Unfortunately a disappointing place. If you're passing through and you only stay one night, you don't have access to anything. Not only the spa but access to the spa pool also comes at an additional cost. PÉSIMO Service. Very far from a 5 star hotel. It is not worth it if you do not buy a Spa package. Spa access is by prior reservation because they have the capacity of only 14 people.

Room was nice and clean but the first night we noticed the TV was broke and called hotel staff to notify them of the incident and when we left they charged us $600 Euro as if we where to blame… not happy. Sent Visa to the rescue!

Great location, nice spacious rooms. Breakfast is in the restaurant downstairs and stuff there is absolutely unprofessional, unfriendly. The food is good. There were couple of problems with the room like if your are leaving the room and taking the card out AC will stop working. So by the time you’ll get back the room will be warm. Strange system with the lights for cleaning stuff, didn’t get how it works so you’ll better to hang the sign on the door handle or you’ll don’t get your room cleaned.

Hotel of excellent quality and excellent service. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very good restaurant. Very good value for money. Recommended.

Overall the hotel is ok, with all the services expected of a 5-star hotel. The staff was good, the room is spacious and the dining room good. The wine list has excessive prices for the wines included.

The breakfasts are not very good, with the exception of cakes and biscuits. The hot food at breakfast left a lot to be desired, just like the coffee.

There are several things that can be improved in our room: access to the shower was very bad, with the bathroom and duña doors interfering and the headboards of the bed were worn out.

Finally, one point I didn't like at all was the treatment of a young couple who arrived just before us, and which the buttons ignored to take care of us, I guess waiting for a better tip. A hotel shouldn't allow that.

The hotel is on the nautical, close to the centre and the drinking areas. The service is quite good and the employees very attentive. The spa is still to be tested.

My favorite in Vigo and… In the ER world! I always want to go back to your spa to contemplate the Ria de Vigo from the terrace. It's awesome.

Beautiful hotel with a spa with great views, very well located. On the weekends at night you can go to the terrace of the spa to have a drink without being lodged.

Great experience to relax and unwind. The spa is not very big but it is quite private. Very well maintained facilities. Full breakfast. The parking is charged separately and has a complicated exit. The perfect attention. Play games are rented apart from the play is recommended to take home…

We are enjoying a few days in Vigo, in this hotel, is a hotelazo. It is really a 5 star, both the rooms, the staff very professional and nice, the spa is a little small but the days we carry is not overcrowded, breakfast and very rich food the cleanliness excellent, in short muyyyy advisable.

Great spa with very modern aparatologia, we have loved especially the pressotherapy, the water bath that massages you all the body and is a joy! and the bathtub with therapeutic jets and Chopard aromas that is a real marvel for the senses. I want to highlight the excellent treatment and professionalism of Marta and Tania at the spa. It also has a beautiful rooftop with a complete therapeutic water circuit and a splendid view of the Ria de Vigo. Good restaurant with excellent professionals like Charo and Candi that have made me feel my mother and me as if we were in our house. Great global experience that we hope to be able to repeat soon again. Highly recommended.

A spa on the eighth floor with spectacular views and the outdoor Jacuzzi is a delight. Spacious rooms and buffet breakfast with a lot of offer to choose from: fruit, sweet, salty, etc.

Spectacular hotel worthy of 5 stars.
Cooked meals and breakfasts and top quality products. I recommend half board, to enjoy breakfast and lunch or dinner. With the half board comes one of these two last, with menu to choose between first and second + dessert (with several options) and drink aside. The breakfast is super full and varied (natural fruit juices, pastries, sausages, seasonal fruit… all delicious. )
The room has all the amenities. The mattress and pillows are ideal for resting! For putting a snag: the bathroom with the toilet area. The door does not close completely and does not offer the best intimacy. The bathtub built into the room space is perfect for relaxing! You can watch TV with all the channels you can imagine, while you take a bath.
The spa area is small but very well maintained and with good views of the city. On weekends, you can go up at night to have a drink next to the pool! Attached photo.

A taste for the body.

I love to sit on the terrace of the Alameda and have a coffee or a soda. It's not cheap but it's not impossible. Very good attention. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

For me a place to come back… we loved my wife and me… No doubt… 'll.

Real 5 star Hotel, large rooms and very comfortable beds, the mattress is super soft, there is the possibility of ordering pillows, because if there is a pillow menu!
Room with all the comfort, bath to view and separate bathroom, all super modern and comfortable.

No matter the central location because, if you walk in, you don't want to go out. Highly recommended the SPA experience and the staff dispenses all the extra attention. If you book garage parking, have the staff take care of moving your car or get ready to sweat the big drop. Repeat!

Very modern everything… including the room. Q The only thing you spend a while investigating the lights… colors and the control of the TV is minimalist.

It is a very elegant and cute place, the cafeteria service in bar and inside is very slow the terrace of the street very good and better service although the coffee needs to improve.

My favourite 5-star hotel in the Rias Baixas. The hotel has modern, excellent bedrooms & excellent instalaciones including cafetería, restaurant, SPA, nice terraces & skyline bar. Good value for money. Superb location facing Vigo's poshest squares.

