We were in the third week of August and the truth is that we really liked it. It is a good hotel and very polite and friendly staff. It is a very quiet area. The only thing we didn't like is that they were on construction and hadn't been warned. That's why the entrance and elevator was a little dirty and on the third floor there was a hole in the ceiling. Ah and the terrible washbasin… The legs didn't fit between the toilet and the shower tray.
Really nice hotel, wonderful rooms, we've been lucky and the staff offered us the possibility of an upgrade and we took it!
Really cute hotel in a nice, quiet area of Madrid. The decor and room service was really good. Our room had a pool view and some quirky interiors. We stayed here while attending the madcool festival and we're very glad we choose this hotel. We didn't try the restaurant or the buffet so no idea about the food. The bed was comfortable as we're the shower and toilet arrangements.
