I'm walking residence with spacious apartments just 2 minutes from the marina of El Cotillo. Check in and out were efficient as well as all communication with the property. The belong was quite spacious and equipped with every comfort, although dated, but decidedly pleasant, also thanks to the presence of beautiful two terraces overlooking the sea. We didn't use the tiny pool, which was still cleaned every morning.
The structure is a bit dated and maybe the cleaning can be implemented, but these are small things overall. A bit pricey for what it offers, but we stayed in August which is high season. However recommended.