The place very cozy and elegant, what I did not like was the consumption, to be a hotel Grand hotel is supposed quality, my choice was a San Francisco and the reality was a slush of juices. Better not to offer drinks that do not know how to prepare… disappointing.

A spa experience nothing in line with a 5 star. The water went cold in the jets of the pool and in the shower, the paint of the pool somewhat chipped and the space in the locker rooms very just for 4 people. In spite of everything we had a very nice relaxing time enjoying the views of the estuary.

The spa is awesome because of the views it offers. The rooms are spectacular and everything is super clean, the staff is very hamaable and attentive, we had a fantastic weekend. In the restaurant you eat really well.

Very good food though expensive. Located in the best place in Vigo. It has a very nice terrace in summer that is the spa, you can go up on weekends starting at 11. It has a cosmopolitan décor. The service is attentive and polite, but it takes a while to serve. The rooms are spacious and bright. It is located in the middle of a Alameda, very pleasant in summer and overlooking the estuary from the terrace.

We couldn't have chosen better. The staff were the best and the room was spectacular. The spa and the pool I don't even tell you. We're going from 10.

Nice rooms and hotel. Spa on the roof is very nice. But… the service level is horrible. I stayed 3 weeks for work and the cleaning of the room is not good, I was thrown out of the breakfast two times even though it was paid and part of the booking. They lost my laundry for one extra day. And never an appology. Ill book another hotel next time.

Beautiful hotel located in the very center of Vigo, just in front of a park/square and within walking distance of many good restaurants and spots in the city. Breakfast was very nice and the service was spotless. Would want to stay here again when I come back to this area!

I was there for a company dinner. Thank god we have an incredible relationship between the coworkers, because the actual dinner was something I'd rather forget. If it were up to me, we won't come back here.

The great room, with its coffee maker, plenty of pillows to choose from. Only the towel from the face very well presented but was dirty, as well as the cover of one of the pillows. The right staff.

I think the term "great hotel" doesn't match the treatment I've received. During a sensory bathing session at the spa I had a mischilator with my swimsuit, some pills that I imagine would be from bath salts that were at the bottom of the bathtub made me fade into the swimsuit that left it useless. I reported this event to the spa manager who took some pictures of the garment and told me he would investigate the accident. The next day when I left, I left the swimsuit hanging on the towel rack, when I paid the bill no one from the hotel staff came to me to comment on the event and offer me some compensation or apologize. I waited 24 hours to see if the hotel had any reaction and in the face of its passivity I decided to send an email expressing my discomfort over the situation and to this day, a week later, I have not received a reply.
I sincerely believe that this way of proceeding does not correspond to a hotel of this "alleged" category.

The best hotel in Vigo, could only be in the heart of Vigo, very professional staff. Rooms, restaurants, bar, swimming pool, sauna, all excellent. And garage. Also they perform reserves of CIES and Ons cruise without additional cost. A great hotel.

I've never been lodged but whenever I can we take something there, even after dinner at his restaurant the truth is that in summer is as if you were in another place they look after all the details possible, very good, fantastic pool, in order that a super hotel.

We spent a night. Clean and well located. The worst thing the smoke outlet aimed at the outdoor Jacuzzi in the spa. It matched the time for dinner…

En muy buena situación, en el centro de Vigo. La habitación digna de 5 estrellas y con muy buenos detalles y acabados. Los trabajadores muy atentos y profesionales. El spa está en la ultima planta acristalado donde se puede ver parte del centro y la ría. Lo recomiendo.

A luxury hotel on a site unbeatable. The treatment of the workers of the hotel very good, outstanding in every moment of it. The large room, with a terrace and views of the Alameda… the bed very large and comfortable. The food of the Alameda very good. And the breakfast very plentiful with lots of variety. All very good. The skyline with beautiful views, we were rather late and still were able to see the views of díay night. But without a doubt, to my I liked more the view of night. As we were the last to arrive at the end we were like 15 min alone and so we were able to relax around without any noise. All in all that was a very good experience that I hope to repeat very soon. I recommend it to everyone because it is very worthwhile.

The best hotel in Vigo, exquisite attention of all the staff, I have stayed on several occasions and I plan to repeat. Your Spa is very, very recommended as your restaurant Alameda. In addition a detail that I really appreciate in a hotel is the silence of their rooms, for me this is one of the best I've ever been to.

Excellent in every way. Design rooms, extremely clean, friendly and efficient service. Restaurant Alameda XXI on the ground floor, also exquisite. Seasonal cuisine with fish succulent. We will return for sure.

Spectacular hotel, the deal is great, rooms great, the spa and the massage absolutely recommended, and located in a great area of Vigo. Two niggles, perhaps, is the price, but it's worth a try even just once, and the views from the room that does not have a penalty.

The 15th of march I stayed with my husband 5 nights at the Gran Hotel Nagari in Vigo;As there were so few days there gave us time to fill out the questionnaire for the same. I want to tell you that we had an exquisite and both reception staff, dining room waiters etc… We were treated divinely. We went with worth… We recommend it to our friends and we will be back.
