Great location, away from the strip and major clubs so you have a quite night but close enough to walk it there. Rooms are not the best but are quite fair and well taken care off, all services run around then common area are pretty amazing as well, friendly people even if not the most efficient they want to do well. Breakfast is a killer, great food in large quantities with a few nice fresh food station (egg station and bread/pastries. ) Now here's the bad part and to be honest the only reason why I doesn't get 5 stars. Door security are horrible, out of 3 that I meet the older ones We're this witty wanna be rude men, on a night out I came in was asked for a bracelet that no one told me was important for coming into the hotel later, instead of being approached nicely and educated was instead shouted at that I'm not a resident and need to get the **** out, all this in Spanish, unfortunate for him I speak Spanish as well. Went to the counter and proved my identity all while this guy stood over my shoulder saying I wasn't a resident. Even after instead of apologising he stood by his words. Sad really.

I stayed for a week with friends in this hotel and we found a really great time! The hotel is very big and very clean with a gym and a bar and shop inside. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional and available to immediately resolve any problem.
Reception open 24 hours on 24, where there is always turn-of-staff that speaks several languages including Italian. Kitchen is really good. We chose the half board, where every day we could choose whether to have lunch or dinner.
The rooms are very clean and equipped with air-conditioning, safety deposit box, and (some) with balcony with drying rack. Before check-in and after check-out you can leave your luggage in a special locked room
The hotel has a very large swimming pool and a paddling pool for children; swimming pool, you can swim and relax and take in the sun. Outside the hotel there is an atm on site. The bus stop, but are also available of the taxi. I recommend this hotel to young people but also families as it is located near the sea and the area is not noisy but with a 15-minute walk you can reach the main and most famous clubs of the island.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The food & drink was fantastic & there was a lot of choice. The hotel was very clean & the staff were very helpful. It was a very relaxing stay. We will be back next year.

I was in mid may wonderful place very cozy and close to the beach and to the main attractions of Ibiza. The staff were nice and very helpful. I recommend it absolutely.

Hotel in a strategic position and in the center of the nightlife of Playa den Bossa. The staff were very helpful The guest Service (Domenico) can entertain the customers and give the right directions to enjoy the life of Ibiza.

Returned to this hotel for a second time after an incredible break last year. Could not fault this hotel. Absolutely amazing. Staff are fabulous and make you feel welcome, especially Domenico he is so friendly and will always go out of his way to see how you are. Food is amazing, so much choice never go hungry! Went all inclusive, the alcohol choice is brilliant — Estrella beer and wide range of spirits, snacks through the day along with ice cream. Cleaners cleaned our room everyday, with clean towels and fresh bedding. Location is perfect, 20 minute walk from Ibiza Town and 5 minutes walk from where you catch the boat to other points of the island. 2 minute walk to the beach! Would highly recommend this hotel to young couples and anyone looking to get away with a wide range of bars but not too wild. Bus and boat easy to catch to San Antonio if you’re feeling a wild night out.

I would like to start by saying that I was extremely impressed by the presence of Jane (a fabulous guest relation staff who works at Mare Nostrum). She spreads joy and happy vibes all over she goes. I was surprised for very well, especially the attention of the people who work there. The attention in the outstanding dining room, we went half board and you get free K drinks in any hotel you do. An extensive menu to choose from for both dinner and breakfast. To say something less good would say K the schedule of the dinner is adjusted more abroad would have k to tie it a little more and pray K thing I did not like was the glasses in the room were plastic. Great Hotel.

This is a typical Ibiza party hotel. It has a great pool and is only 5 minutes away from the beach. The food is good and offers a lot of choice. The rooms are clean but the walls super thin. You literally can here everything. If you are in need of some peace and quiet time then this is the wrong hotel. Parking spots are limited so most of the time you gotta park outside. The breakfast could start earlier than 8AM.

The Playasol chain holds numerous hotels in Ibiza. They are all with some traits in common but they differ in prices and services. If you have to summarize the Mare nostrum is a large structure with rooms of medium size and finish. It has years of common spaces such as a huge breakfast room (abundant and varied), a swimming pool (wide) and other activities/destinations of use. All in all a structure suitable for young people, groups and those who do not seek a quiet hotel.

From the outside it looks like my top, when you enter the rooms you feel like staying at your grandma's house. Old shower, a single plastic container for shampoo/conditioner/shower gel fixed to the wall with two stops Manco was an I-Phone X on display. Elevators that do not work, Internet connection at alternate hours. Not to mention the buffet breakfast. Not even a decent coffee since they only have automatic machines for anything, water included. We recommend bread and Nutella.

I spend week in this hotel Easter Holiday 2018 all staff was very friendly Domenico and Jane. People from Bar Fidel, Antonio Nuna the Best friendly Food very fresh and delicious Just 2 minutes walking to the beach or 25 to city HIGH RECOMMENDED ARTUR WITH.

