Absolutely spotless and great food for half board!

Great 10 day holiday, going home in the morning.
great hotel, lovely food and great staff.
the pool area needs updated and some of the entertainment was pretty poor (double dees were very funny).
no mini disco for the kids even though it is advertised on jet2 website.
location is superb.

2nd year in a row and excellent service. Great hotel, great pool, great food great staff, great everything. Hope to come back a 3rd time. Thankyou Hotel Arenal.

Great location and friendly staff.

Family friendly. Good food. Lovely waitress staff make meal times so relaxed. Self serve buffet but the waitress staff are attentive through out dinner. The rooms are not ultra modern but are clean and looked after. We had a lovely sea view.
Even the lady that cleaned our room everyday was alway cheerful and so pleasant. If you want a relaxing holiday Hotel Arenal is the one.
Loungers around the pool and also at the front. Bar service during the day is great good prices too.
Lastly the reception staff are so helpful.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Clean rooms and good food. The beach on the opposit and busstation nearby. We had a wonderfull time!

Lovely hotel, nice food, staff are really nice too. Right next to a supermarket, Burger King and kfc, what more could you want?

Here celebrating both of our birthdays and our wedding anniversary. 1st time here for us both. Hotel is lovely and clean, food is very good, staff warm and welcoming. Brilliant location
Not too keen on tonight's entertainment tbh … someone needs to tell them to not give up their day job.

We went here twice whilst In Ibiza. Once in the evening for cocktails and Shishq and also for food during the day whilst on the beach. In the evening the cocktails were great, there was a nice atmosphere, not too crowded and not too empty. The staff were really friendly but I would say the downside is I think the Shish gave me a chest infection. We also visited in the day time and the waitress was so helpful and tended to all dietary requirements within the party. The calamari wasn’t that great, but the food in general was very nice. I had the vegetarian lasagne which was very nice. Although I needed some veg after I was very sick from the chest infection whilst away and the chef refused to accompany my lasagne with vegetables! Overall a nice place.

No luxury but good budget place.

Bit grubby awful towels. Reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff good. Some bar staff need hospitality training. Hotel in a Great position on beach. Whole place needs a make over.

Location is perfect (right on the beach), staff are lovely. Food was good, plenty of selection. Rooms are a little dated but price is reasonable for Ibiza. I'd certainly go back.

Our 3rd visit to the hotel spanning over 20 years. It never changes, always great food, clean facilities and wonderful welcoming staff who remember you! The location is perfect, close enough to the party but far enough away to get a decent nights kip Can’t recommend enough.

It's great everything, the breakfast has natural orange for you to make your juices, lots of variety in the dishes, both at breakfast and dinner. The hotel was super clean. The pool I have not tried but I have approached and it is very well clean and well maintained. The order of everything is great, and the attention a %. Location 1000.
Score a 3* because when you hand over the keys to the entrance they do not ask for any documentation, anyone can enter your room and you do not even know.

Never been treated so badly at a hotel in our lives. If you are under the age of 30 you are not given the same treatment as other guests. The staff have no manners, the cleaners are rude beyond belief. I was physically pushed out of my hotel room at 11:58 for 12 o'clock check out. And expect ants to be in your room on arrival. Floors are unclean. Unbelievable experience.

Great location facing the sea and beach! Wake up in morning with sea wave sound and best sunset view from hotel room, in awe of it! Amazing food and brill staff!

We arrived last Sunday and were welcomed by very nice lady. She told us what we hadnt been told by the tour operator; that there is now a rule in Ibiza that the coaches cannot drop off at hotels and they drop off at agreed places. We were capable but I dont know how older/physically impaired would cope as quite a distance. The hotel is what so many say; tired and in need updating and believe they have started on some of the floors. Staff in restuarant and reception mainly friendly. The gym tired and no air conditioning. Entertainment between 2 hotels on alternate nights. Ibiza is not somewhere id return as I find it strange that your charged 1 price in the day and 1 in the eveing. The bars take money up front after 11pm for drinks, whereas before you pay later. The beach your charged €7 for a bed and an additional €7 if you require a parasol. The disappointment for me in the hotel was the fact some customers get air conditioning without paying and we had to pay an additional cost. You are also charged for the sea view, again varying prices depending on who you book with. Their own website says €4 pp yet €10 (per day) on arrival. The view is worth it as otherwise overlooking a road. There are 2 pools (1 at the front of hotel) which didnt use. The hotel has regulars who return year after year.

