Excellent hostel. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable with their own (very clean) showers. A very affordable hostel with a great location, only problem is Wi-Fi sometimes doesn't work in the rooms.

Very nice place to stay. Not best breakfast and later you come there is less to offer. They don't fill it after. What can you expect for 2euro breakfast. Wash basin in room is in hall with beds even shower room and toilet are separated. No ventilation from them so it has to go through room with beds. Not practical if someone make bad smell in toilet. Otherwise happy with my stay. Good location, clean secure.

Relaxed place with nice people to meet. There is a common room where you can store your food and cook little things. Very helpful in a city.

Clean, economical and very nice staff. More than right breakfast for €2. Comfortable beds If you suffer from back pain.

In the evening, the internet is regularly removed. The location of the hotel, on the other hand, is great.

Really nice hotel rooms, very large, and lots of space. We were 8 people, and there still was lots of space. The bathrooms were really good aswell, and the showerhead was something incredible. The hotel rooms were cleaned almost everyday, and the breakfast was simple, but delicious.

A very nice place and very well located. Cleaning ok, noises OK… Perfect to rest after walking Madrid.

Excellent location, excellent staff, very attentive and close. Very youthful all the scenery, breakfast for €2 is more than enough. Point against… The quilts, cleaner would be perfect. Ideal to spend a few nights in Madrid. I would recommend it without hesitation!

I was staying in that hostel, and just 2 days before my check out, my computer disappears from my room which I had locked in the locker of neither room! Terrible handling of everything! Not only did they rob us of us, but to have several of the room! What kind of hostel and security do you have?! There was very little interest in repairing the damage. The manager of that day treated us very much. Unfortunately the complimentary breakfast for the bad time, will not return my instrument of work valued at 800 euros!. It's impossible for you with your insurance not to take responsibility for such a big robbery! They entered with an electronic card and forced the lockers to break them. And yet? Isn't it the hostel's fault? Then whose? It leaves a lot to be desired for and the people who leave it in charge. I'd never come back! And I wouldn't recommend it at all!

We went with my husband in February, as every hostel is taken care of by guys so the dynamics of the place are very relaxed. It is very close to all the important tourist points, we did everything walking. The wi fi was very bad, especially at night. For 2 you had a normal breakfast (coffee/tea/toast/jam). Cleaning could be improved. The room was spacious and comfortable. We ordered extra pillows and the staff complied with us without problems.

Great friendly staff, amazing location. Can walk to so many restaurants, museums, bars, and clubs, and right by puerta de sol with great shopping. Tons of public transit nearby. There was a bit of a weird smell inside the building and the beds could use a bit more privacy, maybe like a small curtain? No real complaints besides that.

Great facilities (shower was good and bed was really confortable) and staff is pleasent. There were places to store baggage after check out. Wifi was a bit unstable though.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was just as I expected or even better. The location is very good.

Beds were comfy. But only had one shower for a room of 8 and water was constantly hot in shower and taps and there was no way to change it. Could not figure out how to work the air con. Was noisy during the night due to the bar.

The room was good but there wasn't any cooking, behind that It was a really nice Place with a terrace perfect forse dinners.

Amazing stay in Madrid! Breakfast is great for two Euros, you get a buffet and can eat however much you like. Rooms are clean and reception is nice. Microwave and fridge are available.

Super location, friendly staff, and very clean. There is a fridge and microwave in the common room on the 4th floor as well as a patio with tables and chairs. There is a nightly pub crawl that meets up with other folks from different hostels to go out clubbing. This is a cool way to meet new people. The lockers in the room have lots of room in them so you can lock up your stuff when you go out exploring. Great place.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Super great location right in the middle of town, and so everything is within walking distance. There is a full bar and restaurant downstairs, common room and kitchen upstairs. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was amazing; very spacious, lockers, AC, Bathroom, shower, sinks. The whole hostel feels very relaxed and fun. Highly recommend staying here.

