➜ This site is not recommended, we arrived to the room and there was a lot of smell of tobacco, the bed super uncomfortable, to finish off the day when we went to sleep there was a noise, super-strong, we spoke with reception and they tell us that in the room there was a breakdown of how we rented a room that is evil knowingly? We ask for the complaint form and they told us they were q were not REPORTABLE but we didn't want more problems and settle with us change of room, which was no better but at least did not smell of tobacco and I didn't have that horrible noise. Not recommended.

➜ All the staff is very friendly and helpful, room always clean, receptionist Juanjo the best of old the world. Esto no tiene so… RECOMMENDED.

I realized that this was a cheaper option during my last few days in Ibiza. I wanted to be near the airport and a lively part of town. But this place definitely has bed bugs that will eat up your legs and body! After just one night… I was full of bites in the morning. Small itchy red bumps. I lifted the covers and noticed a few dead bugs in the crevice of the mattress. And droppings everywhere. I spoke to the man at the desk and he showed me a massive bottle of insect spray. I told him there is no way I will be spraying that in my room. They changed me rooms but even the new room had some bloody dead bugs on the mattress and droppings. When asked for a refund, they told me to wait until the morning to talk to a manager. I’m disgusted and disturbed!
