Loved this place. Staff were great. Location was beautiful. For all inclusive the meals were varied and of good quality. Would def go back.

Large rooms. Very clean. The food is very good, a great selection and all fresh. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The hotel is located a little away from a promenade. The city centre is 10 minutes away. In front of the hotel there is a busy road but the windows are dense and you can sleep well. I can recommend this house further.

Fantastic location, staff, food, room, hotel, facilities basically fantastic all round. Been here since Saturday until Monday and have NOTHING bad to say at all. Love it.

I can't find anything wrong with my choice 8n staying here. The staff are brilliant the food is amazing and the drinks I can't get enough of. Clean rooms. Clean pool area. For the price I paid it's incredible! 3 more days here I wish I had more!

Hotel is in a great location. Staff are superb, food is really good. Would recommend to anyone. If you stay here, you can also go for lunch/dinner at other Palladium hotels around Ibiza. Also reception sorted out our hire car too.

Good hotel to spend a few days in San Antonio.
We left the room but they let us eat and dine until our flight time.
The beds and pillows the worst of the hotel.

Great value if looking for all inclusive off season or going to music festival. Great staff and buffet food surprisingly good. Will be back for by April sun fix. Can walk to the nice smaller beaches to north. Loved it.

One of the nicest hotels and nicest staff I have ever come across. Although travelling on my own I have never felt so welcomed and honoured to be a guest at this hotel. The selection of food and alcohol within the all inclusive is amazing. One great tip is ask for a plastic cup and take your favourite drink with you on a lovely sunset walk along the seafront. Also the alcohol is a lot stronger in the hotel so use this to your advantage, for all you have paid for it with your booking! Great atmosphere, good location not too close to the strip, just make sure you close the gate behind you! Superb hotel!

Really pleasant stay. Food was a very good standard with lots of variety, very well presented & felt there were lots of healthy options. Loved the pool area, very pretty although the pool was a little cold for me but managed a swim every day. The reception staff were particularly welcoming & very efficient, really appreciated their help with printing boarding passes & booking our taxi home. Always a smile on their face. Bar staff also friendly & quick to serve you. The staff all seemed really happy which is always a good vibe. Would recommend this hotel.

We were two wonderful weeks in Palmyra and can only say: Super! We were pampered all around and were wonderfully recovering. The rooms were very nice, and thanks to very soundproof windows even despite noisy vacationers and street quiet. We had one directly to the sea… great the view and the sunset every night. Also the fact that it was an adult hotel… delightful. The food was tastefully top, always fresh and great, and as in the land of paradise: abundant. If you don't get tired of it… we were around the clock. A thousand thanks to the always funny waitress Paque, a sunshine whether morning or evening. Also Robert at the reception has always had an open ear for us and given good tips. Thanks again for the wonderful holiday… Mike, Grit, Silvio and Katrin from Germany.

Was everything. Gave no problems and shortcomings. Everything at its finest. The 5 are rightfully forgiven. The cleanliness there, many can cut a large slice. The whole service totally overwhelming. We felt completely comfortable. The food was worth a sin abundantly tasty and varied. Our language would also be well spoken and understood. You have also taken care of excursions at the information point. They were available and responsive at all times. Nothing to complain about.

Very nice beach, lots of possibilities to end the day, good bus and boat connections, you have everything you need for a nice holiday.

Got a sea view room and it was amazing. Big shout out to all the staff who made the stay extra special by decorating the room for my birthday! If we are ever in ibiza again we will be staying here that's for sure!

Excellent service. Great ambiance. On a scale of one to ten I would rate you at ten. 1-10 that I would recommend a friend? Of course 10! I am already planning for my next visit. This is paradise.

We are from Villarrobledo and we have come here on holiday, exceptional people deal incredibly hard to beat, all super clean, I am a fan of cleanliness and I have been delighted, advisable 100%.

We have stayed at this hotel for a good few years now… Seen many changes some for the best some for the worst. Too many people not enough sunbeds… Bodies sunbathing on walkways cannot get in your room. Towels being taken off your bed. People drinking sat in the pool, why do they not get told not to drink in pool by pool attendant. Drinks getting spilt into pool. Good points. Still wonderful staff whom go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Next year… Not sure… Make me change my mind… Entice me to come back. What will change.

Lovely hotel friendly helpful staff. Food nice with a good choice, clean and well maintained. The beech is a let down Sandy and a beautiful view but dirty the beech is cleaned but the shore line holds all the waist washed up and this part is not cleaned. I would recommend beech shoes.

Brilliant. Lovely spacious and clean rooms. Location is amazing. Right near the clubs if you are into them and 10 minute walk from the main town. 20 to cafe mambo which is amazing for the sunset. Staff are great and all inclusive really is all inclusive with some branded spirits. Pool is lovely and beach right next to the hotel is beautiful and great for swimming!

Good site but expensive and why it was empty.

Checked into this hotel 1st May 2016. Firstly I was impressed by my seaview room. Top marks.! The staff are very friendly, helpful and happy to help sort out a few minor details. I enjoyed the theme nights and meeting other people from around the globe. Most important.! I had such a blast on my last night I left my mobile in the hotel and only realised once back in the U. K. I called hotel staff who found my mobile and they posted it straight to me. Now if that isn't good service I don't know what is.! Thanks again. Xx P. S I'm looking to rebook hotel for summer but they obviously get snapped up quickly, so I got to keep trying lol.

Super hotel. Excellent food and above all a wide selection. The rooms are ok if already a bit old. The beach is CCA 20 m from the hotel entfernr and separated only by the promenade. Until running into the city you ca 15 min. Ibiza is a city with frequent bosoms at night 20 min.

From the beach only by the promenade separated, after Sant Antoni ca 5-10 min on foot. Good food, good service: would come back.

Super hotel, wonderful location, beautiful view, staff and super food, free Wi-Fi, free parking, free towels. I would come back, too, because you can make super party in Sant Antoni (5 minutes walking).