The hostel was quite great and had amazing decorations on the hallways. The food was amazing and is different every day. However I gave it 4 stars due to the fact that I heard that some of my friends had their money stolen by the cleaners which is absolutely disgusting.

Hostel was a great location and staff were friendly bar one. The website outlined hairdryers were available but upon request with one particular member of staff she told me without any concern that there wasn't any available. She told me to return in 2 hours time even though I had dinner booked in just over an hours time. I returned an hour later and asked if it had been returned and without any empathy told me it hadn't and that there was nothing she could do. I feel some sort of system should be in place if stating that hairdryers are available. The same lady was on checkout and didn't remind me about the key deposit, allowing me to leave after handing in my keys without it and losing out on my €5

A place to spend the night if you are the party, but difficult to get to sleep with people coming and going at all hours.

I enjoyed my stay here. I booked for a trip I planned with around 10 friends and all of us found the hostel clean and with a young vibe. Nice staff, very helpful. I love the location of the hostel, very central. There's also a kitchen which serves breakfast (not great, but still an option for a coffee or a quick snack).

Is a hostel with a level of quality and comfort very above what should be expected for its price. The area is unbeatable, 2 minutes of Canalejas and 5 of the Congress of Deputies, submerged in the orchards and Madrid environment.
The room, in my case two beds individually had amenities, spotlessly clean and even a modern décor. The service was excellent, very attentive and also offers a range of activities, from games and festivals at the bar until walking organized tours.

Es un hostal con un nivel de calidad y confort muy por encima de lo que cabe esperar para su precio. La zona es inmejorable, a 2 minutos de Canalejas y 5 del congreso de los diputados, sumergida en pleno huertas y el ambiente madrileño. La habitación, en mi caso indiviudal de dos camas tenía todas las comodidades, una limpieza impecable e incluso una decoración moderna. El servicio ha sido excelente, muy atento y además ofrecen una serie de actividades, desde juegos y fiestas en el bar hasta walking tours organizados.

Was amazing! The staff were all friendly and put in a lot of effort to make sure the atmosphere was great! Definetely recommend the flamenco dancing, theo and the rest of the staff know there stuff!

We arrived at 10:45pm and tried to order some food and drink but were told the kitchen was closed. As we left we watched the waiter take food orders from the next table. Mind you this is Madrid where dinner doesn't start until 8-10pm. Maybe they just decided to serve only certain types of people. Very unfortunate. Their loss.

Best Hostel in Europe. Clean, power ports and lights at each bed, and they have tons of stuff to do with the Hostel. Harriet is an amazing tour guide, and Pablo leads a mean pub crawl/tapas experience. The Wi-Fi was a little slow when I was there, but oh well, that's a hostel. The bar down stairs has pints for 2 euros during happy hour (right before Tapas or Flamenco dancing). These guys really go out of their way to help out.

The receiving system is extremely friendly and welcoming.
The concept of accommodation stands out because of its excellent location, as well as its implementation in fresh and funny scene.
In my case I used a wide, luminous, double room with toilet and shower separated in two stalls, with double bed (very comfortable). A very nice and good quality, lingerie for what might be expected in a "hostel".
I know (how could it be less), 3 and 4, and even 5-star hotels, the length and breadth of Spain, which could learn some things from this good people.
If anything would suggest a work table in rooms like that she used and a switch to foot of bed, turn off all the lights in the room because a roll having to get up and turn off one by one.

New and very well located hostel. Great Wi-FI, terrace, daily for the hosted activities. Highly recommended.

Best hostel I've been to in all of Europe. Decently priced, clean, FAST Wi-Fi, really friendly staff, activities available, and it's all nicely designed. The rooms have everything you could want: personal lockers, power port (even for top bunks), towels, reading lights, separate toilet/shower/sink rooms and good lighting. Only downside is that it is a hostel, and comes with a hostel's inherent privacy issues.

The hostel has opened recently and is in the heart of Madrid. The décor is modern and youthful with spacious rooms.
