Comfortable apartments pleasant to be able to sit and relax in your own area and not have hotel pressure. Very center of the city with everything within walking distance. Lots of places to eat around it. Very nice staff. The only reason I do not give it five stars is because it is not updated. I would come back again and I would recommend it to anyone.

Rooms are fairly clean but not well decorated. No amenities. Many good restaurants nearby. Location nice but not worth the price.

Very friendly people with spacious and comfortable rooms. I would change some things from the bathroom (one was flooded and the other didn't have a sliding door in the shower). I was there for two and a half months. Just one incident when I was notified the night before that there was a problem with my booking and I had to leave a day earlier than stipulated for availability issues (I myself looked for place in those days).

We stayed in 2, over New Years Eve until the first week of January. Payment upfront at the arrival before even seeing the apartment (not nice) First experience: the entrance in our flat through it's tiny kitchen was smelling of sewage… kitchen table for 1 with 2 cheap foldable chairs. No wardrobe apart few hungers on a pipe. Very small bathroom with wobbly washing basin, tab and shower box… Design elements getting old without maintenance We asked to move to another room and we could without issues, after NYE. Much better than BUT… Unfortunately linen were smelling of smoke, cleaning didn't include washing up kitchen items (dishes, glasses, cutlery… why? ) A "Design Apartment" or hotel is not just about nice paintings on the walls or few design pieces without maintenance, looking like recycled from a scrap market.

Really wonderful architecture and vibe, needs some updates but in general a very charming and interesting place to stay.

They are cheaters, did not answer the phone and not open the door, never again.

Have to confess that initial reaction when taxi pulled at at the building was not great.
But we were wrong.
Internally this is a classical period building. Well appointed and excellent base from which to explore Madrid.

We loved our stay here. Reasonably priced (around a hundred euro a night) boutique style apartments. The shower was very small which was the only negative.

Great location. Easy walking distance to all the sights and places of interest. The welcome on arrival was friendly and informative. Apartments are lovely unique and ours was spacious. A brilliant stay and a great alternative to a hotel as it gives you more space and a feel of a home rather than a hotel room.

Stayed in two rooms. Second fabulous, first only 3 star. Great position, lovely old building. Apartments need some handyman TLC. Recommended.

Very good location, good service, good place totally classic but modern, simply perfect, plus good price.

Good location, nice equipped room and clean BUT the floor and ceiling are so thin which you could hear noises when ppl walking, RUNning, playing anything up there. Imagine you fall asleep and waken up by that noises!
