not work for them. They send us to take a coffee to the bar as arranged. Do not bother to look that we are all inclusive and we do not say to go or to the dining room. The mattresses are lousy is like sleeping in a canoe that is sinking. The food is a piece of shit in addition to a little varied. Note that Nuria reception was the shift, or eating in the dining room or sitting at the computer. Go to fabric!

Really really good value for money, cannot go wrong at all! Alice the rep was brilliant, very fun and entertaining, drinks are alright but the food really lets it down, breakfast is the only thing that’s makes it possible to eat, the lunch and dinner is just the same thing everyday, you can see it is cheap food, but you get what you pay for. Good vibe by the pool with good music, both bartenders give great service and have a giggle with you! Came out of season so was very little going on in Ibiza but not bad if you come over the weekend Overall would definitely come again and is really good for young people and people, everyone is very friendly and up for a laugh.

Very clean Hotel, all the staff are very friendly. Special food and makes a lot of friends. The animation very well better of the other years.

This was my first (and only visit). Exceptionally clean with pleasant staff. Restaurant offers a good selection and choice, again it is beautifully clean. On arrival at 2110 hrs I had to wait in a queue until 2315 hrs to get fully checked in, which in my book is a BIG negative start to any short break. There was only one guy at reception. Of course, being a single visitor I was given the most dismal room, so much so that I immediately went back down to reception, got back in the queue and requested a change of room. This next room was over a late bar, so finally got off to sleep around 0100hrs. Clientele are what I would call the 'Benidorm Brigade' — loud, drinkers, with kids that run riot. Evening 'entertainment will actually make your ears bleed. Pool area is very small although nicely presented. I visited end of March '18 and hotel was quite empty so I can imagine that in the summer, the pool area just would not be a relaxing place to be. This is a good choice for those with a young family but if your idea of a pleasant holiday is to sit and relax and enjoy your surroundings, well, choose somewhere else.

Me and my sister stayed here for 3 nights in October all inclusive and we can’t rate the place enough, especially for how little we paid (around £250 for both is if with a sea view balcony room all inclusive) the staff were really friendly, the hotel was really clean, the best were amazingly comfortable, the food was amazing, such a big selection, snack bar is open in between meal times too and an ice cream bar, plenty of a selection of drinks, you give a £2 deposit for a hard plastic cup which they did because they found it saved litter in the beach, just return your cup and get the £2 back, we actually got 2 cups each so we could take two drinks up to our room when the bar closed at 11pm, hotel is right on the beach, plenty of shops near by, lovely walk into the main area, a boat taxi runs from right outside the hotel for only 3 Euro each, and runs until about 6pm (well it did in October, may run later in the peak season) we got a car taxi back late the one night from the town and even that was only about 3.50 Euro, I’d imagine that would be triple in peak season. Walking all the way around the bay to cafe mambo to watch the sun set is an absolute must. We will definitely be coming here again.

Quite nice hotel very close to the beach. Friendly staff. Good variable food. But very noisy in the street at night.

Excluding the ridiculously long time it takes to check in, there is little else I can fault about this hotel. Great location with stunning views of the bay, very clean and good food selection. Beds in rooms very comfy and room was spacious, only disappointment was no English TV channels which is no big deal but it would of been nice for the times we were resting in room. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Brilliant hotel very clean staff very friendly and food was good went Sept 2017 for a week and staff can't wait to go back.

Excellent location to get to the most beautiful coves of Ibiza but the evening always better to go to the port.

The stay in this hotel is marked with a good customer service, good facilities, a very varied and very rich buffet, very nice workers and interested with the clientele. The only thing I can complain about is in those great English visitors who ride a lot of things and do not respect and in the hotel there were a few but good. The hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and comfortable.

We went in an all-inclusive, Monday to Saturday stay at early July with two couples with kids (6yo and 1yo). Experience overall was quite good — service and people was very kind, food was good with plenty of options and there was a variety of snacks (changing every day). Besides, there was music at the pool and every day and night there was activities for the guests. There are two pools, one for kids (50cm) and other for adults (1, 20m through 1, 70). It's right in front of the beach with walking access and shower to remove sand. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only problem was in the bathroom — shower constantly changing temperature from infernal hot to freezing cold — and the sink was small and hard to leave stuff on it. Notice that the hotel was mainly (80%) English speakers, so the lunch / dinner times were set accordingly, i. E. Dinner finished at 9:30PM, which is quite early for Spanish hours. Besides, the drinks on the all-inclusive were barely acceptable — don't expect top brands nor fresh made drinks, they're mostly pre-made mixtures. Neighborhood is also nice, has a taxi point right in front of it as well as a 4B cash machine. There's also markets, small shops and pharmacy within a few blocks. At the beach side, there's a water sports point with a good variety of attractions. A bit further you have a taxi boat that can take you to the port and from there, to other parts of the island.

Hotel is very clean with good entertainment each night. Located next to the beach it is quite peaceful at night. Some good bars nearby. All in all a good hotel in a good location.

I found myself very well in this hotel especially for the location in front of it has a nice beach with the sea and a breathtaking view, then the food is not bad, nice rooms and nice staff. The low price.

Went for a girls holiday. Clean, food was lovely, lost our keys and new ones made instantly, had a late flight and allowed us to store our bags in a locked room at reception. Staff were polite and friendly. Bars opposite were great. It was noisey but you expect that… After a few drinks you don't notice it The beach is right on your doorstep. Pool was a tad cold but we did go middle of May. Definitely going back!

The hotel is great, the restaurant very good, it's self service and the food is first class with a large selection of good food, the rooms and hotel are spotlessly clean and the staff all very nice and helpful. Yes we're going back again.

All right. I was 1 week in may and the truth that great. It is full of foreigners, that is true, but the food was the truth that very well, the correct room and the cámada very comfortable and with great views of the sea from the balcony.

In the Hotel: 1. There are cockroaches on the corridor, in several places (pictures taken) 2. The room 307 on 6 august was not made several times 3. In the bathroom of room 307 some wall storage were absent 4. In the same room there are no light bulb on the bed and also in the bathroom 5. All days some sell people with neck lass, rings, etc can be seen selling stuff inside the pool space 6. The windows of the bathroom of room 227 goes directly to a balcony of an adjacent room 7. The corridor show several damages on the ceiling, with many holes, not repaired. In the restaurant: 1. There is no water. All the water is sold by 50 cents each glass. The manager refused to give a glass of water 2. The manager of the restaurant takes the foods together with the guests at 2150 and start eating in a table, between them. Same behavior during breakfast. No employees follow this example. 3. The milk with chocolate, the milk with coffee taken on the machine, always includes some water. 4. For several times, all tables were taken, but one third of the room has empty tables with the "sign" reserved. Why the guests have to wait, then? 5. In the restaurants, and in the rooms (227) there some electrical cables not protected 6. Most of the British and Spanish guests take with half pension take freely all the drinks that they want. But some other nationalities (Portuguese, namely) were demand to pay for it (as they should, accordingly to hotel rules).