Best hotel with seaviews in town!

The Arenal is a very nice, comfortable hotel located in the middle of the Bay of San Antonio; The management and staff are perfect and the atmosphere is family. The restaurant is excellent, the service is impeccable, as in the bar and on the terraces. The 2 pools are ideally located. The staff of the rooms is very nice. It is the same for the reception and the restaurant.
A stay at this hotel can only be a pure moment of pleasure and if I allow myself to give this opinion, it is because, in 2018, we return for the 14th time and we stay there every year 4 weeks. A great hotel that we will continue to attend.

Drinks and staff were excellent. Good entertainment also.

Very well located. The room was very clean.
Dining room very cramped, buffet arrangement very poor. Starter and main course buffet not separated. You can't go straight to the main course if you don't want a starter. At the back of the stand is announced.
But very attentive and nice staff.
The mats on the couches in front of the house, are soaking in the morning. They should be removed in the evening and deposited at the indoor pool.

My wife and l think it's good and may return soon although it's closed for winter. Little niggles towels put on sunbeds before sun is even up then only a few are used rest are used now and then. Last week woke up a few times with the clubbers shouting, get used to it as clubs closing.

Hi good hotel good variety of food friendly staff rooms cleaned every day but no fridge 50euros for the week 6 euros per day for the air con and 12 euros for a kettle we missed our evening meal as we arrived late asked for a lunch voucher but we were refused as it was not there fault nor was it ours for all we had paid for it so that was that don't think I'll go back.

Lovely hotel rooms lovely not far from san antonio for night life staff friendly.

Great location. Single rooms are basic, but clean and tidy. Expect the bare minimum in terms of toiletries and room furnishings (no mini bar or in room fridge either), but the room is clean, and cleaned daily. I got the half-board deal on a 7-day ling stay, and that gives you breakfast and dinner every day, of basic but good food. The pool is nice, the beach is literally 10ft from the hotel door step, and the kind of guests in here is what you would expect from a semi-budget hotel in Sant Antoni: party teenagers, families, old couples, all friendly. Will certainly come here again, as it is very good value for money.

Trrd edtrellas I put the good treatment of the staff, and because of this price to what offers and where it is located is very good.
By the other old but clean hotel. Normal food in the buffer but that esi with variety. In addition the havotaciones noise is almost nil.

Stayed here September 2014, May & September 2015 and because its such a great place to stay at have booked for September 2016. The staff are all friendly and such great company they all make your stay so memorable and relaxing, the hotel is clean and rooms are top notch. The location is perfect right on the beach with a short walk to the town centre or port for boat taxis to other bay beaches. For the price you pay the food is excellent value for money tasty and always varied, mind you self control is needed for pancake night lol. The entertainment in the evening is brilliant especially the double D's, expect to get wet if they perform 'its raining men' lol Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay anytime.

My first impression. I want to go home. I guess because I was in a great hotel in Spain few months prior (better price too). Room. The good: fresh towels every day, good location for clubs, view on a bay/beach with sundown, spacious balcony. The bad: towels smell of disinfectant or something, room was old fashioned and smell slightly this way, if you on the other side of the hotel the view is busy street, dirty rooms to the extent that it felt safe to shower but never to bath also plenty of dust around, PCV curtain for shower, bidet without tap (? ), air con doesn't work just a large fan in the ceiling, door opened with a reg key (no second avail), safe opens with a regular key (extra fee for safe), large mirror has deformed reflection, balcony door "locks" with a simplest shutter hook! and were misaligned that made it impossible for a girl to lock it. The balcony door are not noise proof but it really is bad only when Arenal organises some loud performances. Food. The good: if you have zero pennies to spend you will not die from starvation. The bad: awful food!, head waiter like from '60 (also attitude), sometimes you wont get refill if one dish will run out, some dishes that should be hot are served cold, too early breakfast, quite often dirty dishes, even french fries smell and taste like they were done on very old oil!, This part is the worst in the hotel.
