I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
The room I was in was called the Attic Studio Apartment, and it was stunning. Ndieme was very helpful and responded to my emails quickly, and was even able to let me check in early.
There were thoughtful details like handwritten welcome cards and water and coffee when I entered, that made me feel very welcome (which was appreciated after I had some nightmare AirBnb experiences lately, in comparison as a solo female traveller I felt very safe here).
Thank you!
Excellent stay in Madrid. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and had a great atmosphere from the moment we arrived.
The POSTCODE team was outstanding throughout the whole stay — professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. We were traveling with our baby, and their support, sensitivity, and understanding made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. Small details and thoughtful gestures really made a difference for us.
You can clearly feel the passion and care behind this project. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

The apartment was absolutely lovely — very clean, beautifully furnished, and in a great location close to almost everything we needed. What stood out the most, though, was the amazing hospitality. The team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend!