The hotel is in a good location and is great value for money. The bedroom was clean and spacious, the bathroom was slightly old fashioned and could do with updating. The room could be improved with a fridge. The pool area and reception area of the hotel were really nice. The hotel is advertised as a clubbers hotel but the noise curfew is at midnight. My only real complaint is upon arrival we were asked to re-pay for the hotel as they could not 'verify' my card. The receptionist tried to claim the money would not have been taken but my statement showed the money had already left the account. After some time discussing, the receptionist suddenly decided he no longer needed to charge me again and told us check in was complete, I don't understand why this happened. I booked via the hotel website and it wasn't a great first experience upon arriving.

We arrived and were told our room was not ready (which was fine) but the man whom we spoke with took all our information so that when it would be time, it would be a smooth transition. He also mentioned we could store our luggage in a secured and locked room. We walked to the room and the door was wide open. Guests were coming in and out and there was food and alcohol in the "secured" room. We still left our belongings in there and when we came back to take our items out, people were changing in this room. Leaving items in there was extremely risky. Once we saw it was time to check in we walked up to the counter to find that the woman who cleans the rooms is also the one who checks in guests. We asked her about our room and she said it was not ready and that we needed to wait an hour+. As we were walking away the man who helped us to begin with saw we were not in our room yet and he was kind enough to let us know our room had been ready. The next day we went to breakfast area to enjoy the restaurants food. There were no servers in sight and much of the food was missing and there was a non-functioning soda dispenser. We wanted to wander through town and asked front desk for suggestions on how to get from one place to another. The female who was working at the time pretty much told us she didn't know anything we asked on. All in all, the room ambiance was great but besides that we didn't like the hotel service at all. You have been promoted online as a 4 star hotel.

1) The check-in was allowed at 2:40pm only. 2) 10 minutes before check-out time someone knocked the door to ask to hurry up. 3) The bathroom is poor. Leakage, noise coming from next room, plastic shower curtain and not well cleaned. 4) Parking is fine but a little difficult at night. 5) Breakfast is fine. 6) Place is fine. 7) Value for money to be analysed.

While this is an all inclusive, the check in process is fairly frustrating. Check in begins at 2pm, regardless of when you arrive. Since we arrived at 9, we basically sat in the lobby for ~4 hours. The food is disappointing, but the drinks are generous and go until 11. Rooms are comfortable and the ac is a blessing, but the walls are extremely thin. I enjoyed the staff, though! Very nice to speak with.

It was a nice hotel but it was really noisy. The buffet was fine, although the food was constantly repeated and it wasn't too healthy. The bedroom was comfy and it had all we needed, except from a minibar, which would have been useful. The bathroom was OK; I don't think the shower was that old as everyone says.

I am very happy to have chosen this Hotel… The staff very friendly and active in taking charge of the issues and very active in the resolution of the same.
Unfortunately the only drawback is that I stayed only one night (compared to the reservation and the payment of 6 nights) and despite I had asked if it was possible to recover something unfortunately I was answered no for the rate not rimbosarbile. If I have not been reported by the switchboard when I booked (if I received confirmation half email where it was written not RIMBOSARBILE) I think to encourage a person, who now comes every year in Ibiza, to be a regular customer should be a Little more elastic and try to meet this chick of needs. Unfortunately not at all I think it's nice to go back 6 days before the holidays and lose everything if it does and because for sure there is a major reasoning below.

Reception and common spaces refreshed, but the rooms are dated. The bathroom was dirty and with the shower curtain brown. Cleaning Ladies 3 days a week knocked at 9 pm while we were still sleeping and we were in the room for the room service. The restaurant, albeit varied did not have a satisfactory level of cooking for how we had been presented. The hotel satisfied us for the location, waterfront and front of the bus stop. I recommend to reserve a wing or a hotel plan for couples and families looking for quiet and an area for younger, noisier kids/companies.

Really lovely place to stay. Staff were really good at the reception. The pool was lovely but you need to be early for the beds as they fill up quickly. The place was very clean and the bedrooms were also. The only issue was the smell in the reception at times however, we feel this was the smell of the bleach they were cleaning with which is something you can cope with. We had issues with our air con and they were very quick to help us also. Very lovely hotel and would definitely recommend.

Nice stay but the location of the room was not really nice considering the occupancy of the room, the view from the balcony was not top considering that there was work in front but in large value for money it is worth the cost.

What I liked most of the hotel was the restaurant and public areas. Good service very complete and varied breakfast buffet.
My discontent has been with the room. A lot heat despite putting air conditioning heat was unbearable. Pretty poor bath and something dirty, the room cleaned it up and room service we entered every day at 9 in the morning room to let us, very early and annoying to enter at that time.

Regrettable treatment of Central reservation that didn't know how to manage a problem generated by them. After multiple calls I got contact with Tatiana (Assistant Director) who, with an exquisite service, solved us the problem. Thanks to her, I give a good rating to the hotel.

