Very good location, good value for your stay in the room. Rather old facilities.

We were in Madrid from Monday to Friday. When we arrived we were greeted very kindly! Have paid for everything immediately and are then in our room. For two adults, the bed in room 803 is too small and the bathroom has certain weaknesses, such as: A loud flush that you wake up from it at night. Nevertheless, the Hostal is highly recommended. Staff is very friendly, reception is staffed 24 hours and the location is unbeatable! 4 metro stations in the immediate vicinity and also only 40 minutes to the airport. All major attractions are within walking distance and around Hostal there are countless opportunities to eat, drink and celebrate … If you don't have high standards, you feel very comfortable here!

Good value for money in the centre of Madrid. The last room in the Q we were was terrible the noise of gran Via, but this is the first time we have that problem. I recommend asking for interior room.

The location and the perfect service. We arrived before the scheduled time to get in and got the room. The room is very nice. The only downside I would put is that the crystals are not soundproof and you will hear all the activity of Gran Via.

I have to travel often for work and I find it an excellent place to be both alone and accompanied as the treatment is very familiar and cordial with facilities for the arrival and for the departure being able to leave the luggage if you stay a little more in the city. The rooms are very clean and complete and both with full bathroom as well as those that have shower and sink care The details and the hygiene. There is a lounge where you can have breakfast with a view to Gran via or heat some food for lunch or dinner. It has a coffee machine and soft drinks and snacks.

The room is so good (just Hostal).
But peace and relaxation are not to be expected, since the windows, which probably remained from the last century, are not insulated, which in turn conjures up the pure street flair (at any time of the day and night).
What bothers me quite a bit is the smell in some areas, which reminds me of station toilets …

The staff are always smiling, the hostel is clean and nice, the room is compact with a small bathroom and TV. They clean the room everyday and change the towels. The location is perfect it's near to the monuments zone. Metro is just a few steps away. Very close to everything. I truly like the location and the staff. The only problem the Wi-Fi wasn't so good.

Excellent location to get to know Madrid. The attention of the people working there is excellent and the room was nice, bathroom, table, wardrobe, bed and terrace with stunning views. Very clean.

Very friendly people and very clean. We forgot the crib mattress and the next day they had left us one without telling them anything…