The hotel meets the expectations. Good nice and cheap. Ideal to go with friends to Ibiza. No doubt repeat again. The only downside was the little kindness of two of the barman of the pool quite arrogant. Otherwise, the rest of super friendly and helpful workers. We will return.

This was my 2. Visit in this Hotel and I am even more excited than the year before. Will definitely come again!

The only negative (very negative) is cleaning of the space below the rooms. In 5 days stay never cleaned. True that unfortunately is also guilty of bad manners of the guests, but occasionally it should be cleaned at least more "chunky". Such as absorbent used thrown from a balcony by a rude on Tuesday, never removed at least until my departure (Saturday). Being on the first floor very annoying.

If u r looking for night life and party this is the perfect place! The guys on reception are super cool, the cleaning is good but in the morning u could be wake up by music and guys that have fun in the pool since 10am. The place is near to the port and some shops, 20m from the centre by feet.

Good location, good value for money. The only concern is that you can hear everything from the rooms next door. So if you come to relax and expect a good night sleep it's almost impossible if you not drunk.

Hotel placed at about a hundred metres from Playa d'en Bossa, friendly and clean, friendly staff, great service and value for money and memorable experience.

This hotel and the staff has nothing to do with the 3 years that I came to Ibiza at hotel algarb unfortunately this year being under renovation algarb I booked at mare nostrum thinking that being in the chain itself had the same standards as nothing bad from eating at annaquate drinks and dining staff disrespectful and outrageous 3 days gone really bad.

Twelve of us stayed their and it was brilliant hotel staff where lovely food was great and everything was walking distance to perfect spot to go.

The Wi-Fi did not work very well at all in my room 2062. Also, my pillow case was not changed any of the days. Beware that the bar closes around 11:30pm. Walking distance (15-20 minutes) to center. Great beach, but a little smelly. I would advise walking a half mile up the beach for clearer water and better atmosphere. Other than that, all was fine!

Absolutely Brilliant Hotel will definitely stay again! All staff was great and food very nice but I have to single out the Lifeguard what a great person helping out with things to do etc.

Beds uncomfortable, walls very thin and noisey. Bar area was too bright and not inviting. Breakfast was good and the staff lovely. Location is good for the clubs and bars but all closed when we went in April.

Hotel in a good location. Was clean and tidy. Was fairly basic but very reasonable and suitable for the price. Slept like a log.

Perfect stay in Ibiza! Clean, spacious room, great hotels, where you can perform different tasks, as it has soccer fields and tennis courts, swimming pool, gym, billiards and pong pong. Friendly staff, great location in playa d'en bossa, only a few minutes from the harbour.

My partner and I have been at Easter 2016 and we left very happy.
The hotel is completely renovated and modernized, nothing to see of as it was.
Rooms at the hotel have been refurbished and are fully modernized, TV large flat, comfortable mattresses, linens and towels clean and very white.
Room cleaned every day all and change you used towels.
The hotel is very clean. The dining room offers a very good food, great variety of cooked dishes and area of iron where do you the food (meat, fish and breakfast pancakes and omelets) at the time. For dessert they offer seasonal fruits, homemade desserts and cakes purchased.
The best are undoubtedly breakfasts, there is everything you can imaginar (crusanes, tostadas, cereales, bacon, creps, fruta, tortillas, judías en salsa, hot dogs, croquetas, patatas, champiñones. )
Drink from the buffet is paid apart, unless you wear the bracelet "all-inclusive". The price of drinks and water are € 2.50. The breakfast drink is included.
The pool and gardens are very clean, great service that is constantly attentive to customers and the cleaning.
The hotel has a shop with very good prices, you can buy t-shirts in souvenir of Ibiza for € 4 or 2 x €6.
The location is great, one street from the beach, near port and airport. Close to supermarket Spar, Erosky, Lidl and Mc Donals and Burger King.

The location is very well to a single street you have the beach, the buffet this great lot of food and quite a variety, the swimming pool is great. What I least liked were the rooms and hallways very old, smelled weird, and the bathrooms not very well maintained.

Staff at reception were friendly. Cleaning no comment. On 7 days have redone the room twice, beds, pulled on the bedspread and below left as it was. Paid for half board but we only had breakfast …

So I would never, never, but never really back to stay there want. The rooms are simply, well, let's say that to offend anyone to want to not worth mentioning the food, Yes, we my rating it 1 star not more! The Pool complex just cheap plastic chairs and tables so zero feel-good atmosphere. Positive is on the road and already is one at the beach the staff of the hotel is also friendly and Helpful. Family holiday not recommended for people who simply there are umnparty to celebrate in Delirium a cheap way for a roof over your head.

Decent hotel for the money (£350 for 2 for a week end of sept) and good location. Only real complaint is the pool area doesn't get cleared up enough.
